It was six something a can.
I need to go in and see if the price has dropped. Last time I bought a can it was nearly 10 bucks.

It is already happening. Pinterest is full of recipes that are AI generated and at least one popular youtuber creates most of his recipes with AI.I'm pretty sure that as the Black Friday / Cyber Monday shopping deals continue to roll out, I'm going to treat myself to an AI enabled new PC .. I'm curious about what a hands on experience by an old man that's spent most of his life involved with music and the music business might be able to produce ..
One thing I think I can safely predict .. we live in a World of YouTube stars / Influencers, etc making bank off the Web .. the next Brave New World will be creation of content using AI exclusively ..
We put together 19 machines in 3.5 hours. I left before 11 and the boss went ahead and paid us for five hours.Good morning, hitt.Hope you get out at noon.
I'd share a Polaroid of my eye taken during my first bout of optic neuritis, but I can't remember where it is.still searching, meanwhile......
This is what a normal retina, optic nerve and retina blood supply look like.

The optic nerve is the bright area, the blood vessels come from the central retinal artery which travels in or beside the optic nerve. The retina is a circular disc with a diameter of 30 to 40 mm and an area of about 1,094 square mm.
This is one example of an optic nerve coloboma. It's very similar to the one in my right eye.

Optic nerve coloboma's come in all shapes and sizes. They cannot be surgically repaired. Perhaps in the distant future, just not in 2025.
How do they get those photos? Pupil dilation + decent camera.
A fair number of folks don't know that the pupil is not a solid mass. It's the hole that light passes through to the retina. The cornea protects the pupil (among other cool things). The lens inside our eye, just behind the pupil, focuses light onto the retina.
"When light hits the retina (a light-sensitive layer of tissue at the back of the eye), special cells called photoreceptors turn the light into electrical signals. These electrical signals travel from the retina through the optic nerve to the brain. Then the brain turns the signals into the images you see."
.......even though Folger's is in the fridge this week.
Wow. New tools are usually exciting, but that's scary. Can't believe your eyes or ears.
That will put singers out of business. Must have used Chris Stapleton's voice, sounds a lot like him.
Cool pics.still searching, meanwhile......

Flash forward to now .. Hollywood is up at arms and the entire Music Industry is attempting to figure out how to stop it or limit it .. news flash :: the cats out of the bag ..
Reasoning behind limitations mainly center around bots scouring the Web and lifting bits and pieces of this and that to eventually piece together a video / song / music or what have you .. artists claim that's stealing their material .. well, is it, really .. ??
At this point in culture, most of what's been done has been done before, or at least close .. so, is there really anything truly original left, and is AI any different from a Human lifting bits and pieces of this and that, then putting it together for some sort of entertainment value .. ??
I won't even touch on the aspect of propaganda, since that's a whole can of worms in and of itself ..

It's cool that they can fix eyes.
This one is not my eye, but it is an excellent procedural photo, representative of someone undergoing a detached retina surgery (vitrectomy with scleral buckling).
It is part of a detached retina surgery where a scleral buckle (white silicon band seen below) is placed and positioned around the outside wall of the eye. The buckle provides permanent post-surgical support to keep the retina in place so it can heal.
I had two detached retina surgeries in my right eye (vitrectomy, scleral buckle, silicone oil). A vitrectomy is a surgical procedure to remove the vitreous gel from the eye in order to repair a detached retina. In my case silicone oil was inserted (replaces vitreous gel); then was removed in a follow-up surgery 6 months later. It was replaced with a balanced saline solution (mixture of salt and water).
