I had to have a battery in for it to work in escribe, maybe it's because of usb-c.

My Sourcemore sample never left LA. Did your tracking show a stop in Chicago?

Good evening. Work was ok. My pain level seems to be better this week. I’m going to stick with the PT exercises. I’ve been watching more closely what and how much I’m eating since my cholesterol and A1c came back not good. I got on the scale this morning and since we started adjusting meals and such I’ve lost 11lbs. I’m down to 188 and would like to get down to around 180. I’m not depriving myself of anything. I cut back some on carbs and late night snacks. That and paying closer attention to portion sizes.
