i've very limited experience w/ RDTAs, none of it good. Others will be able to advise you better than i about good ones but i have heard that StemCrave's Aromamizer Supreme v.3 is excellent.

As for RTAs, OXVA's original Arbiter is tops for DL. The diameter of it's base is 26.5mm so you'll need a mod that can handle that. Another excellent, large diameter RTA is the Blaze Pro Max from ThunderCloud. It's 28mm at the base & flares to 30mm.

Smaller & single coil is HellVape's Dead Rabbit Solo. 24mm. Easy to build. Just have to get the coil position right for good flavor.

if you're an MTL vaper, the only one i use myself that's still available (i think) is the Arbiter Solo. It's a little tricky to get a good MTL vape from it, in my experience, but it can give a nice, loose MTL, which is what i like, when you get it right. The other MTL RTAs i use are long discontinued. There's a v2 Wasp Nano; i haven't used it but did have good experience w/ the original.

Other popular, well-reviewed, & available RTAs with which i've no personal experience are the Kylin 3 from VandyVape (dual coil, 25mm) & the Dead Rabbit MTL 2 (22.5mm). Also, Reload Vapor has a reputation for top-quality RTAs. Definitely worth checking out (a couple of their models are on my wish list).

You should be able to find reviews online for all of these. Others have their persoanl favorites that they can recommend.
