pay more from a known US vendor with a legit phone number
call an verify return policy
never buy directly from any Chinese vendor unless you can afford to kiss your money good by
Over $20 is my max. amount I will stop at. Less than $20 and it's a gamble.

your black/red one maybe need a long time, we have try our best to get it from the factory, but If you pick the Red&Black one, we will send it tomorrow, so can you tell me you want to change or not? Then we can arrange it for you.

If the item has shipped then someone needs to explain why the tracking info shows "Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later." If I can't get confirmation that the item has shipped then I will have to assume that this transaction is fraudulent and I will initiate a dispute with Paypal.
