Do you have a point .. ?? Did I say I was for or against EV's / Hybrids .. ??

My point was, simply, companies invest in R&D based on certain assumptions and projections on what the market will do .. in this case, incentives ..

That has zero to do with what I personally prefer to drive .. although I did seriously consider a Ford Lightning ..

Yes, I believe in climate change, yes, I drive a full size gas truck, yes I believe in gun control, yes, I carry and have a fair collection of bang bangs ..

That's the duality of life ..
Just pulling your chain ... if'n we were sitting in the bar I would have said that to you with a smile on my face as we tapped bottles then took another swig.

VOOPOO ARGUS G3 MINI POD REVIEWED BY BIGBOB2322

Voopoo makes it easy to read what pod is used by labeling the OHM'S load on the rubber fill plug, Voopoo says the pod id top fill but it's really side fill and you can fill the pod without pod removal.

In the hand the device feels great being compact and lightweight and I like the color as well.

FINAL IMPRESSIONS

I wish that Voopoo would have included a 2nd pod just in case of user error or a malfunction.
I also wish I had control over the airflow as I found it to be very airy but by placing a finger over one of the airflow feed holes I was happy with the vape that is very flavorful, smooth and just warm enough for my liking.

I also wish there was a middle color setting for battery strength instead of the 2 used

WHITE COLOR - 20- 100% FULL

RED COLOR - 20% AND UNDER

Although this was not my only vape in the many days of testing it I can say a full day vape is possible and very probable depending on how much you vape. Being fully automatic is a great and easy way to get someone off of cigarettes and on to vaping and this device is up to that task.

I would like to thank Voopoo for providing the Argus G3 MINI for my review and I also want to thank all of you that read my reviews.

THANK YOU

The lightly tinted pod makes viewing juice levels a breeze, attachment of the pod to the device is like most in this class using magnets, these are strong magnets as I never had the pod come free from the device during pocket carry.

Voopoo puts a sticker on the contacts for safety during shipping so don't forget to remove it before vaping. 2 airflow holes are used to bring outside air to the pod, 1 hole on each side of the device for a balanced vape.

Ultrasonic vape technology. Why did it disappear?

I've tried one some years ago, and it really showed promise. On the upside, super easy to setup and use and the vape was cooler in a way that I tend to enjoy. Sadly, it was very noisy when fired, the vape was never dense enough to be as flavorful as its coil counterparts and the battery lasted for only 100 puffs. I think if the industry had not been destroyed by big tobacco and corrupt politicians, the tech would have evolved into something very nice. It was a chinese company that made the unit I tried, but they and the tech appear to be long gone.

VOOPOO ARGUS G3 MINI POD REVIEWED BY BIGBOB2322

Hello folks and welcome back for my review of the Argus G3 Mini from Voopoo. I was sent the Grass Green color device that has a matt finish and is very lightweight. This is going to be a very short review because everything is automatic on this device meaning no adjustments period including airflow, wattage, and power button. Being fully automatic makes this device drop dead simple and easy to use, all you have to do is charge it, fill it and vape it.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Packaging is simple like the device but done nicely with a slide out container with the pod already attached to the device, next to it is the charging cable and your paper information sits on top. I was surprised at the mini's size for having a 1350mAh battery, picking it up the weight felt like it would be good for shirt pocket carry.

I was kind of sad when I noticed there was no adjustment for airflow and hoped it wouldn't be a airy vape. The device is very streamlined in it's appearance being very smooth to the touch except for the sides of the device, there is texture to aid in grip and it has a nice aesthetic contrast to the matt finish. As I always do I plugged the charge cord in to charge it to full capacity.

BEST PG VG Vendors

Greetings after 5 long years!

Once upon a time NicRiver was my one-stop supplier for VG PG, nic, and flavors, but they shut out end users years ago so I won't buy from them ever again even if they're still willing to sell me VG/PG. Used to buy the GlyCubes from Essential Depot until their prices jumped into the stratosphere. Also used to buy from Bulk Apothecary but their shipping on the 5 gallon drums has jumped dramatically and wipes out the savings. Now, I just buy from Amazon. Tried various brands and they've all been great. Simple Nature is a good one. This is my most recent, 21 bucks a gallon, free shipping:

There is stupid and there is really stupid ..

The elimination of pretty much all of the tax incentive regarding EV's and Hybrids, at least within the current bill making its way thru, is penciled in to now expire the end of this year .. the original $7500 credit was set to expire in 2032 ..

Now, the idea here, along with increased fuel efficiency for gas vehicles, was to spur on the EV industry and put a bit of a clamp on climate change .. giving consumers an incentive .. and, it was working ..

All the major auto makers have been and continue to be ramping up facilities, putting in more R&D, etc, based on the Governments own incentive ..

If and when that incentive gets removed, what does that do besides drive sales of EV's and hybrids down .. ?? Thus tossing to the wind much of what the auto makers have already invested in what they thought was the future ..

Many times, I think there is this deep seated wish for America to return to some sort of idealized past .. you can't turn back time, no matter how much you wish .. what you can do, though, is deny that climate change is real and thusly, punish a segment of the Manufacturing Community that counts on long range plans in order to er, plan for the future ..
errr, ummm ... from the guy who drives a 'what'
I mentioned a while back that my 2013 Chevy Avalanche was getting a bit long in the tooth .. it's an impossible vehicle to replicate, so you either keep the durn thing or settle for something else ..

I decided to go with a 2024 Dodge Ram Crew Cab short bed .. it's about as close to the ride and drive of my Avalanche .. going with a rear wheel drive, since it's slightly lower and I don't really need a 4x4 ..

Prices have gotten back to semi-normal on trucks .. still high, IMO, but it's unlikely that we'll ever see pre-Pandemic price levels ever again, just the way it is ..

Why does a color other than white, black or silver cost more .. ?? That's why the streets are so bland anymore .. back in the day, you could get about any color in the rainbow ..

Picked up the new truck today .. fer cryin' out loud, it's like having to learn how to drive all over again .. vehicles have become rolling concoctions of tech .. do dads for every this and that .. then, it seems like it wants to take over for you at times .. will take a bit of getting used to ..

When I got out of the Army in 1970, I had some exit money I got, as well, my combat extra pay went into it's own account (my Parents) .. so, I had a little coin and bought a 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T .. the whole enchilada .. 425-hp 426 Hemi, SlapStik ratchet shifter, I think I paid something around 4K .. it was a great, great car .. never passed a gas station it did not like, course, back then, who really cared .. ?? .. chick magnet like crazy ..

I was so stoned one day, tooling around some country roads, I accidentally shifted into reverse doing about 60 .. and, it did not blow the transmision ..

The next, and last Crysler product I owned was a Crysler Cordoba .. remember that .. ?? Ricardo Montalban and Corinthian leather .. drove like a road yacht, when you could drive it .. just a real POS .. 1979 model .. 400 CI V-8 .. never, ever regretted getting rid of that lemon ..

Still learning about my new truck .. it's amazing the tech they pack into these things .. and, an 8 speed automatic in a truck that does 0-60 in under 6 seconds is a real trip .. I mean, we're talking probably 3 tons of machine with that kind of get up and go .. with the option to switch to manual shift ..

It's a fun ride and drive .. smooth as silk
