Ordered like a month ago still nothing. Don't do it, mine hasn't even got a shipping label. I wouldn't and won't ever order from them ever the @#$& again I don't recommend it either.
Ordering from China to the USA is problematic these days thanks to Trump. They are all trying to find workarounds currently. Email them or do a charge back on your card.
It's most likely a $$$ thing. Remember, Phillip Morris now owns Swedish Match. Some bean counter most likely thought they could make more money by freezing it out of their traditional markets and selling it only in the US.
By only selling it in convenience stores, I don't see how it's remaining profitable, especially as you can't find it everywhere.

Several things. Your batteries life span is nearing the end. Your batteries, or one of them, isn't able to charge any longer, your mod is a smok so quality control is lacking, your battery contacts are dirty, and the list goes on.
