If your goal is to smoke nothing, once you are vaping instead of using cigarettes you can titrate. Nicotine is more addictive than ....... Thus doing it requires a longer taper. The lowest commercially sold liquid is 3%, which in my view is way too high. I actually went down 0.5% after 3 and 0.25% towards the end. It took a while. I managed it though. This is not possible with disposables.
