FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Packaging is what would be expected with a pod device, the device rest in a foam cutout with the pod attached. The user manual lays under the foam cutout.

There is a plastic shipping sticker attached to the display screen for protection which I normally keep on as long as I can but removed it so the screen graphics were not distorted.

The device has a lightweight feel but substantial enough to feel a solid build to it. Pulling the battery pack off took some effort and that's comforting to know it will stay intact when pocket carried.

Attaching the battery pack again I was surprised by just how strong the magnets are, it was pulled out of my hand and attached itself from quite a distance.

Placement of the airflow selector had me worried my hand would block it but it's placement on the device was fine having no blockage for me.

A device like this mini box style being long and narrow fits very well in the hand. I wanted to see the juice port on the pod next and was happy to see a large oval hole that allows plenty of air to escape when filling preventing any mess from happening. I had to charge the device for a very short time as it arrives with a 97% charge, the 2a charging had it fully charge in about 5 min.

No alcohol involved with her brother. Just a narcissistic jerk. It’s ridiculous that a 60 year old man acts like he does. He has never once taken any responsibility for the shape he’s in and it finally got to the point where he had been mismanaging his diabetes long enough that he ended up in the hospital and had a toe cut off. Every Christmas for as long as I can remember, he’s been a pain. He would never agree to drawing names for gift exchange because he’s like an 8 year old. He always tried to be the big gift giver but had to nag everyone for gift ideas because when it comes down to it, he really doesn’t know his own family well enough to buy a thoughtful gift. Then after Christmas passed he would call my wife and say how he got this great gift for someone and they only got him this or that. Very childish!
What a jerk.

KUMIHO THOTH Q PRO POD SYSTEM REVIEWED BY BIGBOB2322

Hello folks and welcome to today's review that is different from the usual pod devices. The Kumiho Thoth Q Pro Pod System is comprised of 3 components consisting of the POD - DEVICE - BATTERY PACK. The 1300mAh battery pack connects to the device using very STRONG MAGNETS as does the pod itself. It is possible to purchase a battery pack separately so you always have a fully charged device while the other battery pack is charging ( NO DOWN TIME ). There are 3 power modes to choose from and has adjustable wattage as well as airflow by way of a slider adjusting 3 airflow inlet holes. Auto draw and button activation are available with the ability to deactivate the button.

We have one like that. She's been banned from events at our house and other family locations for a couple of years now. Can't visit without a phone call. She told us stuff other family members supposedly said about us and told them stuff we said about them, etc. Alcohol is involved. Stuff like that never goes away, you have to protect yourself.

Just got a call from the GD. Her family have all been sick for a couple of days. Throwing up and coughing. Sounds like the flu. Her husband got it first and he is starting to recover. He's coming over to pick up some food. We will wear masks while he's here. Down to 5 for dinner now.
Good idea to wear masks.

My wife’s mother and other brother were already fed up with him and I told my wife to let them know what he said to our daughter. I just can’t understand him thinking that he could sway her with gifts and that she wouldn’t tell us what he said. I’m done with him.

Don't blame you a bit.

I'd say jerk brother should not be allowed in your house.

Hey @Uncle Willie, long time lurker checking in. :)

I had meniscus surgery yesterday. Just before rolling me into the OR the anesthesia assistant and nurses went over a bunch of questions (which had been done earlier but OK). When I said I vaped nicotine, the assistant basically hissed in my ear that I need to stop as it was worse for my lungs than smoking. I turned my head to look at a nurse on the other side of the bed and said 'Funny thing, they have vape shops in hospitals in the UK' and left it at that. The good news is that's about the last thing I remember until I woke up after the surgery, so the anesthesia was pretty good!

Looking forward to being mobile in the new year and losing the pounds that came on in the past 9 months. I thought it was arthritis acting up again, so I did RICE and my PT exercises then tried taking a short walk, but my knee blew up. Rinse and repeat before I finally called an orthopedist. MRI revealed the meniscus tear and the usual conservative course is to head to PT first. Tried that and got bounced out when my knee blew up again. Then had to wait for a surgical consult and getting on his schedule. Recovery PT starts in Jan. and I'm so ready for it.

Sending positive thoughts to @MikeE3 for a resolution to his issues too!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!
So sorry to hear about your meniscus problem. That sure can mess with your life. Have you taken any antibiotics lately? If you look up "antibiotics and tendons" there's quite a bit of info about it. I hope your surgeon can get you fixed up quickly. I'm sending you positive vibes for a speedy recovery.
