Nix some of that...

Now I write them in Notepad, Paste them into ECF, and use iespell to Spell Check. If you have a newer Browser, they will show misspelled words, but there's not a Correction Utility (that I've found), but I don't have Word installed on that PC yet.

Hi Boo,

I just noticed your Visitor Messages. PMs would be better... there's still a Time Limit, but the Max Character limit is a lot bigger at 5000. When I write long messages, I do it in Word. The only real PITA is that you should do it as Text, or at least Courier New font, so everything will Translate properly. I have taken to writing them in Notepad, then pasting them in Word to Spell Check, and pasting the corrections back into Notepad. But to paste into ECF from Notepad, you have to put one empty Space character between each paragraph, and change apostrophes in words like Don't (the Word ones are more Slanted, and sometimes don't post right). It's a process, but it works for me.

So whats the thesis on? Personally, in my life, I've never had to write a thesis on anything, so it's always interesting to hear the range of topics that people cover.

Yeah, since you'd hardly played in the first one, I knew my chances at luring you in were slim, but I'd remembered that you'd played that fave of mine, so a girl can hope. Plus, I didn't know you played drums before popping in, so bonus. :2cool:!! A mod told me games are only for the Lounge, and the same dude thought Mac pushed it with the TOS:rolleyes: on a couple videos. If there are any youtube videos of you playing, why not put a link up in the random thoughts thread? A girl can hope...

Awwww, cheers DM! I think I've gotta start picking better friends eh? I've gotta wonder if perhaps I've set my standards wrong somewhere along the line but YES to a career in writing! I'm sat here trying to write my thesis as we speak...it's not going well! Quitting is sooooooooooo much easier with ecigs, right? I really think sticking with 8mg for a while is a good idea though...x

Like a good book you just can't put down, I've now read the entirety of your blog...heavens above! What a catalogue of persecution and bullying! You sure do need some kind of 'jerk-alert' monitor or something to save you from unsupportive boyfriends and inconsiderate housemates.

Yes, I clicked on the profile because it had a pretty face on it, but quickly became engrossed in the blogs. Drawing from my own past experiences, I had a lot of "yea...I can relate to that" moments. So just wanted to say, you have a talent for a well laid out story, and perhaps should pursue a career in writing :)

Also, well done on keeping with the quitting regime. I too have given up giving up many times, and I feel that continuing to try even if years go by inbetween, is a good step forward, and perhaps testament to our fortitude in the face of adversity!
