Purilum Single Flavor Tests by SessionDrummer

All testing will be done on Steam Crave RDTA v1. using dual kanthal coils, cotton, @ 35-40w. All flavors (unless noted) tested @ 6%, steeped minimum of 1 week (subject to change). Mixed @ 70v/30p, and evaluated for single flavor only. Fresh cotton and dry burned coils before all tests.

**N.Y. Cheesecake (PUR) 6% (7-22-17)** -- Over a weeks steep to see if this would be a cheesecake I could actually vape. In a word, YES !!! Mirroring what @Mystic_Rose said this one IS a very unique cheesecake, and not really like any other manufacturer. Very nice and creamy, and great crust with cheesecake without any of the footy-ness our sourness found in most others. After 1 week 3 days, seemed like an even mix of crust and cheesecake, may try later and test past 2 weeks to see if it changes. Not bad at all throughout my testing. Very recommended @ **10/10**.

**Cheesecake Graham Crust (PUR) 6% (7-23-17)** -- This one clearly is a close cousin of PUR N.Y. Cheesecake. It is a very good, full, sweet graham cracker crust, but with a hint of PUR Cheesecake. The two are almost identical to one another with exception of the percentages, i.e. N.Y. Cheesecake is 75% cheesecake, and 25% graham crust, and this one is 75% graham crust, and 25% cheesecake. Missing a smidge of body from my fav. TPA, but good none the less, and it's dik. free. Don't get any cinnamon notes, or off putting flavors and it's very satisfying. Don't think it will kick my TPA graham crust off it's perch, but still very tasty. Because TPA holds the high spot for me, I feel comfortable tagging this with **8.5/10**.

**Watermelon (PUR) 6% (7-21-17)** -- After a week+ steep on this one was a very good watermelon. Nothing artificial or fake tasting. I do think it leans towards the candy side, but not in a bad way, and it might even elevate it some. Probably one of the better watermelons I've tried. Not sure if going past 6% would increase it or not. @ 6% pretty damned good. **9.5/10** on this one for me.

**Condensed Milk (PUR) 6% (7-29-17)** -- 1 week 2 day steep for this one. Overall this was a very good CM. All the elements were there, with just the right amount of sweetness not as to overpower the mix. Can def. see this being a good mixer. As a SF test, and not expecting it to be a loud flavor, this one fit right in @ **7.5/10**.

**Cream Dream (NR) 6% (7-29-17)** -- This one went through some changes during it's 1 week + steep. Every once in awhile there was a strange off note, perhaps part of the creamy element, other times it would fade. Vaping it revealed a creamy/berry mix. Overall mix was quite good, nice mouthfeel, but the unknown element showed back up. Perhaps some will NOT find it off putting. Although I finished the tester that "note" didn't enhance the flavor for me, which leaves me sticking this one at **3/10**.

**Strawberry Biscuit (NR) 6% (7-16-17)** -- Very first Purilum flavor tested. This one caught me off guard on the first vape with it's very good strawberry and some biscuit and maybe a little butter thrown in. Didn't get any artificial notes from it, and nothing off putting could be found. Strawberry is sweet, assuming a jam, it works pretty good here. Biscuit/butter is also very on point, weaker than the strawberry, but still there enough to be known. Overall for the name, it's about **9.5/10** for a spot on SB.

**Cookie (PUR) 6% (8-6-17)** -- 2 weeks of steeping revealed this one to be an interesting flavor. Wasn't what I was expecting. Not like CAP Sugar Cookie, or FA Cookie, but biscotti like ? Not sure. Leaned more towards the FA Cookie while being somewhat drier but sweet. On the exhale it really didn't kick in the buttery cookie-ness that I was expecting. Plenty strong and even @ 6%. Not getting a lot of butter in it (which is what I typically want with a cookie). Perhaps this is just a different type of cookie. For me (big CAP Sugar Cookie fan) it wasn't what I wanted in a cookie. Something on the exhale that I wasn't a fan of, the sweetener maybe ? Maybe for layering cookie bases perhaps. Feeling O.K. @ **3.5/10** for this.

**Boysenberry Preserves (PUR) 6% (8-7-17)** -- 2 weeks steep, and this one nailed it RIGHT out of the gate. This one really hit all the main points, boysenberry, sweetness, tartness, preserves, check. Not sure how you go about adding the preserve-ish'ness to a flavor, but they did it. @ 6%, strength and sweetness were both on point, and continued vaping left me struggling to find any faults with this one, and cannot. Did make me want to mix up some more with some biscuit adds to see where that went. If you like a moderately sweet, tart boysenberry flavor with a side of "preserves" this one WILL do it for you. **10/10**.

**Nilla Wafer with Milk (PUR) 6% (8-7-17)** -- 2 weeks of waiting because I love nilla wafers. Sadly don't think I'll even be finishing the 3ml tester tank of this one. I have no clue what this is. Almost like an odd sugar cookie with some other strange notes maybe ? If I focus VERY hard, maybe I can make out an attempt at nilla wafers, but it's just not there for me. Maybe getting some kind of condensed milk in there, but hard to tell as this is a hodgepodge of "not so good" for me. Maybe it'll work for you, but for me, it was a waste of cotton. **1.5/10**.

**Strawberry Marshmallow Cereal (PUR) 6% (8-7-17)** -- Having grown up with Frankenberry cereal had a hard time waiting 2 weeks for this one, as it smelled very promising in the bottle. After waiting, was pleasantly surprised to find this was almost exactly Frankenberry cereal. For those that don't know, it was an artificially flavored strawberry marshmallow cereal. Don't get any "cereal" notes, but that's just fine as the strawberry marshmallow and a hint of milk/creme are all over this mix. Even mix, sweetness is good, and the strawberry w./ a smidge of milk is all very good. Now typically when I hear "artificial" I run for the door. It's NOT in a bad way in this one, and works perfectly. It's so good to my palate that I cannot go less than **10/10**.

**Lucky Lephrecan (PUR) 6% (8-9-17)** -- 2 week steep to see if this would be any different than the other "Lucky Charms" cereals I've tried. Basically, it was right about the rest. Not terrible, not great, just average. Some are all punchy high notes, some are all low grainy notes, but I've never found one that does it all. This one's in the ballpark, and surely could be a starting point for a lucky charms mix, but it just seems to be missing something, maybe the high end punch, not sure. Great cereal base with sweetness and some mallow. It seems to have nailed the cereal part pretty good, some grains but not overly so, the the really sweet marshmallow high end punch is missing. Not bad at all, just not IT. Because I've never found a single SF cereal flavor that did everything right, hard to fault this more than the others. Leveraging it @ **6.5/10**.

**Butter Pecan (PUR) 6% (8-12-17)** -- 2 week steep just to see how it would hold up against FW BP. Overall the mix was very even, but simply just average. Not terrible, not great, just average. Maybe use as a layering profile, but don't think it could carry BC on it's own. Middle of the road, puts it in as a **5/10**.

**Vanilla Custard (PUR) 6% (8-13-17)** -- 2 week steep to see if I could add this to my VC obsession list. After 2 weeks @ 6% this one was like a Custard Brick To the FACE !!!! Sadly NOT in a good way. I'm a VC junkie, so I do not say this lightly. NOW, I will re-test it lower than 6% to rule out too heavy of a mix. It seemed like that could be possible here, it was an overwhelmingly cloying tankful with my tester. VERY eggy/eggish much like INW VC but stronger egg. Even though eggy'ness isn't my thing, it wouldn't have made this a deal breaker. Had an almost harsh aftertaste on the exhale. It was very sweet/strong @ 6%, like a stronger eggy'ier cousin to the INW. Because of the very sweet, heavy eggy, strange note on exhale wasn't able to finish the 3ml tester on this one. Not a good score for me @ 6%. I have to go **2/10**, but will RE-test at a lower rate and add that to this review.

**Bavarian Cream (PUR) 6% (8-20-17)** -- Waited 2+ weeks to see how this would taste, and I'm a huge BC fan. My current go to is TPA. Smelled ok on the sniff, but vaping it revealed even LESS for me. Kind of a mish-mosh, bland-ish flavor with no real stand out notes for me, especially anything bavarian. Doesn't mean it's terrible, just means it's NOT a BC for me. About the same inhale/exhale, and no exciting things showed up during the test to speak of. Nothing off-putting, just nothing really BC. Going to go with a low **1.5/10** on this one for me.

**Banana (PUR) 6% (8-21-17)** -- 2+ weeks steep. I've not had great luck with bananas so wasn't expecting much here. First things first, not too bad at all. Vaping while typing, leaves me unclear on exactly how the "real banana" vs. "candy banana" split is. It seems like both, but almost an even 50/50 split. Not too much of one or the other. Very full @ 6%, pushing from just sweet enough to MAYBE a tad heavy, but not in a bad way. Unsure how it would mix, but as a SF test, I'm actually pretty surprised. Not bad at all. Some fresh banana with some candied "runt like" notes to it. I think because it's not one OR the other fresh vs. candy, it could be more versatile. Solidly placing this at a **9/10**.

**Cereal (PUR) 6% (8-22-17)** -- 2+ weeks steep. Cereals can be hard to explain, and this is one of them. Almost reminds me of a fairly sweet version of the grainy pieces in a Lucky Charms box, without the marshmallows. On the inhale the sweetness is very present without a lot of cereal or grain, on the exhale the ceral/grain steps up, but only a bit, with the sweetness still being the dominant aspect. Continued vaping reveals that there is not much "grain" in this cereal. Might just be too sweet, but that's a personal thing. I personally prefer more grain, but not overpowering grain/cereal in my cereals. TPA Lucky Lephrechaun comes to mind. Overall the mix was fairly even, but for the rather sweet aspect. Because of my grainy/cereal needs, this one sits at a **6/10**.

**Raspberry (PUR) 6% (8-30-17)** -- 2+ weeks steep on this the LAST PUR flavor in this test run. I think the BEST thing about this one, was it didn't taste artificial, and didn't have any chemical notes. It was an ok RB, but very laid back. Some sweet, a little tart on the inhale, some more sweet and tart with some raspberry on the exhale. Wasn't wowed by it overall, despite it being an ok RB. Lacked most of the punch that I want in a fruit, and a RB in particular. May re-test to see if increasing it makes a difference. Good flavor, too subtle @ 6%. Hard to to number it as the flavor wasn't bad, just the quantity of it. Leaving it @ **6/10**.

Geekvape S100 Kit - Review by Javichu

Salutations fellow vapers :)

Time to take a look at the Geekvape S100 Kit which was sent to me by my friends over at Sourcemore for the purposes of the review.

As a long time fan of another mod from another brand that will remain nameless i am really into rugged type of mods.

I like the weight and i like the way they feel in my hands and if you're clumsy as i am you can rest assured that even if it drops at the most and maybe depending on the trajectory of the fall you will only damage your atomizer.

Been wanting to review an Aegis product for a long time and finally that day has come.
Enough of my usual long winded intros and let us start with some ''literature'' with some info of this kit in particular.

UNBOXING AND FIRST IMPRESSIONS:

I like it.

That's it,done with the review.

Just kidding

Ok seriously, the box comes with a sleeve and when you open the box there is one thing i noticed, there is a small padding in the inside of the top of the box that i just pulled off.

Small detail but it shows they take care in presenting the product in a in a professional manner, which to me is an important thing.

Do not be fooled by the size of the mod, this is one tough little vaping apparatus, having the mod in my hand feels good, nice spongy grip on the side where your fingers go and it just feels right.

The mod was in perfect shape,no dings, sign of fingerprints on the chrome on the side or the base of the mod where the 510 pin is...same for the the atomizer itself which was clean as a whistle.

VAPING TIME:

As usual and something i have done with all my reviews is i use my trusty ol' Juggerknot Mini as a baseline when it comes to trying an atomizer.

If my coil is old i will replace along with a fresh wick only after i have cleaned my RTA,then i will fill both atomizers with the same e-liquid (Aroma is Shiva from A&L,base is70% VG / 30% PG
and nic strength at 3mg)

Popped in a new battery in the mod, primed the coil and put it in the atomizer and i let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes.

I decided to start with the preinstalled Z Series 0.2ohm Coil (70-80W).

Always recommended to start at a lower wattage and then after some quick puffs increase the wattage little by little.

Started at 30 watts and little by little i stopped at 45 watts...and DANG!!! that is some good chunky flavor right there.

I am not a ''hot'' vaper so this right here in the 45 watt to 48 watt was my sweet spot, fiddled a bit with the airflow and left it half open.

Once i broke in the coil i did bump it up to 70 watts just to see how it would perform and yeah that was some mighty power,to hot for me thou so after a couple of puffs i went down to 45 watts.

Good solid coil with good flavor, used this coil for about 3 days then i had to switch to the spare coil, the Z Series 0.25ohm (45-57W).

Yep much better, now this is more of my ballpark.
Broke in the coil and settled in at 40 watts, any lower and i could taste a loss in flavor not much but it was noticeable.

Couple of notes about the atomizer:

-Some folks have had a problem while refilling the tank, take off the cap and the airflow rings also pops up in their hands,so far i haven't had that issue.

-I did get a faulty coil in the box, this was the spare Z Series 0.25ohm Coil.
I was getting spitback, odd whistle like noise and it just didn't feel right.
Took me about 30 minutes to figure out it was the coil, took apart the atomizer and made sure all the o-rings were in their place and that all components of the atomizer were correctly assembled...after that it still felt the same.
Only constant remaining was that it had to be the coil, lucky enough i had ordered 5 spare coils from a Spanish vape shop so once i put in a new coil all the problems disappeared.

Enough of the atomizer let us move on to the mod.

This is where i have to be honest, let me be clear the mod itself is exceptionally well built and crafted and it's a solid device to carry around that will cover all your vaping needs.

Small gripe i have is with the size of said mod,now this is more of a personal issue but in my hands the device just feels a tad small, doesn't feel right.

Never held in my hands the Aegis Max but i am guessing that model in particular would just feel fine in my hands, again this is just a personal issue due to my abnormally and manly sized hands.

If you're worried about performance this little mod won't disappoint you, used it as my daily mod and without a hitch.

Couple of things to keep in mind thou,if you're using any coil besides the Z Series 0.25ohm you will have to change the battery more than usual, keep in mind it is a 18650 so when using at those high wattages the battery will be drained quickly.

Couple of things that bothered me a bit about the Geekvape S100 mod:

-Small 1 second delay of the screen when pressing the fire button,so you press the fire button and it will fire right away but the screen will take a second to light up.
Just feels weird...was thinking it was maybe my imagination but when put aside with another mod there is a noticeable 1 second delay from the time you press the fire button to when the screen lights up.
Might bother some, might not bother others...to me it felt a tad weird.

-Battery cap feels too rough, takes a bit to get the right angle to screw the battery cap in and you gotta apply some strength when screwing or unscrewing the battery cap.
Other mods feel much smoother but then again this maybe something that is needed for the
IP68 Rating.

PROS:

-Locking switch is a major pro, just a quick slide and you can put the mod in your man purse, satchel or anywhere else without having to worry about it firing.
-Build quality, superb mod that will withstand a date with Andre the Giant.
-Tank has good flavor and cloud production.
-No leaking, none whatsoever this for me is a big pro when it comes to tanks.
-Stylish design.

CONS:

-Battery cap is just too tight for my taste.
-1 second delay for the screen to turn on when you press the fire button.
-Any coil that you use besides the Z Series 0.25ohm Coil will have you changing batteries more often than you would like.

WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS MOD:

Honestly if you want to vape at high wattage this mod will come in short, not performance wise but in battery life it will require you to change batteries quite often.

If you're using the Z Series 0.25ohm Coil this is a very good mod/tank combo that you can carry around and use as your main vaping device.

As usual here you have a code in case you decide to acquire this kit:

Shipping costs

Have the increased shipping costs due to the loss of USPS as a carrier curtailed your ecig spending? From personal experience I have cancelled out of several orders because the additional charges have made me reconsider if I really need the item(s). I would be interested in hearing how others have dealt with this. Also feedback from the vendors on how their business has been affected.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Later today, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is expected to hold a vote on the so called Build Back Better ("BBB") bill, a $1.75 trillion tax and spending plan that President Joe Biden has made passing a top priority. Heading into the vote, the American Vaping Association is cautioning House Democrats that the excise tax on nicotine products contained within the BBB bill will harm public health and alienate millions of voters heading into the 2022 midterm elections.

One Stop DIY Shop (OSDIY) SFT and One Shot Reviews by SessionDrummer

azm8xB7.jpg

Having heard more and more about this company, and not seeing a lot of detailed information on them, I decided to take some of them on. OSDIY offers both Blends (One-Shots) and Single Flavors, so I decided to do a few of each.

All will be mixed at the listed percentages, and tested on the SteamCrave RDTA v.1 with dual Kanthal, 7 wrap vertical coils, with fresh cotton and dry burned coils in between tests. Will start out with a 1 week steep and see how they fare.

**Single Flavors:**

**Baked Cinnamon Roll (OSDIY) 8% (11-13-20)** -- Whew, this is a single flavor ?? !!!! POW !!!!! This one, felt like it SHOULD have been a One-Shot. Completely finished, well rounded, and RIGHT what it said, it was. If you've used Flavor West's Cinnamon Roll, or CAP's Cinnamon Danish Swirl, you NEED to try this one. Leaves both of them IN the dust, and I'm still trying to figure out why. Immediately upon vaping it, I knew it was very unique, and different. Was it the cinna, the roll, or both ? I think probably both. The cinnamon was perfectly suited for a cinna roll, and did indeed remind me of the type you'd get in a can of pop open cinna rolls from the store. Somehow OSDIY was able to almost capture the sugar crystals in it too. The roll was super accurate, and I don't remember ever tasting this "bakery" note before. It almost reminded me of how accurate LA's Cream Cheese Icing was. Combining the two, really just knocked it out of the park. @8% it was plenty present, and could even be lowered, and probably wouldn't suffer much. Some buttery elements could be found in there, but they were not the main focus. Sweetness was about mid level, and the accuracy and overall presentation could not be ignored. No sour or metallic notes in the cinna, no overly yeasty notes in the roll, just plain simple, and good. Thus far, I can safely say if you like Cinnamon Rolls, and aren't super thrilled with the ones on your rack now, pick this one up. **9.9/10**.

**Wild CherryLicious (OSDIY) 4% (11-13-20)** -- Some of the more recent Cherries I've tested have been very good, and it seems (finally) flavor companies are starting to get it right. As a single flavor from OSDIY this one was also on the right track. At 4%, nothing off-putting, floral, soapy, or medicinal, so those are great hurdles to clear. It favored an artificial cherry but had some authentic notes in there as well. It appeared to be a Mara/Black Cherry mix, and leaned towards the brighter high end, with some mid notes. Despite emptying an entire tank of it, I couldn't find any faults with it, and at 4% it was fairly full, but overall the flavor felt thin. It wasn't that it was bad, just felt as if it was missing some body overall. I'm not sure if boosting it would improve that or not, and it MIGHT be able to carry all of the cherry weight in a mix, but could probably use some help. Slightly tart on the finish, and mid level sweet, it was a pretty good solo vape. Only minor take-offs for lacking some fullness and body, but don't let that stop you from trying it out. Felt rock solid @ **9/10**.

**Blends / One-Shots:**

**Blue Note (OSDIY) 10% (11-13-20)**
-- As this one was steeping, I thought of a juice I bought WAY back in the beginning of time from Mt. Baker Vapor, Blue Moo. I think it was supposed to be Blueberries and Cream, but it was more like plastic (no offense to MBV, they helped a LOT of vapers get vaping, along with Johnson Creek, and others). GREAT news is, Blue Note did NOT taste like plastic !!!!! It presented as a damned tasty Blueberries and Cream. Now I had thought about NOT saying that, as that was overly simple, and this "blend" was more than that. I was getting at least two BB's, a darker, and a brighter, and the creams which were slightly sweetened riding throughout the ride. No BA or sour in these creams, just a good slightly sweet sled for the BB's to ride on. At 10% this felt really good, and it could probably be even used higher or lower. I wouldn't call it an "in your face" flavor at 10%, but plenty present. I knew I liked it when the first tester tank ran dry, and I still hadn't written the review yet LOL. Finishing the second tank, and the review by calling this one a BB and C, but more than that, and in a very addictive way. Handily a **9.2/10**.

**Butterscotch Malt (OSDIY) 10% (11-13-20)** -- First one on deck for this new flavor brand for me, was the BS Malt blend (aka One Shot). I wasn't sure what to expect with these "blends", and this first one, did impress. It was indeed a full, rich, and tasty butterscotch, but with something more. The "malt" was clearly present, but not in an overwhelming way. The interesting thing was, I wasn't getting exactly a malted milk, or a malted shake per se, but it still did convey that somehow. A rather interesting addition, and hard to fully quantify or explain, but, it worked really good here. The BS was nice and full at 10%, rich, with some buttery-ness to it, and sweetness was almost mid level. The malt was really the bermuda triangle in this one, and at times it felt almost creamy, other times almost bakery-ish, and it really DID make for an interesting vape. Being new to OSDIY, and having only tested one "blend" thus far, I assume they are meant to be stand alone "One Shots" and if so, this one could indeed stand on it's own. Clearly you could mix with it as well, and I think the really uniqueness of the Malt would allow for some interestingly new mixes. Couldn't find any take offs, and the malt continued to be a happy mystery from the beginning of the tank, to the end. Pretty impressive first blend for me, and hopefully sets the tone for the rest of the blends on deck for testing. You can always tell when you like a tester, when you all of a sudden realize the tanks empty !!! Starting out these testers, this one felt really good at a high **9.3/10**.

**Choco-Yum Cake (OSDIY) 10% (11-20-20)** -- If a delicious chocolate cake was easy, EVERYONE would be doing it !!! Sadly that is NOT the case. OSDIY stepped up however, and did this one some real justice with their Choco-Yum Cake. The chocolate defied an absolute classification, as it wasn't a Milk Chocolate, or a Dark Chocolate, but somewhere in between, but leaned darker more than lighter. It was perfectly suited, and balanced for a cake profile. The cake itself was also somewhat of a mystery, as it had def. cake elements, but almost cupcake elements in there as well. Although not clearly identifiable, there was some creaminess in the mix, which could have just as easily been whipped cream thrown in for good measure. @ 10%, it was a satisfying mix, and I decided to toss back a full tank before collecting my thoughts. No off-putting notes, and with a mid level sweetness, it was smooth and tasty on the palate. You could surely ADV this as is, as it really didn't feel lacking. The choco to cake ratio was perfect for me with somewhat of a 35% choco 65% cake which allowed both to play their parts, without being overwhelmed. The cake leaned towards a yellow, but not a pure yellow, and the cupcake elements I was picking up, worked perfectly to boost the cake profile. In total, this was a very tasty, convincing Chocolate blended with an equally convincing cake, that paired together nicely, and didn't leave you wanting. **9.75/10**.

**Lotta Latte (OSDIY) 10% (11-14-20)**
-- With this one being one of the more used, and known flavors from OSDIY, I was curious to see how it fared. I could tell from the first vape, why that was the case. Very rich and delicious caramel, and creamy mix with a darker coffee bean carrier. The coffee notes were very good, leaned darker, but with none of the bitterness or acidity that sometimes accompanies them. Espresso ?? Italian Roast ?? It didn't really favor any particular one, but the end result was a good, darker, roasted bean coffee that although fairly present in the mix, never overwhelmed it. The caramel and cream notes as well, never left your palate when vaping, but perfectly sat in the mix. Sweetness was a tick above mid level, and that suited this flavor. OSDIY was able to temper any (if any) rough edges of the darker bean roast with the caramel and cream, as finishing more than one tank led to no distress LOL. I've had some issues in the past with FA's delicious Espresso, which was great, but rougher on the palate. All in, this one was a fairly complex darker roasted coffee, with a smart caramel pairing, and soothing creameries all in the mix. Even after two tester tanks, couldn't find a fault with it. Pushing it up to a **9.85/10**.

**Lucky Shot (OSDIY) 10% (11-20-20)** -- This flavor being one of the three last in this series, I decided to let steep an extra week, as I could tell they were more complex, and/or tobacco (i.e. the RJ4). As expected, this one presented as much more of a complex arrangement. I read some of the reviews, looked at how it was being used, but found almost NO mention of a particular note that I was picking up, so maybe, just maybe, this review will break new ground here. It did present as a "bakery" of sorts, and the main elements were Graham, Vanilla, Caramel, and Cream, but the secret here, is a Bourbon, and I assume a Bourbon Cream. THAT, is what I didn't really see mentioned anywhere else. The more I vaped it, the more I knew, there WAS Bourbon Cream in there !!! As a whole, it was very good, smartly thought out, and executed. The strongest notes, were the Graham, Bourbon Cream, and maybe the Caramel. Even with those three, it was a tasty pairing with the subtle notes, just adding to it. I found the Graham to be most present on the inhale, and the Bourbon the most on the exhale. It stayed very interesting throughout the tank, and I can see why it's one of the more popular flavors from OSDIY. Could surely stand on it's own, or easily be used in countless basses and push/pulled from there. None of the profiles overwhelmed the mix, and it felt good at 10%. Sweetness was mid-level, maybe a tick lower, and nothing stood out as not belonging here. All in, even though I'm not a HUGE Bourbon fan, it's uniqueness and tasty-ness could not be ignored. Solid at a **9.5/10**.

**RJ4 (OSDIY) 10% (11-20-20)** -- Last one on deck !!!! Despite NOT using a lot of RY4's in my day to day, I do enjoy them, so this RJ4 raised my curiosity. J ?? While an oversimplification, this one was like an excellent RY4 with a double dose of rich, buttery, caramel. I mean basically, that's IT. Rich, buttery, caramel were the main top notes, with some lower end RY4 notes. To my tastes, any bacco notes were much lower in the mix, and not being a huge bacco fan, that suited my palate, but if you are a bacco craver, be advised, this favors the caramel. Very rich and full at this weight, and in no way pushing the ceiling. Making it through an entire tester affirmed that you COULD indeed solo this one. Sweetness was about mid level, and it was not fatiguing. Finishing out my first series with OSDIY, this one ended it with a bang, as the utter rich, caramel-y-ness of this one, could not be overstated, and it was delish. If you love a good caramel, you will love this one. Good thing for me, I love Caramels !!!! No takedowns for lower bacco notes, as it was not billed at an RY. Feels delicious at **9.8/10**.

**Mexican Fried Ice Cream (OSDIY) 10% (11-14-20)** -- Every time I've eaten MFIC, it's always got an almost indescribable aspect to it, but you know it once you've had it. So, DID OSDIY manage to capture that mystical thing ?? Most times MFIC is a scoop of VIC, rolled in cinnamon sugar, then rolled in corn flakes, and fried. Smelling this one, you can almost pick out those exact ingredients, and it carried over to the vape. At 10% it was nice and full, and the medley was delicious. Not blurry, but delicious. A nice Vanilla Cream, with some bakery, and a little cinnamon on the top. Just the way it's supposed to be. If you're a cinna hater, fear not, it's not overpowering, just "in there". I blew through an entire tank before I knew it, and found nothing that didn't belong. Sweetness was about mid level, and it was indeed a keeper, and could be vaped as it, with nothing else needed. I can't remember craving a MFIC, but now that I've had a great one, I am LOL. Handily @ **9.5/10**.

One On One Flavors (OOO) Single Flavor Tests by SessionDrummer

Thanks again @Bob_.....en

**French Toast (OOO) 5% (8-20-17)** -- 2 weeks + of steeping waiting patiently to see if this could be the French Toast I was looking for, as I am a junkie, and have heard MUCH about OOO. Quite sadly this was NOT a good flavor for me. With all the 5 star reviews on OOO site, I was shocked. I had no idea what was in store for me, and this one just seemed a hodge podge of burnt mess. Very strange, and burnt tasting with little to no reference to any FT's I've had before. I actually _had such a **negative experience**, dumped the tank, and loaded up a 5 month old tester from RF SC and got my French Toast on._ **1/10**.

**Pancake (OOO) 5% (8-25-17)** -- 2 weeks + steep to see if this could beat the hands down best Pancake from Real Flavors SC line. For me, it was almost as bad as the French Toast (OOO). Could be me, but didn't really get a lot of pancake from this, and it had the same off putting note I got from the French Toast on the exhale. The flavor wasn't as BAD as the FT, but not sure what that's saying. An even mix, sweetness was ok, but I struggled to get a pancake from it. The one note I did pick up was almost a condensed milk on the exhale. With this and the French Toast, I'm 0/2 for OOO at this point. Looking for better next. Have to put this at **2/10**.

**Tapioca Pudding (OOO) 5% (8-27-16)** -- 2 weeks + steep, fresh coils and cotton for this new round of OOO tests. I love tapioca pudding so OOO had their work cut out for them. Out of the gate, it's an evenly mixed vanilla-ish "something" flavor. Not too sweet, not heavy handed, and there IS a secondary note. Chain vaping (as of this writing) has me curious WHAT that note is. Maybe a pudding element, but I had to work to get it. Honestly after testing numerous vanilla's, not really sure what the "pudding" element is, but if it's here, it's barely here. Now that doesn't make it a bad flavor, maybe just not enough pudding for me. Creamy, little sweet, some vanilla on the inhale, and all of the same, plus the "element" on the exhale. I think it leans more towards an attempt at tapioca than a pudding element. Overall, not a bad taste, but just lacking the pudding PUNCH. Don't feel bad leaving this at **7/10**.

**Banana Cream Pie (OOO) 5% (8-27-17)** -- Over 2 weeks steeping to see if this could approach my fav. TPA Banana Creme. I don't think that this one does that. Not a bad banana, and creme, but not getting the pie crust, and when compared directly to TPA, it's lacking. Doesn't have the banana and creme PUNCH that the TPA does. With that said, not bad overall, very even, and sweetness is on point. Just seems like a weaker version of the TPA without any real KICK. **6/10**.

**Strawberry Sour Belts (OOO) 5% (8-27-17)** -- 2 weeks + of waiting, I mean who doesn't like SSB ?? Smelled great in the bottle, and as steeping. My initial thought was "Wow, this is about 50% of what I wanted". All the elements were present, SB, sweetness, sour, and a hint of gummy, but it just made me immediately want to Re-mix it @ 10%. I'm not sure if that will work or not, but re-mix I will. Great mix overall, and somehow OOO seemed to capture the granular sour sugar on the candies, THAT, they got 100% right. What to do, what to do... It really tastes good, BUT it screams for TWICE as much. I'll go **7/10** on this mix @ 5%, and re-test higher.

**Honeydew Melon (OOO) 5% (9-17-17)** -- Having been hooked on a cucumber melon mix before was anxious to try this one out. This one did impart most of the honeydew you want in a flavor. Just sweet enough, lots of body, and fullness. Maybe not the BEST honeydew, but good none the less. No perfume, or off notes, and strength was great @ 5%. See no reason not to go **8.5/10** on this one.

**Banana Milkshake (OOO) 5% (9-17-17)** -- I've not had ANY good luck with "Milkshake" SF's, and was HOPING this one, would do it. While this flavor was not off putting in any way, and delivered a kinda creamy, sweetish overall taste, I couldn't get any banana or milkshake from it. Vaping it while typing, reveals no hint of either. Had the wife try to make sure I wasn't flavor fatigued, she couldn't get either, as well. Smelling it, there is something that comes across, maybe a mix of something LIKE condensed milk with a hint of malted maybe ?? Could get used into a base mix of some sort, but just can't rate it higher than **3/10** for it's name.

**Cream (Milky Undertones) PG (OOO) 5% (2-10-18)** -- Having read many great reviews for this, and having used it in mixes, was expecting a lot for a SF test. It was full and semi-rich at 5%, and somewhat sweet. What surprised me was the lack of overwhelming creaminess and/or mouthfeel. I mean it was good, but it didn't convey an obvious cream like TPA Sweet Cream, or CAP Sweet Cream. Again, wasn't bad, having only used it in mixes, and never as an SF, I would have expected it to be a bit creamier. I will continue to use it as a mixer, but surprisingly enough to me, as a SF, would have to go **6/10**.

**Sugar Cone (OOO) 5% (9-17-17)** -- Having never had a sugar cone flavor before, didn't know what to expect. At 5% the overall mix was good and it did taste like it's name, but was somewhat light. Perhaps expecting TOO much from a SF, not sure. Nothing off putting, and didn't get an overloading cinnamon, but really a light, tasty version of a waffle cone. Could be a bit stronger IMO, but as tested, a good **8/10**.

**Bread Pudding (OOO) 5% (9-16-17)** – Having NOT had great luck with BP’s in general, didn’t have high expectations for this one. Smelled great in the bottle, and vaping it continued that trend, to a degree. At times, kept getting an almost metallic off putting note ?? Not sure, as it came and went during my 3ml tester. Overall, I wouldn’t call it a stand out, but more of a middle of the road flavor. Got most of the major notes right, but overall was too laid back for me, and the metallic note, didn’t improve it. For me, would leave it at a **5/10** mixer.

**Strawberry Cotton Candy (OOO) 7% (2-10-18)** – 1st tester of round 2 !!! Having ordered a SB sampler pack looking forward to seeing how OOO SB’s are different. At 7%, 2 week steep this one was a VERY fulfilling SB vape. Somewhat candy’ish, slightly artificial (not in a bad way), with a def. fullness to the back note. To me it seemed more of a SB Jam, than a cotton candy, but delicious it is. Great mouthfeel and very full @ 7%. Sweet, with some slight tartness on the exhale. The difficulty with this one, will be deciding on a rating. A GREAT SB vape, but does it convey Cotton Candy ?? As a strict SB Cotton Candy would go with a **6/10**, but as a SB Jam’ish/Shake’ish it would be a **10/10**. Def. a keeper.

**Vanilla Cupcake (OOO) 7% (2-10-18)** -- I love VCC so I am ready to see what this is after 2 weeks. Very nice and full vape @ 7%, and Vanilla is very present but not overpowering. As far as the cupcake portion, just not really getting any. What I am getting however is almost some sort of a tea note. Not a green tea, but almost a black tea note, with a hint of Nutmeg maybe ? Very strange and odd. Offputting ?? Not really, but it leaves it's presence on the exhale, where there should be a solid cupcake. Maybe as a sort of Vanilla Chai spiced flavor maybe ?? Quite interesting, and not really cupcake-ish for me. Loving the vanilla portion, but as a VCC would have to go low @ **2/10**.

**Strawberry Cheesecake (OOO) 7% (2-10-18)** – Although I mixed up the (OOO) Cheesecake, had been afraid to test it, some stinky cheese scents from that, so I was a little reluctant to try this one, but I did. This one DID have that smell when smelling the mix, but not so much when vaping it. SB is on point, sweet with a little tart, but this one does reveal a somewhat creamy body to it. Not getting any graham or crust from it, and no off putting cheesey notes, but just an overall semi creaminess to the body/exhale. It def. gets the point across, but with lower than expected cheesecake/crust. Overall, would leave this at **6.5/10**.

**Cake Batter (OOO) 7% (2-10-18)** -- Not having any CB in the arsenal I liked, was looking to finally get one. @7% this was very full, rich, some sweet, and grain. Yes grain. Almost like a hint of cheerios. Bad thing ? Not really, worked very well. It did have some CAP CB elements, but not as overpowering or heavy. CAP CB I can't even vape, but this one I can. Overall, very good, cake batter with a grain element. Solid @ **7/10**.

**50/50 Strawberry Ice Cream Bar (OOO) 7% (2-10-18)** -- This one nailed it OUT of the gate @ 7%. The SB was on point, and the Ice Cream was right there in the mix too. 50/50 is about right. Even pairing of both of them with neither leading. Now I don't think the Ice Cream will come up to the level of LB VIC, but it's good none the less in this mix. With such an even pairing with nothing off-putting or overshadowing the two, will have to go with **9/10** easy on this one.

**Lemon Pound Cake (OOO) 7% (2-10-18)** -- Out of the gate WOW !!!!!! Talk about an all in one SF, this is one of them. Lemon, sweet, tart, and cake ALL there, no fuss no muss. This one was very good, full, and complete as is. Surprisingly close to Dinner Lady Lemon Tart minus some of the lemon tart, and more cake. Going to finish this tester for sure. **10/10** without hesitation.

**Happy Rancher (Strawberry) (OOO) 7% (2-11-18)** -- Working through the SB pack, moved onto this one. It had the SB notes I've grown used to from OOO, and it had a nice candy base in the mix. The SB was more laid back than some of the OOO SB's but the candy base element picked up the slack. Perhaps a hint of sour, but overall a good, full mix. Perhaps not my personal fav. but for it's name, it was a good **8.5/10**.

**Tiramisu (OOO) 7% (2-11-18)** -- Who vapes Tiramisu @ 7% as a SF ??? This guy. OK, as a SF this one was not a great vape, but dammit, it had EVERY single element you want in a Tiramisu. Cake, coffee, brandy, chocolate !!!!! It's all in there. I believe this is one of those times wherein just because you don't enjoy a flavor as a SF, doesn't mean it's not great. Wouldn't do it as a stand alone, but man, what you could do with this in a mixing setting is powerful. **9.5/10**.

**Strawberry Souffle (OOO) 7% (2-11-18)** -- Clearly OOO has the SB down pat, and this one was no different. Great SB flavor, but the "souffle" just wasn't working for me. You're mileage will vary, so you should try but it had a rather off taste to it. You can tell where they were trying to go with it, but something just wasn't right with the souffle for me. Leaving it a **3/10**.

**Cinnamon Roll (OOO) 7% (2-11-18)** -- WOW. Outta the gate WOW. 4 vapes and I can already write a review for this one. GREAT !!!! Talk about capturing a Cinnabon, this is it. And surprisingly NOT overly sweet. Might even benefit from a little sweetener. Smelling the bottle revealed an interesting choice of cinnamon. Very nice and full on the inhale, with the breadiness, and cinnamon sugar on the exhale. Might use a lil butter, but with no dik's not sure how they'd do that. If you like cinnabons you'll love this. **10/10**.

**Strawberry Candy Rocks (Fizz) (OOO) 7% (2-11-18)** -- This one I didn't know what to expect, and it turned out to be pretty good. The tried and true OOO SB with a much lighter finish. It's almost as if they threw in some champagne or white grape (it doesn't taste like either, but for an idea of how it tastes). Lighter, slightly sweeter SB. It did have a lingering taste in the mouth, probably from the addons to the SB. Overall, not bad, and placing it squarely at a **8/10**.

**Apple Granny Smith (OOO) 7% (2-11-18)** -- This was a good granny smith apple vape. Plenty of green apple, medium sweetness, and some tart thrown in for good measure. Inhale/exhale about the same, although it got somewhat thin on the exhale. Seemed to be rather one dimensional at times, but nothing off putting. Due to the lack of depth, would leave it at **6.5/10**..

**Strawberry (Ripe) (OOO) 7% (2-18-18)** -- It's no secret that OOO has their SB's down pat. This seems to be their great, baseline SB. Somewhat sweet, a hint of tart, and loaded with a great SB. Does have a touch of ripe to it, and as with most of OOO's SB's it has a jam quality to it, so not a pure-ist's SB Ripe, but very good. As a "just strawberry" would easily go 10/10, but as a "ripe" would have to pull back to an **8.5/10** because of the jammy quality to it. WILL finish the tester on this one.

**Cornbread (OOO) 7% (2-23-18)** -- I don't do a ton of Corn mixes, and have occasionally went to heavy with AP and been abused with los fritos, so I was curious and reluctant to try this one. WOW, was I wrong. This one at 7% was not overpowering at all (might even try it at 10%), had a very nice "shade" of corn, with some sweet, buttery-ness, and a hint of creaminess. WOW. Not at all what I was fearful of. Very nice cornbread. Can't find anything wrong with this one, and am trying to to think up some good uses for this little gem. If you want a cornbread, this one will do it for you. **10/10**.

**Strawberry Shortcake (OOO) 7% (2-23-18)** -- Yet another SB variant from OOO to test. This one deviated from many of my previous (OOO) SB's and had a much lighter, somewhat sweeter finish. I think they did a perfect job of capturing the strawberry glaze/drizzle that you find in many shortcakes. The shortcake was there, but lower in the mix. I could stand for it to be 25% stronger. There is almost a lower creamy note in there as well, which helps to tie it all together. If they'd boosted the shortcake note I'd have to go with a 10/10, but because it was lower in the mix, can only lower it to **9/10**.

**Apple Pie (Cinnamon) (OOO) 7% (2-23-18)** -- My favorites in the Apple Pie arena are FA Apple Pie, and FLV Apple Pie Filling for perspective. This one didn't really impart any pie to me, but quite a bit of apple. The cinnamon rather eluded me as well, although I swore it was in there. The apple(s) were quite bright, almost too bright for a pie, much like Fuji. I did keep getting some sort of another note, maybe a spice of some kind, but couldn't identify it. Because of the true lack of pie and crust, almost strange-ish apple(s), and missing cinnamon, really not a fan of this one. The mystery note on exhale is rather strange as well, almost wintergreen-ish maybe ?? I can't go higher than **2.5/10** on this one.

**Strawberry (Fresh) (OOO) 7% (2-23-18)** -- Having loved the OOO Strawberry (Ripe) was interested to see the difference in this one in comparison. As expected the SB was very good, full, sweet, and tasty. How it differed from the Ripe was subtle yet noticeable. This didn't quite have the sharp punch that the Ripe had, but it did indeed have more of a freshness to it. More of a full mid body to it with almost an organic feel to it. My personal preference would be the Ripe over this, but that's only a matter of preference. By combining the two, should prove to be a very interesting overall mix. This is even in overall taste to the Ripe, so it is solid at a **8.5/10**.

**Rhubarb Crisp (OOO) 7% (2-24-18)** -- Not really sure what a Rhubarb Crisp is, but this one wasn't half bad. Even mix, slightly tart, some rhubarb, and some pastry notes finishing it off. @ 7% it seemed to leave me wanting more, perhaps 10%. Nothing off putting, nothing over the top great, but a decent, well balanced vape. **6.5/10**.

**Strawberry Kiwi (OOO) 7% (2-24-18)** -- Rounding out the last SB in my OOO SB Sampler, this one proved to again, be another great SB flavor. The Kiwi was in there, but not overpowering with hints of it on both the inhale and exhale. As expected the overall mix / taste was brighter with the kiwi added in. Nice, light, sweet, tart with a great blending of the two. Easily **8.5/10**.

**Blueberry Cheesecake (OOO) 7% (2-28-28)** -- One of my ADV's is a BC so I know what's required. Much like OOO's SB Cheesecake, I didn't really get much if any cheesecake or graham crust. Lot's of blueberry with some maybe creamy middle tones, but the overwhelming profile was just blueberry. A good blueberry, but really missing out on the cheesecake part. Similarly rated to the SBCC, this one is a tad lower @ **6/10**.

**Cake (Yellow) (OOO) 7% (2-28-18)** -- I think the reigning YC champ at this point is FW's so OOO has it's work cut out. Vaping @ 7% this was a very nice, full, somewhat sweet vape. It had the undertones of a yellow cake, but it felt like it was missing a lot of the body and cakey-ness. Not sure if this would be enough to add to a mix soley to bring YC to the table, but could def. be used in a base for it. Would def. need some help. Nice and rich, but just missing out on the key notes. Leaving this @ **7/10**.

**Beignets (OOO) 7% (3-10-18)** -- I have never HAD a beignet, but NOW, I wish I had. Didn't know what to expect, but at 7% this one REALLY hit it out of the park. VERY nice, even, full bakery with subtle, yet very present other notes. Some sweet creaminess, but a definite bakery note to this. Despite not being able to identify the supporting elements, I did have the overwhelming urge to add a splash of raspberry to this. When I remix I def. will do that, as it seems to scream for it. **10/10** with no hesitation.

**Key Lime Pie (OOO) 7% (3-11-18)** -- A big fan of KLP, so waited an extra week to steep then try this one. Overall, it had many of the elements of a KLP, but it seemed to fall short. Not bad, but not stellar. Not so great as a SF, but could be worked into a base/mix. Lime was present but not overpowering with a nice sharpness to it, some hints of meringue and crust, but only hints. Seemed like if you boosted the sweetness a hair, added some crust, it might start looking better. As it stands, **6.5/10**.

**Whipped Cream (OOO) 7% (3-17-18)** -- Extra steep time on this one, and it turned into a deliciously light, whipped cream. Was evenly mixed, with not overly heavy cream elements or sweetness, but just enough of each. Somewhat light at 7%, but it didn't take away from it in as a SF. Don't think it would be a stand alone, but can see this mixing quite nicely in quite a few mixes. Stands nicely at **8.5/10**.

**Blow Popsicle (OOO) 7% (3-18-18)** -- This one smelled great in the bottle, and had a hard time waiting for it to steep 2 weeks. Vaping it, it seemed to loose something. The blue (rasp) element seemed heavier than the others. Def. had a popsicle overall feel to it, but it seemed that it got somewhat lost in translation. In the ball park, but wouldn't call it great. **6/10**.

**Elephant Ears (OOO) 7% (3-18-18)** -- Having tried a similar titled flavor from a competitor that didn't WOW me, didn't have high hopes here. It kind of surprised me, as the overall mix did convey EE. @ 7% it did seem somewhat lacking, maybe even thinner than expected. Because it had all the right elements, and nothing off putting, it's in the right direction. Seemed to be just more of a middle of the road sweetened bakery more than anything else. Maybe expecting too much @ 7%, but leaving this @ **6.5/10**.

**Chocolate Peanut Cup (OOO) 7% (3-18-18)** -- Anything chocolate is hard to get right, so wanted to see how OOO did it. Smelled great in the bottle, and vaping it, that continued. Chocolate notes were there without being overpowering, and the nut part of the peanut butter was there too. Almost more of a nuttyness than peanut butter, but there were hints of it. Very evenly blended, sweetness and smooth were on point. Realizing dik free flavors have their work cut out for them, and this one didn't prove to do it bad at all. Nicely done @ **8/10**.

**Cream Soda (OOO) 7% (3-22-18)** -- I'm NOT a huge fan of Cream Soda, but decided to give this a try anyway. Smelled great (very close) in the bottle, but upon the first vape, I knew it wasn't for me. Please try this yourself and decide, but for me, there was a powerful off note that threw it over the edge for me. Maybe champagne, or an attempt at carbonation/fizz, it overpowered the Cream Soda notes for me. You could detect them in the background, but were easily overpowered by the additional notes. Won't be finishing this tester. Can't go above **2/10**.

**Bubble Gum (OOO) 7% (3-22-18)** -- Another first for me, never tried a BG vape before. Smelled great in the bottle, and vaped fairly similarly. Good sweetness like you would expect, but def. not a sugar lips effect here, not overly complex, but a pretty straight forward BG. Seemed more like a Bubbalicious than a Bazooka Joe, maybe a hint of Bubble Yum. Wasn't overly strong at 7%, but it did convey the strong points. Wished it was stronger, and didn't get the sense that increasing the % would boost the flavor. For a first BG flavor, not too shabby. Only marking down for the perceived strength. **6/10**.

**Banana Split (OOO) 7% (3-22-18)** -- I assumed this one would not be good, because of the amount of elements in a BS, but was very surprised. Not a very heavy flavor overall, but still pretty good. The banana, ice cream, whipped cream, and cherry actually all came through on this one. Didn't really get much chocolate from it, but that is almost expected, as it could/would probably run through the mix heavy. Very nice sweetness, and creaminess, with fairly dominant banana (but not overpowering) with a hint of cherry in there. Not really sure how they got this one, but they did a good job. I can almost get a little chocolate on the exhale, but if so, barely. This one actually surprised me. Could almost be a stand alone. Nothing off putting, not sickly sweet, actually, just plain good. Even though it could probably benefit from some boosting here and there, this one, as is, stands at a **9.5/10**.

**Key Lime Pie (OOO) 7% (4-1-18)** -- Due to a testing backlog, this one steeped for over a month before testing. After a month, it faded into a non descript sweetish, somewhat bakery-ish blend. Citrus fade is not unheard of and may have happened with this one. No real lime present, no cracker crust to speak of, maybe the one surviving element could have been the meringue, but even that is questionable. May have to re-test this one with a much shorter steep. As it stands, @7% and steeping for over a month, would have to rate this low @ **2/10**.

**Samoa (OOO) 7% (4-1-18)** -- Curiously when searching the OOO website this flavor is no longer available ?? With that said, it is a shame, because this one really nailed all the elements of the Samoa. Inhale is a nice, thick cookie, and on the exhale the chocolate and coconut step up their game. Everything is in it's place with nothing playing to heavy. For a Dik free flavor, they did a really good job. The coconut is really good, almost candy-like but not overly so, so much that it pairs perfectly with the chocolate. **9.5/10** on this one.
**Sweet Tea (OOO) 7% (4-1-18)** -- Sometimes something is GREAT when you eat or drink it, but when you vape it, you left wondering, "Why ......". This tester revealed the fact that I don't think I like vaping "tea" flavors, BUT, and here's the BIG one, it tastes JUST like Sweat Tea !!!!! It is important (unless an opinion piece) to not color a review by personal tastes, so I will not. My personal preferences aside, this flavor was dead, spot on. Nicely sweet, with an even mix of maybe two tea elements. Neither overpowering, nothing chemically or artificial tasting, but a very natural tasting sweet tea. Smelling it literally smells like you've just brewed a big pot, while it cools off before pouring it over ice. I'd swear you can almost taste the tannin. I think if you're a sweet tea lover, this one will def. work for you. **10/10**.

One Drop Flavors (ODF) Single Flavor Tests by SessionDrummer

Testing Ongoing ...........

http://..................../recipe/2317996/One+Drop+Flavors+Multiple+SF+Tests

**Raspberry (ODF) 9% (4-15-18)**
-- Sooo many bad raspberries out there, most artificial or chemically offset. This one is NOT one of them. Just as good as the RF SC Raspberry, although a slight bit less intense. Nothing off putting notes, or chemical/artificial tastes, but a slightly subdued natural raspberry. Not overly sweet, with a hint of tart. Sometimes it's easier to say what it's not, than what it is. Not at pungent as INW Raspberry, and not jam like it that helps. I didn't get the bit of seeds that I did with the RF SC version, but very good none the less. Might need a boost if you want to add a little punch or extra tartness. **9/10**.

**Vanilla (ODF) 9% (4-21-18)** -- Now THIS one was starting to taste more like a full on experience @ 9%. With some of the earlier flavors seemingly lacking some punch and fullness, this one was actually much better. Nice even, rounded Vanilla without leaning towards any particular one. Sweetness and creaminess were on deck, and I got a hint of the "malty" note that I also got from the Chocolate and a few others, but it was low in the background. Wasn't a mind blowing as Holy Vanilla, or complex as INW Shisha Vanilla, but good none the less. **7/10**.

**Custard (ODF) 9% (4-15-18)** -- As a custard fiend it's hard to impress me, and realizing ODF flavors are dik free, custards have to be tricky. This is not a VC, and hence just the Custard name. Overall, it's a very even mix with some custard elements. Nicely sweet, and fairly full at 9%. Def. NOT getting an eggy-ness which is good for my tastes. It does seem to share some of the malty notes that I got from the chocolate. It's not an overt Malt flavor, but if you vape the ODF Choco and this, you'll get it. Just an undertone, but it's there. Not sure as a stand alone, but could def. see it as a base mixer. **7/10**.

**Watermelon (ODF) 9% (4-20-18)** -- This one smelled GREAT in the bottle after 2 weeks. It had much more of a kick than the Orange did @ 9%. Somewhat sweet, with some deep WM aspects. It did lean towards candied but not in an off putting way. Like some of the other ODF flavors it felt kind of thin, even @ 9%, and left me wanting more. Tasted like some of the red, with more of the white part of the mellon with some of the rind. Would have loved much more of the RED part. Even, tasty, didn't taste artificial. @ 9% would simply place it at a **6/10**.

**Pineapple (ODF) 9% (4-21-18)** -- I don't have many pineapples to compare this to, but this smelled great out of the bottle. Vaping it proved it to be a weaker, but good pineapple. Got some good sweet pineapple on the inhale, but kind of petered out on the exhale. The room note was very nice, just wish it was as present on the exhale. Chain vaping improved it a little bit. Nothing off putting, nothing artificial, but just needed more presence. **7.5/10**.

**Blue Raspberry (ODF) 9% (4-21-18)** -- Trying to decide if this accurately depicts that blue sweet flavor on snow cones or not. It's in the ball park, but doesn't 100% capture it. Not getting a lot of blue, and the raspberry was kind of so so. As a few of the others did, felt a tad thin @ 9%. Nothing great, nothing terrible, kind of middle of the road sweetened, darkened fruit flavor. **5/10**.

**Chocolate (ODF) 9% (4-15-18)** -- Having tested many of the other RF SC Choclates assumed this would be similar and it was. Not a great stand out chocolate despite elements of it being present. Had almost a malted nature to it, but not overpoweringly so. To me, it wants to be added to a peanut butter to complete it. Def. NOT a dedicated/specific chocolate like TPA DCC, or MF DC, and INW MC. Just more of a malted chocolate mixture. RF SC does some great things with this, but mixed. As a SF Chocolate however, would place it at a **4/10**.

**Grape (ODF) 9% (4-20-18)** -- Much like the RF SC Grape this is a really good grape. Nicely sweet, slight tartness, and although it favored a Concord for me, it did seem like a grape blend. Although sweet-ish, not a jammy flavor. Nothing off putting, nothing artificial, just a good grape. It did appear to have slightly less richness as compared to the RF SC version. Easy **9/10**.

**Strawberry (ODF) 9% (4-15-18)** -- Very similar to the RF SC SB, but this one seemed to miss some of the pizazz or kick that the SC version had, even at 9% this one seemed like it needed a bit more. Good SB, not great, but good. Sweetness and tartness were there, along with a good SB flavor. Wished it had more punch like the SC version. **6.5/10**.

**Caramel (ODF) 9% (4-15-18)** -- With FA Caramel being my go to, ANY caramel has a hard road to walk. This one was NOT up to the level of FA's, and this one was perplexing. One minute it was a caramel, the next not. The room note said caramel, but on the inhale it didn't always. What was it ? It was caramel-ish, with some of the caramelized sugar, but didn't get much of the buttery-ness. This is probably due to the lack of diks. @ 9% I would have hoped for far more caramel. Would work as a general mixer, but not sure it brings caramel to the party, or at least not loud enough. **3.5/10**.

**Orange (ODF) 9% (4-20-18)** -- Having not vaped many Orange flavors, was excited to see what this held in store. After 2 weeks steep not much smell from the bottle which was surprising. Vaping yielded a somewhat sweet, citrus on the inhale, but only a wisp of orange on the exhale. It was almost non existent which is surprising at 9%. Sometimes it tasted almost like the oil from an orange peel when peeling an orange, but not always. Nothing off putting, but not much to carry this over the finish line. Wish it was 3 times stronger. Very light flavor, and I hate to push the rating down, but it really needs much more body. **3/10**.

**Cotton Candy (ODF) 9% (4-15-18)** -- After 2 weeks steep, this one proved to be a rather nondescript sweet-ish flavor. No standout hints of any profile, and to me, did not have the typical EM flavor. Not much of a surprise as no one vapes Cotton Candy as a SF, but is used as an additive/sweetener. With that said, it was not overly sweet, but could be used as an enhancer. **6/10**.

Nicotine River / River Supply Co Single Flavor Reviews by SessionDrummer

@Frostyjayjay thanks for making this thread.

UqRHB5t.jpg

> All testing done after 2 weeks steep, 70v/30p/ 3mg on a SteamCrave v.1 RDTA with dual 7 wrap, Kanthal coils. Fresh cotton, burned coils before all flavors. Tested at % listed below.

.

**Banana Milkshake (River Supply) 3% (2-15-20)** -- Having vape RSC's Vanilla Milkshake recently, should be able to contrast this one. This milkshake was thicker, and richer than the Vanilla MS, and had more banana undertones smelling it, than vaping it. Checked/re-checked and this is what I got. Off the bottle, some banana could be picked out, but vaping it, it gets lost. Sweetness was low to mid, and it conveyed a fairly thick, and rich MS, but lacking banana. Banana-ish, but not a firm banana. Would be easy to push it into full Banana mode, but as is, stands more like a rich milkshake (richer/thicker than their vanilla MS). At 3% it was nicely full, not overpowered, but noticeably richer than the VMS. As a straight milkshake I'd go very high, maybe 9.5/10, but strictly as a Banana MS, would have to drop it, but only for the NSM (Not So Much) Banana to **6.5/10**. Don't let the low rating fool you, great MS, just needs some nana help.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Boysenberry Pie (River Supply) 3% (2-9-20)** -- I would like to dedicate this review to @MysticRose, who's outstanding review style, and delicate note taking compelled me into doing testing myself. So for that Rose, I thank you. We are all fighting for 2nd place behind you. OK, onto the BEEF. When I vaped this one, I nearly fell over !!!! OK, you're wondering, "Wait, which way will he go "? Well, hehe, WOW, it's a GOOD thing. On literally the FIRST vape, the deep complexity of the Boysenberry immediately overwhelmed me, like I was in a giant Boysenberry sleeping bag. YES, if you can imagine. It's a very delicious, complex, mid to dark berry blend, and frankly, the more I vape it, the more an accurate description of it eludes me. Wow, let's vape on this again ..... Man this is a good Boysen. It presents as a mid to mid higher level sweetened mid-dark berry complex-iture. Yes, I made that word up. Mid to dark berries, with a damn near jammy punch, but only just a bit. With the mid, the dark, and the bright punch it covers the spectrum here. The pie (crust I am assuming) is in there, but fairly laid back, and that is A-O-K with me. This berry blend (boysen they call it) is now a top shelf force to be reckoned with in my book. Wow, because every vape, leads to yet another flavorful explosion of Boysenberry. Talk about an immersive experience, this one is it, AND at the low low low rate of 3%. You wont need to go any higher with this one, and despite being a full in your face boysen, it's not cloying, or artificially heavy in any way. You could boost the crust maybe a smidge, but would you really WANT to ?? **10/10** even with the underpowered pie crust.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Bread Pudding (River Supply) 3% (3-1-20)** -- Having just tested RSC's Sugar Crunch, this one was very similar, but less pronounced. @ 3% it was very full, and tasty. It did not present as deliciously thick as the Sugar Crunch, but still fared very well. With all the usual suspects present, bread, egg, cream, sugar, with a little spice, which might have been raisins, but unsure. No butter or syrup so this is not a french toaster. I cannot NOT continue to compare this to the Sugar Crunch as they are so similar. A little bit lighter, and with a slight spice, which I kept thinking might be raisins, but it's just outside of being recognized. As a BP this one is quite good, and would only require minor boosting to really make it shine. Nothing off-putting, and was really good at this percentage. Because it didn't have the one-two punch that the Sugar Crunch had, will take it down a notch or so, but even at that, a great one to get and play with. Leaving this at **7.2/10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Breakfast Pastry (River Supply) 3% (2-15-20)** -- Getting near the end of batch 1 on these, and Breakfast Pastry is on deck. This one immediately hit me with a nice, even, smooth creamy bakery of sorts, but I couldn't really identify it. Actually pretty good and strong (full) at 3%, but continued vaping just left it fairly blurry. Trying to think back on other BP's that I've tried, and most had more focus. This, although good, and not overly sweet, just came across as a sweet, creamy, bakery-ish vape. Despite repeated vapes, I couldn't clarify it much more than that. Now does blurry nec. mean bad ?? Not always, and it's not a bad vape, just a good UNCLEAR vape if that makes sense. For it's overall good tastes, we'll leave it at **6.5/10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Coconut (River Supply) 3% (3-1-20)** -- Running near the end of this 2nd batch on RSC's flavors had me taking this one on. In a nutshell it was a very nice Coconut, BUT, with an almost astringent like finish note. I don't think this note was caused by overflavoring, but part of the actual compounds themselves. Not sure if it was enough to ruin this one, but it was def. present, at least at 3%. Semi creamy, with mid to low sweetness and a 50/50 mix between artificial / natural on this one. I'd be curious to hear what others think of the astringent off note I was getting on this one. Did not have any heavy, or greasy notes as a few coconuts have. As I had seen mentioned elsewhere, probably NOT the main coconut note you'll want, but could def. use it to add to one. Judiciously placing this one @ **6/10**.
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Cola Freeze (River Supply) 3% (2-15-20)** -- Admittedly I'm NOT a fan of cooling, koolada, WS-23, etc. so I was apprehensive to test something with "freeze" in the name. Good news for me, if there's cooking here, it's mild enough and didn't affect my sensitive sensibilities !! This flavor IS a very good cola, AND, for some reason (maybe it's just me) I often got an almost carbonated fizz on the inhale. It abated before the exhale, but quite an interesting effect. The Cola is, well, the main star (go figure), and is very convincingly accurate. Not a Coke, or Pepsi per se, but more of a malt shop cola, which leaned towards an artisan cola rather a mass produced one. Sweetness varied between a mid and mid high level, and never came across as too sweet, which again, was a surprise, and showed they worked on this one a bit. At 3% it was right in the middle of the intensity scale, which would give some flexibility in going lower or higher. All in all, this is a great, convincing Cola, that doesn't fall into a mass produced version, almost gives you some fizz on the inhale, and evens out to a great finish. I don't review a lot of Colas, but maybe I should. Solidly @ **9.8/10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________
**Fruit Crunch (River Supply) 3% (3-24-20)** -- This being the LAST one in this long series brings this series to a close. Immediately upon vaping the first thoughts were exactly Fruity COPYRIGHTDMCA and Bergamot. I could def. pick up on the orange and lime elements, but there were more, and they presented as a light fruity COPYRIGHTDMCA. I could almost detect maybe some light marshmallow in there, but was hard to say. At the testing weight, it was overall mid strength, and sweetness was actually fairly low. Realizing the name, there was fruit in there, and the bergamot might have been a bit forward for my tastes. It was an interesting mix of an orangey limey base with some COPYRIGHTDMCA thrown in. With the bergamot being so forward, some work would be required if you wanted to really shift it to a more pure fruity COPYRIGHTDMCA mix. Nothing sharp or bitter in the mix, and it was a refreshingly clean way to end this series. For my tastes, the bergamot was a bit heavy, but maybe that's what a "Fruit Crunch" is ?? **6.5/10**.
____________________________________________________________________________________

**Glazed Doughnut (River Supply) 3% (2-13-20)** -- How many times have I tried the doughnuts ? Too many. I have terrible luck with doughnuts, and hoping this would break the cycle. For starters, this one smelled a bit better than it vaped. Doesn't mean it was a bad vape, but there was more of a biscuity finish smelling vs. vaping. Def. was in the ballpark for a doghnut, with nothing greasy or yeasty, and sweetness was actually lower on the scale, which was surprising for a glazed. Very full @ 3%, and didn't feel weak, but it just seemed to fall short of the dough part. Somewhat muddy in the finish, but not enough to sink it. Don't think this is the golden doughnut everyone is looking for, but not terrible either. Solid @ **6/10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Golden Eye (River Supply) 3% (2-13-20)** -- Shaken, not stirred ehhh ?? This came across as an interesting mix of a somewhat sweet, punchy mango, with something else mixed in. Maybe a sour-ish mango, not sure. At first I thought it might have been a pinch of lime, but seemed not to be it. At 3% it was fairly full, but leaned towards the lighter side. Sweetness was fairly low, which was a nice surprise. The Mangos came across as mostly natural with an occasional artificial note. Didn't get any other notes from this one, but it worked very well as is. Sweet and punchy Mango with some sour mixed in, that was light enough to vape all day, and full enough to keep you interested. **9/10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Granola (River Supply) 3% (3-1-20)** -- What IS Granola ?? Oats, honey, brown sugar, nuts, maybe raisins ?? How does one come up with a Granola flavor ?? Let's see. As a sum of the ingredients, this one did seem to favor a Granola. It can be hard to quantify exactly, but the oats and the brown sugar presented nicely, and although I didn't get any honey, it did work well as it was named. I also couldn't verify any raisin, but it could still be in there, lower in the mix, adding to the overall G. @ 3% it was full and tasty, and I couldn't find any off notes throughout the test. Sweetness was low and that allowed for even more chain vaping (testing) LOL. This one could maybe be boosted with a smidge more of Brown Sugar, and just a TOUCH of Honey, but even as is, very tasty. I can't remember vaping a specific Granola vape, but I've vaped quite a few flavors that had a G in them, and this one would fit the bill, and work nicely doing it. If you are in need of a Granola, this one will probably do it for you. **9.0/10**.
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Lemonade (River Supply) 3% (2-15-20)** -- LAST ONE, in this series !! Having just tested River Supply's Lemon Lime Soda, I know this is in there. This is a bit more laid back, maybe a tad cleaner/clearer in it's simplified Lemonade form. @ 3% it was slightly laid back, might be able to go higher, but it didn't leave you wanting even at 3 %. The lemons were full, yet bright, sour yet sweet, which left it as a very juicy, even keeled Lemonade. It tasted more like a natural version with occasional hints of artificial. While there was some tart in here, it wasn't heavy handed, and in comparison it fell right between FLV's and LA's versions. For a nice clean lemonade with punchy lemons, some tart, some sweet, that works @ 3% this one, gets it done. **9.4/10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Lemon Lime Soda (River Supply) 3% (2-9-20)** -- Whew, I'm glad @River_Supply_Co recommended this one to me, as this is a little citrusy ...-kicker right here. Woo hoo. Well what the hell is it ? It presents as a perfect pairing of a lemonade, and a soda like Sprite (but not exactly). At 3% this one was right there, in your face with it's citrus one two punch, leaving nothing to the imagination. Both parts are evenly paired with the lemonade taking the lead by a smidge. Sweetness was expectedly higher on the scale falling mid to high. The soda portion is closer to a Sprite than not, and the lemonade is almost a cross between FLV's and LA's. Fairly strong at 3 %, some may want to go lower, but even while strong, there was no indication of upper limit here. Bright, refreshing, sweet, and a citrus one two punch is what this is. **9.2/10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Lemon Muffin (River Supply) 3% (2-13-20)** -- Punchy punchy in mah face !!! First thoughts on this were, punchy lemon, is that a smidge of lime anchoring it, and recessed muffin. That's the FIRSTY first things I got from this. The lemon is very good, with punch and sweet, and I'm almost getting a hint of lime firmly anchoring a bit maybe. The muffin is fairly subdued in the mix, which I wish could have been more forward. The lemon was bright, and almost had a lemonade-ish hint to it, but not enough to through it off in pairing to a bakery. Sweetness was mid to high, and my only take off would be for a fairly recessed muffin, wish it was higher in the mix to better round this out. Great lemon, full @ 3%, but missing some muffin leaves it at a respectable **7.5/10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Pineapple Sherbert (River Supply) 3% (2-9-20)** -- Who doesn't love Pineapple Sherbert !!! ?? Kidding, as I've never had any before LOL. What did this one prove to be ?? Well, exactly what it says it was. I nicely bright Pineapple, but clearly much, much more, and damned if it didn't seem almost like a slightly fizzy Sherbert !!! Now maybe it wasn't "fizzy", but the PA was clearly riding on a carrier of a nicely sweet sherbert-ish flavor that just almost had some fizz to it. Most sherberts I've had, have that sort of fizzy high end to them, and I say it that way, because it's more than just being bright. Either way, fizz or no fizz, this one was really good. The bright sherbert carrier was perfect for the also bright pineapple, and they paired nicely with neither really taking center stage (nice). Sweetness was mid-high, but in no way off-putting. At 3% it was nicely there, BUT, might take advantage of an extra % higher. Not overly complex, but very interesting, with both jockeying for the lead position but neither getting there. A lighter, brighter flavor that ran higher on the sweetness scale, but did so tasting good. **9.4.10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Red Sour Cherry (River Supply) 3% (3-1-20)** -- I don't know why it's soo difficult to get a GREAT Cherry vape, but it must be, because I'm scared every time I try a new one LOL. OK, here goes. All in all, this one was NOT poison, soapy, perfumy, or heavily medicinal, which was a huge PLUS already. It presented as a semi sour/sweet, darker cherry. NOW, every once in a while at this percentage, I did get an off note or two, maybe almost medicinal, but it was fleeting. It came and went occasionally, BUT, was not present during the entire vape. I don't think this was evidence of hitting the ceiling on this flavor as it was about mid strength at 3%, and I almost was left wanting MORE Cherry during the testing session. Even with the aforementioned occasional peek-a-boo notes, it stayed fairly consistent, and cherry like throughout the entire tank, and it was fairly laid back (as I would like my cherry), and I wish it was more forward. Not bright, not dark, but leaned dark, and the sweetness being mid to low on the scale, paired up nicely with the sour, as both were lower in the mix, yet equal. As if often the case, this one will require some pushing to get it to go where most will want it to go, but, it can be done. For the occasional medicinal notes, kicking it down a few, and the somewhat laid back mid level intensity of this one. Nice Cherry overall, but as usual, will take some work. **6.5/10**.
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Smooth Cream (River Supply) 3% (2-12-20)** -- I hate testing creams, hate it. Why ?? Well, they can be very hard to quantify by themselves, and more easily by their effect on mixes. Some slam you with BA (yuck, i.e. Sweet Creams), others can have an overt malted note, and some taste, like nothing much at all. So testings creams IS hard. OK, where does a "smooth" cream fit in between the Milks, Sweet Creams, and others ?? This one was fairly laid back as a solo. I think RSC was wise to label this as a smooth cream, as it's not a "sweet cream". Many people don't know that Sweet Creams are NOT sweet, but are the absence of any "Sour" notes i.e. Sour Cream. This did not present as a sweet cream, as previously defined. This cream was, well, SMOOTH. Go figure, right ? It had a very nice and creamy mouthfeel, but it was not rich like a custard. It did have a very slight amount of sweetness, but very low on the scale. It did not have any overt milky or dairy notes, yet maintained an overall smooth (sorry), creamy vape from start to finish. My two current go-to's are FA's Cream Fresh, and OOO's Cream (Milky Undertones), and both are used differently. By testing this solo I cannot predict how it would work as a blender, a softener of sharp tones, etc. Actually was a nice vape solo (but who vapes a cream ??), and finished the tank. No sour notes, no Butyric Acid (BA), and was effortlessly light @ 3%, yet full enough so it's presence was known. Hard to find a comparison, but maybe a slightly sweet version of CAP sweet cream would ballpark it for you. All in all, can't find any faults with this one, and will leave this hard to explain gem @ **8.75/10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Strawberry Milk (River Supply) 3% (2-9-20)** -- Who doesn't love a good Strawberry Milk ?? Well you might just like this one because it is one. The first thing I look for (avoid) when milking is a heavy malted note, which this one did not have, so that's a plus. Nice and almost rich cream, with nice milky notes help carry this one through. The Strawberry worked perfectly with the Milk elements, and itself was more of a jammed type, like you would get on a sundae. Nice and full @ 3%, with mid to high sweetness, and had nothing off-putting to say. The pairing was even, with the SB coming out on top. Chain vaping it proved, more of the same, and the combo kind of grew on me. Not a shake, but a very good SB Milk, which leaves it pretty high @ **9.5/10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Sugar Crunch (River Supply) 3% (3-1-20)** -- Yummy McYummy on THIS one. Well this one was a nice thick and rich one off the start. Incredibly full @ 3%, with a creamy richness, and a just right amount of sweet. It presented as fairly complex, and wandered around during this tankful. A real medley of things going on here with nothing off putting, harsh, or otherwise detrimental to the experience. At times it leaned towards a french toast-ish, others back to more of a sweet, creamy bread, very interesting. Def. had a fair amount of bread, and at times the crust seemed to pop out a bit. There were quite a few elements in there, and swimming in very nice harmony without becoming a blurry mix. I could actually see push/pulling this one in quite a few directions very easily if needed. Continued vaping, revealed more wow from me, and this WAS going to be one of my favs from this first batch. While no real cinnamon or raisin elements were present, it could very easily be push/pulled, and was super delicious at this level, and could easily be considered a solo ADV. Finishing the tank, I still cannot find fault with this one. Just a perfect blend of bread, egg, butter, cream, and some vanilla spice, that really supports what it's called. Handily a **10/10**.
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Vanilla Milkshake (River Supply) 3% (2-9-20)** -- First one on deck to see what River Supply Co has to offer. On the start I could tell this was a different kind of Milkshake. Most of the overused (common) malty notes present in many others were missing. What this allowed was more of a "Chic Fila" milkshake for those of you in the US. More of a creamier/cleaner milkshake. @ 3% it was actually very full, semi-rich, and the sweetness barely pushed above mid level sweet. Very delicious vanilla milkshake with almost whipped cream on top. Wasn't overly thick and didn't have pot fulls of mouth feel, but still very good. Having tried soo many other MS's this one was a welcome change to the more common heavy handed approach, with a heavier, maltier aspect. A very simple, clean, and delicious Vanilla Milkshake that didn't flood itself with sweetener. Only minor takeoffs for subdued mouthfeel. Great way to start off the series. **9.25/10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Waffle Crunch (River Supply) 3% (3-2-20)** -- My current go to waffle is FW's Waffle Cone, and it brings a lot to the party. At 3% this one was fairly full, but fell behind my go to in strength. I didn't get an overwhelming (if any) maple in this, which would open it's uses, and sweetness was mid to low, which was surprising. I could def. pick up on some actual cone elements that weren't exactly biscuit-y, but favored that direction. As far as any "crunch", not sure if I really picked up on any of it here. I don't think this will kick my go to off it's perch, but it was still quite good. For a fairly versatile Waffle flavor, not loaded up with Maple Syrup or butter, that's not overly heavy handed, this one may work for you. **8.75/10**.

Nature's Flavors (NF) Single Flavor Tests by SessionDrummer

Alright, it seems I have stumbled across a as of yet unfound STASH of Nature's Flavors !!! What do we do, when we find something ?? WE TEST THEM !!!! Huge thanks out to @Plunderdrum for some working percentages, as I would have had no clue where to test these. Thank you for that.

5zDfPkz.jpg

**Banana Nut (Organic) (NF) 0.5% (2-29-20)**
-- This one was another one that smelled one way in the tank, and tasted another vaping. Smelled like a creamy banana, with a hint of spice, and some nuts. Vaping it, lost some of the creamy banana, and some of the nut. At the reduced rate of 0.5% it was full, and nothing off-putting. Sweetness was about mid level, and it was an even keeled vape. It surprised me when vaping as it lost some notes compared to smelling, but it was still good, just not AS good as smelling it. The banana teetered in between natural and candied, and with the lessened nut profile when vaping, was hard to identify. If it vaped like it smelled, it would have been a 10, but with my perceived note reduction, I think a **6.5/10** is fair. I don't think it is good enough to carry the B&N by itself, but could be an asset in firming one up.
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Bavarian Cream (Organic) (NF) 1.0% (2-29-20)** -- My current go to BC is TPA's for reference. This one came across as quite a different BC than I was used to. It was almost a mix of NF's custard, with some Danish elements thrown in. I did get some of the almost dry hit twinges I got from NF's Custard here as well. Nicely full at 1% and sweetness was mid level. Quite a different BC, and that it just reminded me of NF's custard, with some danish, and a smidge of coconut perhaps in there. To my tastes, it didn't really convey a BC. Not terrible, but didn't seem like a BC to me. **6.5/10**.
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Cake Batter (Organic) (NF) 1.0% (2-24-20)** -- One of the most notorious CB's I've tried was CAP's, and it always came across as far too chemically for my tastes, so these always scare me. OK, NO chemically-ness in this one, great. It's a hard one to describe, but let's start out by saying, it doesn't SCREAM Cake Batter at me when vaping it. It's actually a very good bakery-ish flavor, that COULD lean that way, but doesn't scream it. At 1% it was very full, and almost rich, but didn't exude any eggy-ness that I could pick up, but maybe some bakery/cooky elements I did get throughout. I have no clue how to make, and barely describe a cake batter, but this was a really good vape, none the less. As far as a stand out, I'd say no, but, still good, and great to add some light bakery, almost cookie (not quite) elements to your mixes. Sweetness was mid high, and I got no off-putting notes throughout the tank. I did finish the tank, so that's worth a lot right there. As far as the full profile, maybe 40% CB, and 60% good cookie/bakery/sweet. So not a super stand out, but still very good. For it's name, will have to leave solidly @ **7/10**.
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Cheesecake (Organic) (NF) 1.5% (2-25-20)** -- OK, who's NOT afraid to test Cheesecakes ?? This guy. I had a run in a while back with RFSC's Cheesecake, mixed it up, smelled it, and never vaped it LOL. So, that tradition continues with all cheesecakes. This one smelled pretty good in the bottle, so test on we shall. Vaping at 1% was very full with no signs of hitting the limit. Creamy, and mid-sweet, with not off-putting sour cheese that's thrown me on a few others. It was interesting as smelling it, revealed an almost custard note to it, but vaping it that seemed to fall in behind the cheese, and wasn't very present. To my tastes it was almost a blend of a custard and cheesecake. Now, throughout the tester tank, I continued to get a note, which I believe is NF's attempt at a Graham Cracker in there, and although not off-putting, I wasn't a fan of, at least in this mix platform. May or may not be a deal breaker for you, so you will have to decide. Continued comparisons between smelling and vaping, did continue to reveal much more of an eggy custard when smelling, that changed into more of a custard when vaping. Def. not as eggy when vaping. To call this a 50/50 custard/cheesecake would be accurate. Now, it was quite good, but as a "cheesecake" would have to mark down for the (I think) graham cracker that I wasn't fond of, and or the blurring between custard/cheesecake. **6.9/10**.
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Cookie Dough (Organic) (NF) 1.0% (2-24-20)** -- As soon as I started vaping this, I knew they had some of their Milk Chocolate compounds in here (previously reviewed). I wasn't a huge fan of that, and considered chalking this one up immediately, but soldered on through. It actually started evening out after vaping. At first blush, it appeared to be almost a mixture of their MC with Cake Batter I had just tested. Maybe not exactly, but that will put you in the ballpark. Now CD can be hard to create accurately I'm sure. Too many different elements and tastes to get it so that everyone agrees it's Cookie Dough. This was more of a somewhat chocolate chip cookie, BUT, without the finished baked cookie part. Sounds like a CD, right ? It smelled more like it in the tank than vaping it, but even still it didn't convey much of the dough. The MC portion had none of the off putting notes I had when testing that solo, and at 1% felt good, and strong enough, with sweetness low to mid level. Your mileage will vary as to whether or not this is a "dough" flavor or not. It's in the arena, but not front row seats let's say. Overall, not a terrible vape by any means, but could use more of the dough. I did get slight coconut aspects that would come and go, and I think that did help it move slightly towards the dough side of things. I think it feels good at **7.4/10**.
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Custard (Organic) (NF) 1.0% (2-27-20)** -- Getting near the end of this series, and custard on deck !!!! Smelling this in the tank, smelled almost like a light CAP VC with some pudding notes. Vaping it, it stayed similar, yet different. I think I saw a review (of very few), that read, "This stuff is terrible", LOL. Now it's not terrible, and it's not overtly eggy or offensive, but the rather bland, middle of the road custard is tempered by a a strange off note for me. It's almost like the precursor to your cotton running dry. You know, you're getting loads of great vapes, then the last one, you get that HINT (not burnt cotton) that you MIGHT be running your wicks dry ?? THAT, is what I get from every vape on this one. I almost want to say it has a harshness to it, but that might be excessive, but that's what I get from this. The flavor is full at 1%, sweetness is low, and it presents as a unremarkable custard, with some pudding elements in there. I can't shake the aftertaste though. Only vaping @ 65w on dual verticals (as ALL of my testers are), coming in @ 0.35 ohms, so nothing that would be causing that slightly harsh, almost "wicks are about to run dry" aftertaste. I'm going to guess that this may NOT be the custard for you, but, you never know. Being unable to shake the after note, will leave this smack dab @ **5/10**.
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Danish Pastry (Organic) (NF) 1.0% (2-22-20)** -- Woo Hoo, first one on deck for testing Nature's Flavors came out of the corner swinging. Swinging a one two danish punch !!!! Even at 1% this one was very rich and full, and it might even be able to run lower, so that is probably going to put this into the UC catagory. My first thoughts were a medium light pastry with a slight hint of cream cheese, bakery, and maybe some lower cinnamon notes. Now don't let that put you off, as whatever cinna was in here was very low. Overall, all of the notes together DID convey a very convincing danish profile. Not overly creamy, yet full, sweetness was nicely mid, mid-low on the scale, and there were no off putting notes. I could easily see this being pushed with some LA Cream Cheese to enhance it, and fruits could completely push/pull it into numerous directions. Without struggling to try and explain danish elements, let's just say it works, and is convincing. Could maybe go even lower, but nothing was hitting the ceiling at the 1% test level. No yeasty notes, and no play doh, just a solid, convincing danish. Continued vaping revealed maybe a 25% croissant, 75% danish mix, so it could be used in croissant recipes as well, but would require more pulling. As a danish, can't go lower than **9.4/10**.
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Fresh Baked Bread (Organic) (NF) 1.0% (2-23-20)** -- One of the advantages of doing batch SF testing from a MFG is you almost immediately know when they use the same compounds across multiple flavors. This is the case with this Fresh Baked Bread. The review for this is exactly like the Danish Pastry review, EXCEPT this is missing the "danish" bending including the cream cheese. It's interesting how when taking out the cream cheese compound (or not adding it) pulls it back away from a danish, to a more bread-like flavor. Quite good at this percentage, and although it didn't really have any crust, it is a slightly sweet, somewhat dark-medium bread-like flavor. When smelling it in the tank it almost has very slight spicy notes, could be cinnamon, but it's unclear, and vaping it they almost disappear. This is not a white bread (overly processed), but leans more towards a mid darkness wheat almost. When I say that, it's not that it directly conveys "wheat", but this tastes and feels heavier than a purely white bread. Very good actually, and having just tested the Danish Pastry, I cannot help but compare the two. There is NO toast, so don't expect anything like FA Bread Crust. As is, a pretty convincing medium darkness, somewhat wheat-ish bread. **9/10**.

**Marshmallow (Organic) (NF) 1.0% (2-23-20)** -- Well, this one's a winner. That's all. Ok, ok, but it is. I ran out of my CAP original MM a long time ago, and am still struggling to remember it exactly, but at first vape, this almost reminded me of CAP's original mixed with some FA MM. @ 1% is was plenty strong, and could easily be pushed down to 0.50, or 0.75. As it was, it was great. Very fluffy marshmallow with plenty of mouthfeel, and nice and even on the inhale and exhale. Could almost taste the powder on the outside of the MM (if you know what I mean). Let me fill you in on what it means when you've got a good SF flavor in the tank. Filled it up, started testing, got busy, grabbed the tank, and just kept vaping on it as if it was my ADV. Got back, wrote up some notes, and now this review. Yeah, I can ADV this MM. Mid level sweetness with maybe some vanilla, but it didn't scream vanilla MM. Continued vaping, proved to be a really relaxed experience. Some malty notes thrown in for good measure, and just a really fluffy, mouthfeel experience. This one was previously stated as one of the keepers, and now I agree. **10/10**.
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Milk Chocolate (Organic) (NF) 0.25% (2-22-20)** -- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!! OK, third one in, and these ARE indeed Ultra Concentrates. Initially tested this one @ 0.5%, and indeed it was TOO HIGH. Getting all orders of brewer's yeast (yes). OK, tempered it to HALF, and coming in at an ultra low 0.25% this one started to take shape. Now I still got a VERY small amount of that yesty-ness, but it was almost undetectable, and a MC started to reveal itself. Unlike the new INW MC which was Band Aid City, this had no band aides, and was not overly dry, semi-sweet, which left it comfortably low on the sweet scale. It presented as a fairly unique MC, and I could not think of a good comparison, which elevates it to the unique status, BUT, even @ 0.25% I was still getting an almost brewer's yeast off note. Don't have time to go even lower, so it's POSSIBLE that maybe halved again @ 0.125% it might eliminate, but noticing the halving of the flavor intensity when going from 0.50 to 0.25, I don't think there would be much MC left, so that may just be, what this flavor is. Not the worst MC by far, and as a mixer it would def. work out, but the yeasty off note was a little TOO unique for my MC tastes. Mixer yes, main/primary note no. Please go LOW with this one, and I'll close and leave it at a **4/10**..
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Pancake (Organic) (NF) 1.0% (2-22-20)** -- On to number two, and it proved to be more than strong enough @ 1%, so these (at least the Organic Line I tested) are in the Ultra concentrate level. I was warned this one was another one of the good ones, and I agree. Having tried many pancakes, I found this one to be an interestingly different take on a pancake. It did NOT present with butter and/or syrup which was a surprise, and continued vaping also revealed I wasn't missing them in this flavor. To my tastes it was like 40% pancake batter, and 60% pancakes. Quite a delicious little mix here. It probably could be tested lower, but even with that, it was very good at a full 1%. Not overly creamy, but a mid level sweet almost perfect pancake, with lighter batter elements mixed in. I continued to vape thinking surely I would find some trace of the typical butter / syrup but they just weren't in there, and that was great, because if you want them, you can add them, if not, roll solo. It leaned towards a vanilla, but wasn't a vanilla. Smelled slightly spicy in the tank, but not when vaping it. Very interesting mix, and the tank will be finished fo sure on this one. **9.75/10**.
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Peanut Butter (Organic) (NF) 0.75% (2-26-20)** -- Admittedly I don't vape many Peanut Butters so this was a nice change up for me. Have mostly used TPA's and CAP's for comparison. TPA's being darker and saltier, and CAP's being smoother/creamier/sweeter, this one leaned towards Capella's. Was surprisingly laid back @ 0.75% so it is possible boosting it might push it to a fuller status, but testing was do-able at this level. A somewhat recessed PB that had some low level sweetness, and inched towards a creamy vape with little to no mid to dark, or salty notes. Throughout the entire tank I kept thinking the PB without the P. I didn't get an overly forward peanut element from it, but you got the sense it was in there, which is odd for a PB. Wasn't a bad vape at all, but LOL, could use some more NUTS. Because of it's somewhat laid back overall taste, and no punchy peanut notes, could easily be used in a base, but would need some peanut push IMO. Struggling to work up a number for a PB that's missing some of the P. Still slightly sweet and creamy, and a good vape, so settling on a **6.5/10**.
___________________________________________________________________________________

**Pumpkin Pie (Organic) (NF) 0.35% (2-25-20)** -- I knew this one was super strong before mixing, and started this out at 0.35%. Smelling this when mixing smelled like it was going to be an interesting one, and it is. It was not like any other PP I have tried to date. The pumpkin was actually very good, and the pie was seemingly lost in the mix behind an almost bitter, earthy note that carried through the entire vape. Sweetness was low on the scale, and there was some spice, but it was hard to identify. It is possible that perhaps the earthy bitterness I was getting could have been a nutmeg, but it eludes a clear description. Because that "note" was so pervasive, it was hard to really taste any crust, and the pumpking note was about the only thing peaking through. Continued vaping still left me with that dark, earthy note, which bordered on bitter. I'm not sure if you could mix that out or not, so it will probably be a deal breaker for many. Clearly a natural flavor with no artificial notes, and the pumpking was great, but just overshadowed by "the note". Marking down quite a bit for the heavy, earthy notes obscuring what might have been a much better flavor. **4/10**.

http://..................../recipe/2565268/Medicine+Flower+SF+Tests

**Honeydew Melon (MF) 1% (8-19-18)** -- First flavor test as a SF for my MF stash, and had a hard time waiting 1 month to get started. This one I knew was going to launch a flavor bazooka at me when I was mixing it. 1 month later, I was right. BOOM. In your face, perfectly balanced Honeydew Melon, with just the right amount of the body, and rind. Tastes incredibly fresh, and ripe, at the same time (is that even possible ?). Just the right amount of sweetness, and in no way candied or overly sweet. It was very strong and good @ 1%, and in no way off putting, with no off notes, perfume, or artificial. I did get a slight bit of TH from it, which was a non issue, perhaps mixed too high ?? It's strong enough where I wondered if dropping it to 0.5-0.6% would improve it, or lessen it. May do some lower testing. As is, it is simply the freshest, most realistic Honeydew Melon I have ever tried. Inhale, exhale, room note all deliciously the same. If you are in need for a very realistic Honeydew Melon that will wow, this one will do it for you. Unquestionably **10/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Morello Cherry (MF) 1% (8-20-18)** -- Number 2 on the list had me somewhat apprehensive due to some bad "cherry" flavorings before. With the Morello being part of the dark or sour cherry group was expecting maybe a sour kick, but that was not the case. FIRST things first, this was a GOOD cherry. No if's, and's, or but's about it. NO offensive notes, chemical, medicinal, or perfumey notes were to be found with this one, and THAT, is a BIG deal. To add to that, NO cough syrup !!!!!! Ok, moving on, this one did not have the kick that the Honeydew Melon had, but that was ok. Just sweet enough, didn't appear to have many sour characteristics to it, and it perfectly conveyed the darker cherry flavor, with just a pinch of skin. Because this was following the Honeydew Melon, I can't help but compare the strengths. This was more laid back at 1%, and it felt as if it could maybe use a little more kick, maybe in the high end to help it pop. Perhaps being an acidic fruit, maybe a little Stevia here would work the magic. Will have to consult with @ozo. Very even tempered, dark cherry body with some sweetness, and a little ping on the top end, but could use a little more ping, IMO. Overall, this was quite good, and the fact that it had NO chemical or cough syrup notes, was impressive to me. Might benefit from a smidge of Stevia to make it pop a little bit more, but as is, nicely sitting at about **7.5/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Fig (MF) 1% (8-21-18)** -- Fig baby FIG !!!!!!! There was NO other way to start this flavor review, than that. I have the luxury of having a fig tree in the yard, so I'm very used to the taste of fresh figs. Have never vaped it before now, but I think this one is going to change that. Realizing these are natural flavors, the fact that this IS a spot on Fig flavor should be no surprise, but the fact that it is so good, actually is. It perfectly captures and conveys the fig body, and almost the seeds too. Tastes like a perfectly ripe fig fresh off the tree. I almost ran out to the fig tree to compare, but I couldn't put the tank down. For comparison it was seemingly quite a bit more present than the Morello Cherry, but fell slightly behind the Honeydew Melon in strength. The sweetness, body, flavor, and overall blending was perfect, and the dark, almost malty-ish notes were perfectly presented in this gem. This one was priced higher on MF's site @ $41.00 / 15ml as opposed to the more common @ $22.00 / 15ml, but after tasting this, it is worth every bit of that. I may have to buy the BIG bottle of this one. If you are looking for Fig, this is where you find it, and in spades. No faults whatsoever with this one, in any way. Strength, sweetness, profile, with nothing artificial, you cannot go wrong with this one. Think you don't like Fig, you better try this one first. No choice but **10/10** on this one.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Watermelon (MF) 1% (8-24-18)** -- My current go to for WM is LA colorless. This one might just change that. Firstly this is a very delicious, juicy watermelon, and at 1% tasted very full, just sweet enough, and really embodied the best parts of a watermelon. You could really taste just enough of the red and white parts, and maybe a hint of the rind to top it off. As expected (with all naturally extracted flavors) it was not heavy handed, and tasted, well, very natural. In comparison to the LA colorless version, this one just tasted more clean, natural, and no candyness whatsoever. This may influence your use of it depending if you are going for a candied mix as opposed to a accurate watermelon. Strength was very good @ 1%, clean, full, and just plain damned good. I can't find faults with this one, and this seems to be a growing trend with my MF tests so far. For a very accurate, clean, natural, and full tasting watermelon you cannot go wrong with this one. Strength wise in comparison to the previous MF flavors @ 1%, this one was still stronger than the morello cherry, but behind the Fig and Honeydew Melon. Another winner with no complaints @ **10/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Plum (MF) 1% (8-27-18)** -- With the Medicine Flower Fig blowing me away, was pondering if the Plum would hit me as hard. First off, this Plum is GOOD. Just absolutely captured the aspect of the fruit, and you can just taste the darkish red body while you're vaping it. Compared TO the Fig, this one is much more laid back, almost at the level I had with the Morello Cherry. Doesn't make it bad, but it didn't have that brick to the face that the Fig did. Medicine Flower really seems to get the fruits right, and with just the right amount of sweetness without being overbearing and this is no exception. With it being more laid back @ 1% the other thing that seemed to be missing somewhat was the twang or bight of the skin. I actually HAD a few Plums from the store and vaped and ate to compare. The skin has somewhat of a sharpness to it, that I didn't get from the flavor. Again, didn't really take away from it, but in addition to the more laid back-ed-ness of this one, it seemed to detract somewhat from the overall experience. Very natural tasting, full, ripe, and juicy. Just a great overall flavor. Unsure if upp'ing the % would bring it into a fuller light or not. As is, having NO off-putting notes, and somewhat laid back, would rate it nicely at a **8/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Wild Raspberry (MF) 1% (8-28-18)** -- Bing, bang, BOOM !!!!!! Review over, I think you get the idea. I had QUITE a hard time, trying to find faults with this beauty. Vaped 3 tank fulls trying to find any faults, and couldn't. Wow, I'm glad I got the Wild one as it was great. Just about every other raspberry I've tried, I've had issues with in some way or another, but not this one. Massively delicious, darker raspberry, full, rich, and just the right touch of bright on the finish. Could you taste the seeds even ?? Almost, just almost. Sweetness was perfectly balanced in this one, some hints of sour and brightness, but the smooth and darker deliciousness just washes over you when you vape it. What's it like ?? Hmmmm, I did get some similarities to Inawera's Raspberry, but without any of the heavy handed sharpness that it can present. Similar, but this one is far superior. I'm wondering if adding a smidge OF the INW might add a little punch to this one or not. Honestly, after 3 tank fulls, I'm not sure I would dare to try as it is just too damned good, solo. Not candied in any way, very full and impactful at this percentage, and too good to put down. The first thing that I thought, literally on the first test, on the first tank was, "I've got to throw this in some custard" !!!!! Very fresh and natural tasting, with just the right amount of darkness (wild perhaps), and very hard to put down. **10/10** without question.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Strawberry (MF) 1% (9-8-18)** -- I am a lover of strawberries, and having tested more than a few MF's was waiting to see about this one. First off, it is probably the weakest MF flavor I have tested yet. Because of that, it was quite a bit more elusive in identifying it's characteristics. Smelled very good, and fresh in the bottle, but vaping it at this percentage, proved to be less satisfying, and it performed almost as if a sweetish fruit. I could tell what the underlying flavor was but it was very laid back at this strength. I have read it is one of the weaker flavors, and my testing seemed to verify that. From the notes I was able to obtain, it continued with the freshness that I've grown to expect from MF, and very natural tasting at that. Without increasing the strength, further indepth notes are impossible for me, will re-test this at twice this strength @ 2% to see what is revealed then. At 1% I am unable to go above **6/10** for this one. _Stay tuned for a 2% re-test coming up, for an update._
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Cucumber (MF) 1% (9-8-18)** -- Whew, this one was potent, true to name, and clean and refreshing !!!! No sense holding back on this natural tasting powerhouse. Was strong @ 1%, and could be reduced, but even at this strength, a clean, refreshing cucumber is front and center. Sweetness was lower in the spectrum, but it worked perfectly with this flavor. MF was able to accurately capture the inner juicy body (minus the seeds), and had just a smidge of the dark outer skin, enough to make it really realistic. Nothing off putting or perfumey in this flavor, and despite 1% appearing somewhat strong the initial impact was FRESH. Having SF tested this now, I see exactly why @Pro_Vapes paired this up with the Honeydew as this one is a strong, juicy contender, and paired they are incredible. When comparing this to a few of the other cucu's I've tried, this one (expected as MF extracts are from the actual food itself) was far more natural, and clean tasting, almost what you would expect, from the actual vegetable. If you hate cucumbers, then you will hate this flavor !!! **10/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Butterscotch (MF) 0.75% (9-23-18)** -- I have mixed with this a bit, but never tested it as a single flavor. My first reaction was this is a very clean butterscotch. Very natural tasting, nicely sweet with some of the subtle nuances of BS that many others miss. It was somewhat light @,75%, but still surprisingly full. Not sure how they got it this good with no dik's, but it's entirely possible some of the richness might have suffered because of this. Very clear, which is again, indicative of MF in general. My personal preference is for a slightly heavier, buttery-er BS, but surely one could easily tweak this clean BS into a richer one with ease. No complaints beyond the strength and richness, clean, accurate, and quite full even at less than 1%. **7.5/10** on this one for me.

One GREAT recipe that showcases what's possible with this is from @Sprkslfly.

**Dark Chocolate (MF) 0.5% (09-24-18)** -- I knew this one was going to be one of the Heavy Hitters from Medicine Flower, but held off on testing it, until now. Having mixed quite a bit of this up, was interested to see exactly HOW good it was, solo. Chocolate seems to be one of the hardest flavors to get right, but somehow (through their extraction process) MF has managed to absolutely capture the entire essence of a Dark Chocolate with this one, AND, it's completely clear. Clear you say, sure, you have TPA DCC, and it's pretty clear, but it can't touch this one. I think it's far to say when comparing the many chocolates I have, this one and TPA DCC are similar, but after that, they are not in the same league. This one is a delightfully (yes I said that) Dark Chocolate, with NO off putting notes. No need to tweak, add to it, push or pull it, right out of the bottle delicious, full, sweet enough, creamy, and dark, RIGHT out of the bottle (after steeping) and even @ 0.5%. Wow, and more wow, doesn't even come close. It is dense enough to be very full at this strength, with no overowering notes, nothing artificial, and does appear to be a fairly complex blend that most others cannot compete with. Dark almost implies it will be, well, dark, but it's almost assumed it would be bitter, or maybe dry, but NOT with this one. Somehow they've come up with a just about perfect blend of darker chocolates, just the right amount of sweetness, but with plenty of "mid-body" that carries it through to a much fuller chocolate than just a "dark" chocolate. I've heard @Pro_Vapes rant and rave about tossing all of his chocolates after trying this one, and now I see why. If you are in the mood for a full, creamy, dark and full bodied chocolate, you cannot go wrong with this one. At some level, **10/10** doesn't seem to come close, but it will have to do. On a side note, I cannot NOT post a shameless link to something Pro_Vapes came up with, that pulls this into a Milk Chocolate, as it is TOO good not to..

______________________________________________________________________________________

**Lemon (MF) 0.2% (10-17-18)** -- With all of the warnings about this one being super strong, mixed it down at an insanely low 0.2%. At this low rate, it is probably one of the BEST lemons I've ever tried. It actually have a little sweetness which surprised me, and with it's beyond natural taste, was almost a little lemonade right out of the bottle. Natural, fresh, and punchy were the three words that kept coming to mind through the entire tank. Strong it may be, but deliciously clean, fresh, and accurate it is. Mixed at a low rate, I cannot see anything requiring lemon, or top end boosting that this wouldn't work in. Outstanding, no faults, just plain great lemon. **10/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Caramel (MF) 0.75% (10-18-18)** -- Wow, this one surprised me more than once, when vaping through the tester tank. The re-occurring thought that I kept getting was EFFORTLESS when vaping it. I was very surprised that @ 0.75% it was very nice and full, with just the right amount of sweetness. As most my other MF tests, this one was very clean, natural, and just felt effortless in it's portrayal of a great Caramel. I think having used many other Caramels I was used to a more strong handed approach to the flavor, with a more in your face punch, as opposed to how this one tastes. It's not lacking in any way, except for maybe a more of a artificially forced flavor, which this is not. Nice caramel (duh) elements with a somewhat buttery touch, that finishes clean, and leaves you wanting more. I don't think it is overwhelmingly rich, probably due to lacking dik's, but lacking almost feels wrong, in talking about this flavor. Even when comparing to other heavier Caramels, it's hard to find fault with this, and it's clean nature will allow it to be used even more often than many others. **9.5/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Blackberry (MF) 0.75% (10-19-18)** -- Like all of the other MF fruits I've tried this one came across as very natural, and clean tasting. It seemed to lean towards the darker side of a blackberry, as opposed to a brighter one. The sweetness seemed lower than some of the other MF flavors, and it was somewhat laid back in comparison too. Some added sweetness and/or stevia might help it pop more. I don't think I would use this as a main blackberry flavor, but more so of a booster or additive to others. Steeped very well, def. got across what it was trying to convey. For a slightly darker, not so sweetened blackberry, that is not as strong as many others, that's what you'll get with this one. Not great, not bad, riding in the middle of the road for me. **6.5/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**White Chocolate (MF) 1% (1-18-20)** -- Back for round FOUR !!! First one in, and having not vaped many White Chocos was unsure how this would fare. At the low mixing weight of 1% this one was surprisingly rich and full, and did impart about every aspect of a White Chocolate that you could want. Sweetness, like most MF's was about perfect, at just enough, not too much. Because I have gone through soo much MF Dark Chocolate, I kept looking for a trace of that in this one, but there was not. Creamy, and accurate were the first two thoughts that came to mind. Assuming dik free it is interesting how MF pulls this off, even with their Nitrogen extraction process. Accurate, with nothing medicinal or chemical, and did appear to be a natural tasting WC. For mixing, I think my tastes align with the Dark Choco more than this, but that's a preference thing, not anything negative for this flavor. All in, it was quite good, but comparing to the Dark Choco (fair/not fair) this lacked some of the punch and impact, but even with that said, this one was good, and solid @ **8.5/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Mandarin (MF) 1% (1-19-20)** -- Medicine Flower sure does their fruits right, and the Mandarin is no exception to that rule. The first two things that hit me were "accurate" and "mid-notes" on this one. Mid-notes ?? I had anticipated much more of a high-note, brighter vape, but this one turned out to ride much more heavily right smack in the middle. It still had some brighter top notes, and some very low notes (almost the peel / rind), but the majority of this was the nice full body of the Mandarin. At 1% it was about mid-strength, and might even be able to go higher (in regards to a SF), sweetness was about perfect, leaning on the lower side of the scale. It came across very accurately, and did almost leave your mouth watering as if you were eating one. That's NEVER a bad sign. I think overall, it's hard to find fault with this, but for the seemingly lack of the bright citrus notes that I had expected. Doesn't really take away from the overall vape, but appeared missing somewhat. As it stands, with only the missing bright high notes, feels pretty good @ **8/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Coconut (MF) 1% (1-19-20)** -- Oh Coconut, why have you eluded me so long ?? I've had some REAL issues trying to get a really good Coconut base over the years, and my current go to's are Delosi's Coconut, and FLV Sweet Coconut paired. Many just give me off-putting notes, or come across as oily. Let's see what MF has in store. Yummy McYum, in BUCKETS. Ok, concisely this one was a very good Coconut. Nicely authentic, creamy and delicious, with no off-putting notes, no suntan lotion, and no greasy-ness to it (you know what I mean Coconut Extra). At 1% it was nicely full, thick, and tasty with no hints of being over/under powered. Not dry or implying flakes, but an even keeled coconut milk-ish vape that stayed true through my entire tester tank. Although not as punchy as some of it's artificial bretheren, it really didn't need to be, and sometimes honest, natural flavors ARE the way to go. If you are in need for a delicious coconut that leans towards the milk, but still has the meat, you could not go wrong with this one. **9.5/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Black Cherry (MF) 1% (1-19-20)** -- If you're reading this, and you DIY, you KNOW the fear of mixing/using/trying Cherry flavors. I have GREAT NEWS, Medicine Flower really did a great Black Cherry !!! Having tried only the MF Morello which was good, but a little too laid back for my tastes, I was pleased to see that this Black Cherry steps up MF's cherry game. No medicinal, floral, soapy or otherwise off-putting notes in this one @ 1% after a month steep, just deliecious dark cherry. Because of their natural extraction, the fact that this captured the perfect Black Cherry flavor should be no surprise. Middle of the road sweet, and fairly full at this percentage. I could see this one working VERY well with Inawera's Cherries, and may have to mix that up before finishing this tank. Nothing marashcino or white in this mix, just pure Black Cherry. Not overtly tart, but more of a nice even, dark bodied, full BC just about sums it up. It was actually soo good that I'm already thinking of a Black Cherry Custard. As far as "in your face", I'd put that at about an 8/10. About the only thing it might be missing would be a smidge of high notes, and a smidge of sour that you'd get from the skin. Even with that said, I cannot go less than **9.75/10** on this one.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Guava (MF) 1% (1-19-20)** -- Yet another "knock it out of the park" for MF with this one. Having loved, and mixed quite a bit with CAP's Sweet Guava, was looking forward to throwing the MF Guava into the tank. As expected the two are worlds apart. Love the CAP's, but this one is dead on accurate, natural tasting, and spot on at the ultra low price of 1%. Sweetness was right in the middle of the scale, with the full face full of a delicious red/pink guava. Nothing off-putting, no cat pee (you guava heads know what I mean), just mouth watering guava. Has the perfect amount of "fermented" twinge to it, and overflowing with body. This is hard to quantify, but probably one of the TOP MF fruit flavors I've tried. Now when I say the top, it means merely edging out many others by a tiny bit. It's making me want to dash and grab some FLV Lemonade, LA Lemonade and throw some of this in there, for a smokin' Guavade. Clean, natural, full, and accurate is all in there with this one. If you want/need/love the Guava, sign yourself up for this one. **10/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Kiwi (MF) 1% (1-22-20)** -- Well, well, well, what do we have here. Just when you thought I was a #MedicineFlowerFanBoy, Kiwi. Hmmmm, what an odd one this was, JUST when I was starting to think EVERY MF fruit flavor was the bomb. OK, let's dive in. Smelling it, smelled spot on Kiwi, with all the high, punchy notes that you would expect. Vaping it however, it was quite a bit different. My FIRST impressions were a mid note Kiwi mixed with some Cotton Candy, and Marshmallow, with a hint of chai tea ?? Hmmmm, that's not like MF. Re-coiled, re-wicked, let steep a bit more, nope, that's what I'm getting. My current go to has been FA's Kiwi for quite some time because of how accurate, clean, and punchy it is. This one just kept riding right in the middle of the brightness scale, meaning it was missing much of the higher/brighter/punchy notes that you want (at least I do) from a Kiwi. Now, it wasn't bad, but I couldn't help but keep noticing a Chai Tea note in it. It's an interesting one, but I'm not sure if this is the Kiwi you are looking for. Not terrible, not great, right in the middle with a somewhat subdued Kiwi, that was missing much of the brighter notes. I may re-test later at a lower %, but it had none of the telltale signs of overuse. If so, I will update this, BUT, as it stands, at the low, low, low mixing weight of 1%, will have to leave this at a **5.5/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Nectarine (MF) 1% (1-23-20)** – Juicy, delicious, accurate, review over !!! OK, maybe not over over, but those were my FIRST thoughts on Medicine Flower's Nectarine. Smelled great in the bottle all during it's steep sleep, and vaping it, was exactly the same. It was soo juicy, that it was very close to eating one, or about as close as you could. MF always seems to get the sweetness right, and this was the same, with mid to low sweetness. Nice and punchy top end with some brightness, but with no bitterness or any off putting notes. Juicy, accurate, and delicious really does say all you need to say about this one. **9.7/10**. After much peer pressure from @xxanalogxx, I've decided to disclose the -0.3 was for "No Tang". That is all....
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Pear (MF) 1% (1-25-20)** – The more of these MF fruits that I test, the more obvious it becomes between natural flavors vs. non-natural. This Pear continues that observation. Many of MF's fruits are as true and accurate as can be had, but sometimes are not as "in your face" as a manufactured flavor. The Pear is no different. At 1% this on was nicely full, with a nice smattering of mid and some high notes. It did come across as a full Pear assault on your senses. Sweetness was low to mid, with varied notes leaving it in the somewhat complex category. Full and juicy were the first two thoughts I had, and that carried through to the end of the tank. I could see this perfectly pairing with FA's Pear to push it even more in your face. Although not weak, maybe one of the slightly lower strength fruit flavors I've tried, but in no way lacking @ 1%. Plenty of body, a smidge of the skin, and a full Pear vape through and through. I can't find fault with this one. **9.25/10**, with only minor take offs for saturation/intensity.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Peach (MF) 1% (1-25-20)** – What typically sucks with peaches, is they're either "white", or "yellow", or "juicy", but never seem to be ALL of them. Well, I think Medicine Flower did it somehow. I mean, I could just end this by saying, "Wow, what a great peach", but I wont. One of my current go to's is TPA's Juicy Peach, which is not a stellar peach by itself, but I use the "juicy" aspect and push/pull it. When comparing that to MF's offering reveals QUITE a bit of differences. This peach, may well be the BEST overall Peach I have ever tried. Rather than settle on a particular peach, it really encompasses the ENTIRE peach. Extremely full @ 1%, but not overpowering. Sweetness was perfectly right in the middle of the scale. It really DOES taste like you're actually eating a peach, perfectly ripened, and you can almost get the fuzz (perhaps anticipated) from it. In comparison to TPA's Juicy Peach, this has juiciness but (duh) in a much more natural way, as opposed to a more forced way. If I were forced to pick ONE type of peach it favored, I would have to go with a full, yellow peach, but it's so evenly balanced across the spectrum, even that is subjective. Not candied, not gummy-ed, just natural. This would clearly work as a main note or supporting with equal ease. If you want to vape a peach, that tastes like you're eating one, THIS will take you there. Probably one of the unspoken secrets of SFT, is when you're testing a flavor, VERY often you immediately think of what flavors would work with it, boost it, push it, but with this one, I was struggling to think of any out of the gate, and that is the sign, of a great flavor. Sure you could push/pull it, but once you vape it, you might find yourself asking, why ......
**10/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Blueberry (MF) 1% (1-25-20)** – Having heard ALL the rave reviews about this one, for some reason I held off getting it. Maybe I was too content with my current Flavor West Blueberry / TPA Blueberry Wild combo, but that has now changed. With Medicine Flower price reducing all of the originals I was able to score a 30ml of this one, and now, I'm GLAD I did. In a word WOW. Smelling it on the bottle it seemed kind of odd almost, leaving me hesitant during it's sleep/steep. But as always, Medicine Flower proved they DO know what they're doing. This one, IS now the BEST Blueberry I have ever tried, made, and/or mixed. You looking online for it yet ?? Blueberry isn't the easiest one to get right, or everyone would be doing it (well). I have tried more than most, and some have even had a funky muskiness to them. This one is literally the definition of a complex single flavor. Utterly full, rich, and delicious to start, and it finishes, exactly the way it starts. Now there IS a kind of earthy/musky-ness to this, but it absolutely works. Hands down, it just plain works. It's hard to convey how rich and full this is, as many fruits can come across as thinner, hollower than say a bakery or custard, but this one, is right up there with the full-est of them, AND, as a fruit flavor !!!! Continued vaping, continues (LOL) to reveal it's multi-dimensional makeup. The center body is some dark, more mid, and some high notes, with this fascination almost fermented high end kicker, which just sets it apart from the crowd. Sweetness is mid level, total absence of anything floral or soapy, and NO funky musky-ness. One of my first (and there were a lot) thoughts was, "How could you NOT use this in a blueberry muffin" ? May have to get on that, but quite frankly, will not be doing ANYTHING, until this entire tester bottle runs dry. I now see why there was so much hype on this one, and claims of "the Best", and I agree. At times I thought I picked up a somewhat jammy quality, other times not. IMO, it's that complex. Wish I could give an 11/10, but **10/10** will have to do. If you can FIND IT, you should BUY IT !!!

Molinberry (MB) Single Flavor Tests by SessionDrummer

Molinberry is new to me, so figured I'd better change that. Place holding for now, finalizing percentages shortly.

https://..................../recipe/3423386/Molinberry+SF+Tests

**Big Watermelon {Molinberry) 6% (1-26-20)** -- Mmmm, this one's a great Watermelon. Right out of the gate, on the first vape I knew it. At 6% this was very nice and full, middle level sweet, with a very intelligent mix of the red and white parts. Mid-low, mid, and high notes were all present. Very watermelon-ey. It actually leaned quite heavily to natural as opposed to artificial, and just NOT sweet enough as to be a candied WM. This actually might be a close 2nd to MF WM, and that IS saying something. It's natural leaning pushes out LA's WM IMO. Can't stop vaping this one, and it could be a solo at this percentage, or easily tossed into a myriad of mixes including Dragon's Bloods. **9.9/10**, small take off for no rind.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**Butter My Biscuit (Molinberry) 6% (1-26-20)** -- FIRST Molinberry out of the gate, and what the HELL is this one ?? !! Do I have your attention LOL ?? OK, the moment you vape this, you get literally SMACKED by the Butter. Not a smidge, a dab, a bit, literally right between the eyes. Wow, didn't see that coming from a "non-triangle" formulation. Once you get past the shockingly good butter, the biscuit starts to reveal itself. This is not an INW Biscuit which is more like an American Bisquik, but more like Jungle Flavors biscuit which is more of a European biscuit. It has some sweetness, but lower in the scale, with a convincing bakery finish, which has a subtle note, perhaps a slight almond maybe ?? Now I'm quite sure not many of you, just go out and single flavor test a biscuit, but that's why you're reading this LOL. As a SF it is an interesting one, and even with the slight sweetness and probably almond-ish undertone, the overwhelming buttery nature of it, will lead to a LOT of uses for this one. For a buttery biscuit, or a really buttery biscuit, Molinberry nailed this one. Easily **9.5/10**.
______________________________________________________________________________________

**C’mon Cina’Bun {Molinberry) 6% (2-2-20)** -- Getting near the bottom of the deck on this group, and henceforth C'mon Cina'Bun will be known as CC. Alright, at one level, testing this at 6% MIGHT have been risky, because you never know with the Cinna. At this percentage, it was actually surprisingly light. It's closest brother would be CAP's CDS. Now, they're not identical, but that's the ballpark. Nice, somewhat laid back cinnamon, and some bakery thrown in for good measure. I would have preferred a stronger overall vape (duh dummy, up the percentage). I may re-test later, just to see if it goes past it's upper limit, or gets stronger/fuller. As it is, it's not terrible, but just fairly laid back. Could easily be a back baser to firm up a base, BUT, if this is being marketed as a "one shot", your mileage will vary. As it stands, nothing off-putting, def. not overpowered at this %, and the bakery elements sat nicely in with the cinna. Leaving this one at **6.5/10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Cookie Bite {Molinberry) 6% (1-28-20)** -- Alright, I've had THIS taste in my mouth before LOL. OK, FIRST things first, my review for the Butter My Biscuit, because THAT is in HERE !!!! Now before you go running screaming "Recycle", hear me out. OK, clearly it's the same as the BMB, BUT, Molinberry was slick enough to reinvent it so to speak. The almond (I think) that I got in the BMB is stronger now, with a slight-somewhat reduction in the butter (but it's still IN there), and maybe ticked the sweetness up a tick or two, and now you have, ... Cookie Bite. I'm pretty damned good at picking up on all order of chocolates, and I'm not getting that here, so as far as a cookie goes, I would have to say NOT a chocolate chip at all, more like a buttery, almondy, bakery cookie type. Now I'm still trying to really make sure it's almondy, it might even be a lighter pecan, but either way, you get the picture. Is it good, or is it just a recycle of another flavor ? It's a surprisingly GOOD recycle, how about that. Had I tried THIS one first, I would have then said IT was in the Butter My Biscuit, so you get the drift. Fairly full with hints of being rich, buttery, almondy/pecany undertones, with a nice bakery finish, and that about sums it up. It's pretty convincing as a unique (to me) cookie, and for that it gets a lot of points. ADV ?? Maybe. Would choco hurt or help ? I think it depends on which one(s). As it stands, MB has a nice lil' buttery cookie here, and I feel good leaving it at **8.5/10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Legendary Custard {Molinberry) 6% (1-27-20)** -- Legendary, ehhh ?? We'll see about that. It takes some stones to call something Legendary, and not expect people to review it as such. Alrighty, another cus-tard. I hate testing (when publicly posted) custards, because everyone has a different like/dislike. European Custard, American Custard, ehh. For my preference, I like a less eggy, more pudding-like custard. Perhaps that's a pudding and not a custard, but who's to say. Alright, what DID Molinberry do with this one. This one didn't beat me about the face with an egg hammer, so that was a plus for me. It honestly (first impression) reminded me of 70% vanilla pudding, and 30% INW Custard. The INW was fairly egg forward to me, so this one had some in there, but it wasn't overwhelming. The Vanilla and Pudding-ish elements lead the egg. At 6% it was actually lower, to mid-low on the sweetness, and fairly full. Overall this one WAS to my tastes on "Custard", with maybe even still a smidge too much egg (I know, I know, there's EGGS in da custard). I have problems vaping too egg heavy custards, but this one I could work with. Vape, vape, vaping it revealed nothing new, but every once in a while, I got an extra pudding-like boost poking through. The Vanilla element was brighter and non-spicy, which worked towards leaning pudding. Legendary ?? Maybe not. Good damn Custard that didn't lean too much to the egg ?? Yes. If you favor custards with less egg, and more of a pudding element like I do, you should try this one out. On the exhale, I was getting a wispy note of something, that was not off-putting, and actually worked here, and am struggling to identify it. At first I thought it was a whisper of wintergreen, but that's misleading. Milkshake element perhaps, but only just barely there. Dammit, I think that throws this one into the category of "complex". With that, I think we can leave this very firmly at a **9/10**.
________________________________________________________________________________________

**Nut Banana {Molinberry) 6% (1-28-20)** -- I can't confess to mixing up many Nut Nana's so beyond my experience with TPA's Banana Nut Bread, I don't have much to compare this to, even though it's not a "bread" flavor. Now Banana's I have a LOT of experience with, so MB better watch out in that regard. Ok, as a mix in total, I wasn't a huge fan of this one. Not that it's terrible, I mean the banana was fair, the Nut was fairly low if non-existent, and I did get some twinges of almost an artificial sweetener on the exhale at times, but it wasn't terrible. It just wasn't really stellar to me. So so banana, with not much nut, just kind of bleh. Now, everyone's different so you are encouraged to form your own opinions, but for me, this was one that I could probably skip. With that said, for a so-so flavor, **6.5/10** feels about right. Next .....

**Red Cherry {Molinberry) 6% (1-26-20)** -- Cherries, plain SCARE me, as I've had either way too strong, or way too medicinal for my tastes, so I'm always reluctant to test them. Having never used this, researched quite a bit to try and settle on a 6% testing weight for it. At 6%, it was actually a very good cherry. Medium sweetness, red cherry, with just enough sweet and tart to convince you it's a cherry. Now, I DID get some off notes on the finish at this percentage, after 2 weeks steeping, so I think I will RE-test it lower at 3.5-4.0% before giving a final rating. I do remember teetering back and forth between going with 4-6, but 6 might be pushing it too far. Even with the off note on the finish, the nice red cherry can be had throughout which leaves a lot of hope for this one. I could see it pairing very well with INW Cherries, ratio to be determined. For a good red cherry mixer/baser this one will work, but I would advise going below 6%. Stay tuned for the lower tester update.

*** RE-TEST *** Red Cherry (Molinberry) 3% (2-2-20) -- OK, I don't do many re-tests, but I sure love cherries, and I need to add more of them to my go to stash. First things first, SUCCESS !!!!! By cutting this one in half to 3% ALL offending/off notes have LEFT the building. Let's re-evaluate this one. This one sits right in the middle of the cherry darkness scale, not super bright, or dark, but in the middle, and it DOES impart a nice red cherry. Even cut in half, this one still has a perfect amount of sweetness, and was actually pretty full at this reduced rate. Had some tart undertones to help move it along, and finished exactly like it started. Super pleased to see reducing this removed the off-note finish I had been getting at 6%. While chain vaping this one, I did keep thinking that pairing this with INW Cherries would be a perfect one two punch. Throw in some CAP Silverline's Rainbow Candy to kick it up a notch (thank you @AlfredPudding), with maybe a pinch of sour if needed, and there you go. I wish I always had time to re-test when flavors went off the rails, but I don't. This one worked out GREAT, and now we can finally lay this to rest @ 3%. Too good to not go high on this one. **9/10**.

**Shape Up Pear {Molinberry) 6% (1-29-20)** -- Getting near the end of the first batch, and a Pear's on deck. Smelled great in the bottle, and vaped great too. This one was an easy one to vape, and it portrayed a good pear @ 6%. Mid level sweetness, somewhat artificial, but not in an offputting way. Having just finished my Medicine Flower tests, this one wasn't able to super accurately taste like you were eating a pear, like MF, but it was still plenty good. Covered the spectrum of the pear notes nicely, and it was hard to find fault with it. In direct comparison to MF's this one seemed less natural, slightly less accurate, but a good Pear none the less. **8/10**.

Series II Mixing Now .........

**Classic Sponge Cake (Molinberry) 4% (2-14-21)** -- This presented as a lighter flavor than many of the other MB's so I had to invest in a second tankful to make sure to get a read on it. Def. got a lighter cake from it, with above level sweetness, and no icing, which was perfect. @ 4% it was a relaxed flavor, so pairing with it would require some restraint as to not overwhelm it. As it stood, a very nice, lighter cake with just enough sweet and bakery to sell it. Try as I did, I couldn't really nail down any direction for the cake, i.e. Vanilla, etc., as it was fairly neutral. I did slightly get some of MB's tried and true BMB bakery in here, at a very low level, but I could detect it. Somewhat in the same ballpark as Flavor West's Yellow Cake, and Jungle Flavor's, but more delicate, and more neutral. There were some light buttery elements in there, but I wouldn't call it rich. Surprisingly, even after 2 tankers, I wasn't fatigued, so that's always a good sign. A fairly neutral, sweetened cake, that was somewhat relaxed, with no icing, this one did what is was supposed to. **8.75/10**.

**Lemon Tart (Molinberry) 3% (2-15-21)** -- It appears as if Lemon Tarts are becoming the rage now, and I wanted to make sure to test this one as well. Smelled really good and accurate in the tank, and vaping it, it seemed to loose some focus, and almost went 2 dimensional. Not bad by any means, and the two main elements were present, Lemon and Bakery, and they were mated well. Continued vaping revealed to my tastes, this one would be a solid "baser" and could be pushed/pulled as needed. It's hard to explain the 2 dimensional aspects here, but it was like some of the high end (lemon punch), and low end (bakery/crust) had been culled, and the middle section was left. Again, not terrible, but for my tastes, would need to be boosted. Sweetness was about mid level, and nothing off-putting could be found, and the lemon while somewhat laid back appeared to be half natural, half artificial. Perhaps re-testing at a higher rate, might firm it up, and if so, I will update this review. Generally a good one, but just lackluster. **7.0/10**.

**Milkshake (Molinberry) 5% (2-13-21)** -- This one was a WOW right out of the gate. A clean milkshake with hints of Vanilla, and a delicious creamy mouthfeel that rode all the way through the vape. No off-putting notes in this one, and the texture and mouthfeel were very present and worked almost flavwlessly here. No sour notes, no BA, and the cream notes danced between a milk and then a cream. Quite an interesting vape. Completely convincing to its namesake, and might just be the best Milkshake I've tried. Slight, almost malted notes at the very end of the vape, but the entire vape up to that point was clean, sweet, and creamy. Worked through two tanks figuring something would rear it's ugly head, but nothing did. If you want a great lightly vanilla-d milkshake with plenty of cream and milk, with good mouthfeel, this one WILL do it for you. The texture, and mouthfeel def. help sell it, and they sell it good. Will review my other notes, as there's a lot of them, but this may just be the best MS yet. **10/10**.

**Soft Baked Cookie (Molinberry) 4% (2-13-21)** -- Squeaking in a few of these as I have time. This one turned out to be exactly what they said it was, a smooth cookie base, nothing more, nothing less. Many cookies are nudged one direction or another, which can limit their uses, but this one was absolutely neutral, and no choco, almond, or any other clear elements added, which left it dead, spot on, in the base camp. It wasn't a terrible SFT, nor a terribly exciting one, hehe, but such is the nature of testing. At times it leaned almost towards a Toll House (but without any choco chips), and others it leaned slightly darker. @ 4%, it was actually somewhat lighter than expected, with mid level sweetness. It had some similarities to MB's "Butter My Biscuit", but with a much more relaxed bakery, and reduced butter. If you have the BMB, and like it, think of this one as a reducted version of that. With it's clean neutralness, a baser is exactly where and how you would use this one, tempering it to whichever direction you needed to go. All in, pretty convincing, and although SFT'ing isn't always exciting with "one-shot"-ish flavors, it's the pieces and parts that make the recipe. Placing this at a nice **8.75/10**.

**Strawberry Milk (Molinberry) 4.5% (2-7-21)** -- Firing up for some more Molinberry's with this Strawberry Milk. Out of the gate, I would say this is a one-shot, meaning it's good to go as is, and no need to tweak it at all.

Yeah, it's that simple, and that good. Now you could push the dairy if you wanted, or sharpen up the SB as well, but if you didn't, you wouldn't mind a bit. The SB was more artificial than real, but it suited this mix, with a nice smooth dairy, which really gave the impression of milk. Nothing malted, or forceful in it, but just a nice, clean dairy note, that was paired perfectly with the SB. This one was soo good that I had almost finished off the second tank before I remembered to review it, and that's always a good sign. 4.5% felt really good, nothing off-putting, with a bump above mid-level sweetness. For a seemingly simple 2 element flavor, it was a very nice vape, and kept me interested. Easily a **9.8/10**.

*Mixing Now !!!!!*

When I decided to pick up some Liquid Barn flavors for testing and post this, I was greeted with ....

> ### Revive this topic?

> The last reply to this topic was **almost 3 years ago** .

Yeah, why the F not !!!! I'm not sure what propelled me into picking up 17, but 17 I did. Mixing these now and will let them steep for at least a week, maybe a week and a half. ALL will be mixed at the percentages listed, and tested on none other than my beloved SteamCrave RDTA v.1, with dual vertical Kanthal 24 ga. single wrap coils, with dry burned coils and fresh KGD cotton before each test. Older flavors, so let's see how they fare after all these years.

https://..................../recipe/1489171/Liquid Barn Multiple Flavor Test

https://www.liquidbarn.com/collections/all-flavors

**Banana (LB) 6% (3-13-21)**
-- Let's kick off this 17 flavor run, with, the Nana. Most bananas typically fall into two categories, natural or artificial (runts candy). This one presented as an almost 40/60 split, with that being 40% natural, 60% artificial. Heavier on the runts candy, BUT, with some nicer mid notes favoring natural. Depending on what you are trying to create, you may prefer a more natural or artificial to suit your needs, and this one has both. I didn't get many high punchy notes from this one, and it was more centered around the mid, and low banana notes. At 6%, it didn't feel pushed, and I didn't get any off-putting notes. On the first vape, I thought "75% Banana", but wanted to continue vaping to pick out any other positives or negatives. Because it lived mostly in the mid and low profile regions, it had an almost creamy aspect to it, but not any added creams. Although leaning artificial, it wasn't off-putting or overwhelming, and could easily be used to build or accent a "runts" requirement. Sweetness was below mid-level, and this one would be a good baser/mixer to bolster any banana mix, wherein an all natural banana wasn't required. Felt solid at **7/10**.

**Belgian Waffle (LB) 7% (3-13-21)** -- Light, airy, and belgian were my initial thoughts on this one. Surprisingly light, and very airy @ 7%. I've seen comments that stated a weaker version of TPA's Belgian Waffle, and that's pretty close. The longer this one slept, the fuller it seemed to get, but even then, it was not an "In Your Face" waffle. Molasses and some bakery were present throughout the vape, with maybe some buttery notes, and a slight hint of maple syrup. Also some slight cinnamon notes could be had, but very low in the mix. Unsure if mixing this any higher would increase it's presence or not. Nothing off-putting, sweetness was lower than mid, but the lightness, and almost airy-ness of it, would make it harder to mix with, lest it get overpowered in the mix. It's hard to rate something on it's strength, as the profiles, nuances, and complexities are what really matter. For a fairly accurate BW, with some light butter, possible cinnamon (very light), and slight syrup, this one gets it done. Mixing with this will require special attention however, as it could easily be overcome. Another **7/10**.

**Coconut Milk (LB) 4% (3-13-21)** -- Let's face it, some Coconut's are terrible. Funky, oily, some are even greasy. The good news is here, no greasy's, and no oily's in this one. That's NEVER a bad start. Now, as far as the natural vs. candied/artificial, this one presented as almost 50/50 of each, leaning slightly towards the artificial/candied. It was not a dry, flaky coconut, but more of a (duh), creamed, somewhat milky combination. Sweetness was a tick above mid level, and overall the flavor felt pretty solid @ 4% without feeling overbearing or heavy handed. Continued vaping never pushed it into suntan lotion territory, but it DID have sort of a "twang" on the exhale. Having not tested LB's Lava Cake yet, I'm almost sure this one would pair nicely with it. As it stood, not a bad creamy coconut, that leaned artificial, with no overt greasy, or oily notes. No off-putting notes, except for a little twang on the tail end of the exhale, and that will be up to the individual whether or not thats a sparkle on the finish, or something else. Not sure if I'd call it a one-shotter, but surely it would excel in almost any need for a somewhat creamed coconut, that didn't require a 100% natural profile. All in, felt pretty good @ **7.5/10**.

**Cola Freeze (LB) 7.5% (3-13-21)** -- Wow, this MIGHT just be one of the BEST Cola flavors I've ever tried. Very authentic, with all the right accents, and proved to be a very convincing Cola. Everyone's tastes will vary, but to my tastes, it was more of an RC Cola, than a Coke or Pepsi, and that was fine, as I actually prefer RC Cola !!! About mid level sweet, with an almost fizzy end to it. No cooling that I could detect, and that was fine, as I'm not a big cooling fan. Felt nice at this testing weight, and was mid-level sweet, which was expected for a Cola. Emptied the tank on this one, and couldn't find any take-offs, or off-putting notes. A nicely convincing Cola, that was almost a spot on RC Cola for my tastes. **9/10**.

**Cream (LB) 4.5% (3-14-21)** -- Creams and Milks are the bane of my testing experience. They can be hard to quantify, and fully root out in a SFT, as many times, their effect, can really be felt IN a mix, not solo'd, BUT, test we shall. This presented as a somewhat sweet-ish vape, and was fairly non-descript. It wasn't loaded with creamery or milky notes, BUT, had a fairly creamy mouthfeel. Confused ?? Good. It had some similarities to a sweetened condensed milk, but without the overt milk notes. Nothing greasy or off-putting, and to fully realize it, it would have to be mixed in a recipe. As a solo, it was a surprisingly good vape. All in, as a mixer, with the mouthfeel provided, and some sweetened creamy aspects, this one should work well as a creamy baser/mixer. Nicely placed at a **6.8/10**.

**Fresh Cream (LB) 6% (3-14-21)** -- Alright, FRESH on the heels of testing LB's Cream, onto their Fresh Cream. This flavor is VERY similar to their Cream, but, with MO CREAM. Go figure, right ? This one presented almost identical to the aforementioned Cream, fairly non-descript, mid-level sweet flavor, with fairly good mouthfeel. This one differed from the Cream, with some more "creamery" elements thrown in. Not as in your face as some other MFG's creams, but it did step up the creamy game a bit. Still good mouthfeel, and ultimately, this one will be fleshed out when mixing with it. Still no off-putting notes, and felt nice @ 6%, and to my palate, will have to rate it higher than the Cream, for the increased creaminess **7.8/10**.

**Green Apple (LB) 4% (3-14-21)** -- Whew, this one packed a punch at 4% right out of the gate. I'm not a huge green apple fan, but I have a friend/client who is, and I've spent a great deal of time trying to dial it in. This one did scream Granny Smith, and it did so with a nice dose of tart and sweet on the inhale, with a nice sweet green apple on the exhale. The interesting thing is, the sour/tart didn't carry all the way to the finish. Interesting. At 4%, it appears to be one of the stronger flavors from LB, and despite not hitting the ceiling, could probably be dropped to 2.5-3.0 % depending on your needs. It did favor a more artificial but did have some natural notes. Nothing off-putting or chemical, which can be common in some GA's from other MFG's. Something's telling me that this COULD pair nicely with LB's own Sour Gummy. As a whole, it presented as a nice sweet, tour, hint of sour green apple. Nicely done, and felt good at **8.75/10**.

**Lava Cake (LB) 6% (3-14-21)** -- This one smelled really good in the bottle, and was waiting to get to it. Obvious similarities to another MFG's Chocolate Cake not withstanding, this one actually tasted very convincing. What I didn't get was a deep, dark chocolate, or any choco icing, but I did get a nice mid, and mid-dark chocolate cake. It did taste more like a boxed store bought cake, but a somewhat fluffy one at that. Although I didn't get any BandAids (sometimes common in some chocolates), it felt like it was leaning towards that direction, but not actually landing there. Because of that, I had no issues with the chocolate, and the cake portion was convincingly real, and paired nicely with the choco. At 6% I didn't get any strange notes, but I could see this one going sideways if pushed too high. This one almost screamed for some coconut, vanilla ice cream, or a touch of Medicine Flower Dark Chocolate to dress it up. Sure the cake could have been expanded on, and the richness, and fullness of the choco could be more fully flushed out, but on it's own, not bad, not bad at all. **8.0/10**.

**Orange Banana (LB) 9% (3-18-21)** -- I vaped this one over a period of days, just to make sure I was getting it. My initial thoughts were, "Orange peel oil". NOW, I don't mean it has oil in it, just the overlying profile. I could get some banana in there, but I had to work to get it. The orange/citrus/peel notes were actually quite good, BUT, due to the very low banana in the mix, as a medley the nana would have to be boosted, or orange cut for a better melding. The banana that I could get tasted ripe, and good, just a little too low for any real impact. Didn't feel heavy at this weight, and sweetness was below mid-level, and no off-putting notes. Be advised if you like orange, this one did almost have the peel/oil aspect(s) to it, which for me was great, but your palate will dictate that for you. All in, only real take offs would be for the low banana levels. Felt fair @ **6.5/10**.

**Peach (LB) 9% (3-20-21)** -- I love my peaches, and I always like to try new ones, just to see who's got what out there. This one came across as a nice, almost canned, yellow peach. Somewhat sweet, and it had an almost funky kick on the back end. At first, I couldn't tell if the funky kick was a plus or minus. Continued vaping leaned me towards it working. Possibly moving down to 7% might lessen this, but even at this testing weight, it almost added some authenticity to the peach. Somewhat candied, somewhat canned, but def. a yellow peach for sure. Felt pretty good at **7/10**.

**Pineapple (LB) 7.5% (3-21-21)** -- My current GO TO Pineapple is still VTA's Sugarloaf. Does this one even come close ? Meh, not really. It presented as a fairly neutral Pineapple, and at this testing weight, felt middling. Increased usage rates might wake it up, but it lacked a lot of the high end sparkle and punch that pushes great Pineapples. For what it was, it had mostly mid-body notes, mid level sweet, and leaned artificial. Not terrible by any means, but more of a baser or mixer than a main noter. Nothing off putting about it, just missing some pizazz. Leaving this one at **6/10**.

**Rainbow Sherbet (LB) 7.5% (3-21-21)** -- Having not tried many Sherbets, it's always a nice change to do so. This one although having some Sherbet characteristics, never really drove it all the way home. It presented as mainly an artificial-ish Raspberry, with some other non-descript fruits, with a fairly identifiable sherbet base. Sweetness was below mid-level which was interesting for a desert, and at this testing weight, nothing screamed out as off-putting. At times, the "fruit" notes almost reminded me of RFSC's Yumberry which is delicious, yet unidentifiable. This one wasn't as high on the delicious-ness scale, but shared the mostly unidentifiable quality. Would be fairly good as another baser/mixer, but that would be the limit. Not terrible, not great, just in the middle, and felt good at **5.5/10**.

**Sour Gummy (LB) 9% (3-21-21)** -- I'm always apprehensive about testing "additives" because you never know if you're going to blow you face off on a tankful of sour hehe. Thankfully, no one died during THIS test of Liquid Barn's Sour Gummy. When I saw that LB recommended 17%, I thought that seemed pretty damned high, and I backed it down to 9% which was fine. This one presented as a trivecta of Sour/Sweet/Gummy, with all three being equal, and without one stealing the show. I had expected it to be far more SOUR due to it's billing, but again, felt like three notes all combined. The Gummy was actually fairly accurate and convincing, the sweetness was a little above mid level, and the sour felt almost below mid level. If you're needing something REALLY sour, this may not cut it for you. Having never solo'd it until now, I mixed up a 70/30 mix of this and Liquid Barn's Green Apple for a co-worker, and he loved it, so additives DO have their place in this world. As a solo vape, not the exciting-ist vape, BUT, does it do what it claims ?? Yes, BUT, with a somewhat reduced sour, which with no aftertaste, off-notes, would really be the only take-off here. Works pretty good, but keep in mind, it's not going to top off your sour tank if it's on empty. Nicely done as an additive, and felt great at **7.8/10**.

**Strawberry (LB) 7% (3-21-21)** -- I think it was @Jojo a long time ago tested this one, and said she got some plastic from it. Well, now I know, what she meant. I did too. Not overwhelming, and didn't destroy the flavor, but there WAS an undertone in there that did present as almost plasticky. The Strawberry was somewhat relaxed at 7%, and def. not IN your face strong. It was almost entirely artificial with little to no real aspects, or at least not on top. There was a jammie quality about it, but I would not call it a Jammed Strawberry. Had plenty of bright notes that added to the sparkle on it, and mid body notes to round it out. I think with the crowded SB field out there, and your natural vs. artificial needs will dictate more than my description can. Sweetness was about mid level, and take offs for the almost plasticky note in this one, would be the big take off. After tasting the after note, I couldn't shake it, so pushing this one down a little @ **6.5/10**.

**Strawberry Cheesecake (LB) 9% (3-21-21)** -- I'm about 101% sure, that the previous flavor (Liquid Barn Strawberry) is in this mix as well, and the good news is, the somewhat plasticky note that I was getting from it solo, has abated in this mix. Great news !!!! Onto the Cheesecake. I think what you want from a cheesecake will dictate if you love or hate this one. Fairly artificial tasting overall, and the cheesecake, almost presented as more of a buttery, almost popcorn-y (at times) taste. At times I could pick up on some graham, but about every other vape, I kept thinking buttery, with slight popcorn ?? An interesting bakery/dairy combination to be sure. Def. no BA smell or taste, so no bitter, acidic cheese, which may appeal to some. The creamy element(s) here were fairly high, and effective, and the mouthfeel OF them, we evident. Just below mid level sweet, and again, the plastic from the LB SB was not present in this mix. This one may work out for quite a few people who want a less graham heavy, no cheese cheesecake, along with an artificial strawberry. Let YOUR tastes dictate if this is one for you or not, depending on your needs. The only real take-offs would have to be for the non-descript cheesecake, that wandered into buttery and slightly popcorny. Leaving this at **7.1/10**.

**Vanilla Ice Cream (LB) 4.5% (3-21-21)** -- The MOMENT is upon us. YES, I knew that 8% for Liquid Barn's Vanilla Ice Cream might be too high, and I did it ANY WAY !!! That was the average Single Flavor usage rate if you can believe it or not. OK, at that heavy weight, I didn't get any pepper, BUT, I'm not one who does get that from VIC's. NOW, with that said, I could tell the flavor was folding over on itself (signs of over flavoring). It didn't go sideways like I had thought, but I could TELL it was PAST it's saturation point. SO, I dropped it back down to a more reasonable (for single flavor testing) 4.5%. I have CHANGED the percentage listed above to reflect THIS testing weight.

At the new lower, 4.5% testing weight, guess what, the flavor was STILL great, just a lot clearer, more focused, and cleaner. In hopes that someone, ANYONE reading this, doesn't know about this flavor, or hasn't tried it yet, it IS, in my opinion the holy grail of Vanilla Ice Cream flavors. Slamming Vanilla notes on the inhale, superb mouthfeel and creaminess, and an almost buttery rich exhale. Yes, there are DIK's in this flavor. From Bull City Flavors page .......

> **Contains 35000 PPM Acetyl Propionyl**

With that said, we can continue. As stated above, I've never gotten the "Black Pepper" effect from any VIC's before, nor this one, so YOU will have to try and then buy for yourselves. In a lot of ways, this reminded me of what Holy Vanilla did for Vanillas. At the NEW testing weight of 4.5%, I got no off-putting notes, no negatives at all, with about mid level sweetness. The richness of this flavor cannot be overstated. For a super rich and decadent Vanilla Ice Cream, that has an outstanding mouthfeel, and an almost buttery exhale, this one IS the one to get. If you are concerned about DIK's (DAAP's), then you would want to avoid this one. All in, hands down, the Vanilla Ice Cream Champion at an unquestionable **10/10**.

Jungle Flavors (Flavor Jungle) SFT and One Shot Tests by SessionDrummer

**Jungle Flavors / Flavor Jungle**

1st round of testing, mixing now.

https://..................../recipe/2712415/Jungle+Flavors%2FFlavor+Jungle+SF+Tests

tv5WKVD.png

1st round of JF single flavor testing. ALL tested on SteamCrave RDTA v.1, @ 55 watts, single wire Kanthal, 7 wrap coils @ 0.30 ohms, on the Para 250C. Fresh cotton, and dry burned coils before every test. Percentages varied by flavor. All steeped 1.5 + weeks plus.

**Honey Peach (Jungle Flavors) 2.5% (10-26-18)**
-- Since one of my favorite mixing peaches is currently TPA Juicy Peach, even though it's weak, this one sounded very interesting for my profile and needs. Out of the gate it was a WINNER !!! Now as a disclaimer I've had some AWFUL trouble with some honeys' in the past, so I was a little skeeered to vape it up, but FEAR NOT, this one IS a gem. At 2.5% it was perfectly hard hitting, without being overbearing or past it's upper limits. Less sweet than I would have thought, and perhaps, similar to CAP Yellow Peach, but this one is in a different league. It might even benefit from a little sweet kick from some Stevia, so fear not about it being over sweetened. It is NOT a juicy peach like TPA's, but really more of a fresh, yellow peach, BUT, there's a kicker in here. Thankfully for me (my fear runs deep) it is NOT honey, at least to my taste, but I'm thinking maybe a hint of nectarine, or better yet, maybe a apricot kick. The more I think about it, I think it might BE an apricot kicker. Either way, it's very full, delicious, and with the "kicker" that's in there, it bends slightly away from a typical peach, into something different, and better. I can see why they named it Honey Peach, and it's good. I am on the 2nd 3ml tanker and I'm struggling to find something I don't like about it, ....... I can't. **10/10**.

**Strawberry Sweet (Jungle Flavors) 5.0% (10-26-18)**
-- Out of the gate, this one impressed. Very solid SB with depth. Mixed @ 5.0% it was very full and rich (as rich as a SB could be that is). Nothing off putting, or artificial tasting, but a great ripened strawberry. Not really a fresh per se, and had a tough of jammy-ness to it. I would rate it higher than CAP's Sweet SB, but only a notch or two, as it seemed fuller, and perhaps more versatile. On a second tester tank if that's any sign. Struggling to find an SB that I would compare it to, but maybe OOO Strawberry Ripe would be in the same ball park. For a jammy infused, ripe strawberry, that has just the right amount of sweetness this will work for you. **9.3/10**.

**Yellow Cake (Jungle Flavors) 5.0% (10-26-18)** -- I think everyone who loves or has used FW Yellow Cake would love it, if it weren't for the sugar. Hearing rumors about JF's YC couldn't not get it. Mixed it @5% and this level it was a damned good Yellow Cake, no if's and's or but's. Already I can tell it is AS good, if not better than FW's version, but without any sugar. Yellow Cake fans rejoice. Had nothing off putting, or anything that got in the way of a simple YC. Didn't feel overdone at this strength, sweetness was good, and it was balanced nicely. Not sure how to elaborate more on this, but if you need a YC flavor, without any sugar, this one WILL do it for you. Spot on @ **10/10**.

**Honey Dew Melon (Jungle Flavors) 1.8% (10-29-18)** -- I have vaped more than a few Honey Dew Mellons and am pretty aware of the pitfalls, shortcomings, and olfactory offenses that I've experienced. Many times when SF testing, the moment you take a vape of a new flavor you immediately think of a similar flavor. That happened with this one, and it immediately reminded me of none other than Medicine Flower's HDM. Now before I overcharge the flux capacitor and blow up the universe, it's not quite that good, BUT, it's in the same arena (that means very good). It's a very rich, green, and fresh tasting HDM. It's a tad sweeter than MF's, and higher than average sweetness, but that's not a terrible thing here, but worth noting. Lots and lots of nice green melon with the inner and outer fleshy parts, with maybe a hint of rind. This does NOT come across near as effortlessly natural as the MF does, but once again, it's in the ballpark. @estorm cautioned some of the Jungle Flavors were strong, and this is one of the stronger ones. @ 1.8% but could probably range lower @ 1.0-1.5%. Very smooth, with an apparent mix of the green parts, with good sweetness, and very smooth. Not harsh, off putting, or overtly artificial, even at this strength. Almost getting two different notes, one on inhale, and another on exhale, both great. This is the 6th winner in a row from JF for me. **9.6/10**.

**Cocoa (Jungle Flavors) 1.5% (10-28-18)** -- Having only vaped ONE (I think Cocoa) so far (FA Cocoa) and being stricken with it's utter coil destroying ways, I was a little apprehensive in trying another, but try I must. First things, this one is clear, clear, CLEAR. What ?? How is that possible ?? At the low 1.5% strength, and after 2 weeks steep, this one looks to be another GEM from JF. Smells like it, tastes like it, but doesn't gunk coils like it ?? Can't compare to any other than FA's, and it is in the same ballpark, without the gunking, and dryness that I got from the FA. Accuracy was pretty spot on, sweetness was at the mid point, with a nice even, mid to mid-dark cocoa. They really got this one pretty nailed down. Not a milk chocolate, nor a dark chocolate, but right smack dab in the middle of the cocoa road. No bitters, or dryness here, tastes pretty natural with no chemical, artificial, or off putting notes. Now this is NO Medicine Flower Dark Chocolate, but it's not trying to be. I could see using this QUITE often, and am glad I bought a mini jug of it on sale no less. Going to toss this into one of my S'mores to really see what's what, but at this point, this will be the fifth Jungle Flavor win in a row. One thing I noticed vaping it at 65 watts, I didn't get any burning from it, as many chocolates do not like higher wattages, even though 65 watts isn't terribly high. Having a hard time knocking it down, maybe 0.5 for a slight lack of richness/depth, but it's just too damned tasty for being so clear, and non-gunking. **9.5/10**.

**Biscuit (Jungle Flavors) 3.0% (10-27-18)** -- I felt I already knew this flavor before testing it, as I read countless reviews stating it was JUST like a perfect pairing of INW Biscuit, and FA Cookie. Well, that's about as RIGHT as it gets. I actually can't think of a better description than that INW Biscuit + FA Cookie = JF Biscuit !!!!
It's actually quite an interesting blend (if not exactly those two companies flavors, but profiles for sure). INW Biscuit is more of an American biscuit like Bisquick, and FA Cookie is more like a European biscuit which would lean towards more cookie-ish. Pairing these two profiles yields a very interesting result. Actually vaped the entire tester which I didn't see coming. I can already see countless uses for this, mostly bakery obviously, crust enhancements, some graininess, etc. The slight sweetness could really shift things in mixes, and probably in a good way at that. At 3% it was very full with just a hint of sweet, not overly dry, with nothing off putting, harsh, or artificial tasting. **9.5/10**.

**Series II Mixing Now:**

One Shots:

**Apple Fritter (Jungle Flavors) 11% (12-20-20)** -- First Jungle Flavors One Shot on deck, and perfect for the Holidays. I could smell the dough element when mixing, and wasn't sure about how it would fare vaping, but it quickly became obvious, it just worked. The dough actually worked very well, as it portrayed both a baked, and almost undercooked dough at the same time, which perfectly suited a Fritter. The apple elements tasted somewhat unique, and were a great choice for this one shot, as they were not a typical "pie filling", not heavy on the cinnamon, which really worked here. Almost a Fuji-ish punch on the top end, and overall it leaned more towards a fresh apple, than a filling apple. Slight amounts of spice but very low in the mix, so as not to overwhelm the apples and dough. Sweetness was mid level, and as a total vape, it really worked, and tasted different, which helped elevate it from the typical apple bakeries out there. Def. a tester tank finisher for me. Handily handing it up at a **9.5/10**.

**Donut Holes (Jungle Flavors) 12.5% (12-20-20)** -- Five days before Christmas and I need a Donut Vape !!! Did I get one, or a lump of coal ?? I got one !!!!! For starters, this is probably one of the BEST Donut flavor/one-shots I have tried, and that's saying something. I may have detected some of my old friend FA Zeppola in here, but it tasted like a bit more than just that. The donut notes were fresh and fried if that makes sense, along with a nice helping of glazed sugar. It sat at about mid level sweet, which is fine for a donut. "Just say NO to PlayDoh" and this one does just that. I couldn't detect any heavy notes to sway the donut/dough which left it neutral, but could easily be spiked with Strawberry, Raspberry, etc. if needed. As it stood, for a 50/50 dough/fried dough donut, with a delicious glazed coating, this one did exactly that, and never left you wanting. Feels perfectly donuty good @ **9.8/10**.

**Mango Mafia (Jungle Flavors) 12% (12-20-20)** – I’d heard from more than one user that this MM was their favorite, and I might just know why now. It’s a BOMB in MANGO form for sure. Admittedly I’m not a huge fruit’er, but this one, might have changed that. The mango was full, present, and in your face throughout the entire vape. It was full spectrum with dark, mid, and high end punch, so nothing was left out of this Mafia party. Def. a complex mix, and at times I couldn’t help but wonder if JF threw in some of their Honey Peach to this one, but that is not confirmed. Sweetness was maybe a tick above mid level, but not fatiguing, and I checked by blowing through two tester tanks on this one. A very natural tasting, full spectrum Mango is what you get with this one, and coming from a non-fruit guy, couldn’t go lower than **9.8/10** .

**Strawberry Bubble Gum (Jungle Flavors) 9.5% (12-21-20)** -- I've tried some ehh, and pretty bad bubblegums before, and thankfully this one, was neither. It actually presented as a very GOOD bubblegum, BUT, with a twist. The Strawberry. It was layered into the mix fairly low, so as not to overwhelm the bubblegum. The BBG was pink, accurate, and quite tasty, and it was very close to a "BubbleYum" flavor. The strawberry, while somewhat lower in the mix, did a really good job of shifting the bubble gum, but just a bit. Not an overpowering SB, dragging the gum along for the ride, but more of an accent TO the bubble gum. I think it was a wise, and different choice, and vaping it, throughout two tankfuls, it never wandered. Sweetness was about mid level, and great for a bubblegum, and even after 2 tanks, I couldn't pull any off-putting, or chemical notes out of it. You can't blow bubbles with this one, but you'd almost think you could. Very nice, not overly complex different take on bubble gum. **9.7/10**.

**Tiger's Blood (Jungle Flavors) 15% (12-22-20)** -- I smelled this one while mixing up this series, and did a double take. Wait, this is a Tiger's Blood ?? !!!! From the Flavor Jungle .............

> Add the sweet taste of a fruit cocktail with watermelon, cherry, kiwi, and honeydew to your next DIY recipe!

Wait, Cherry, Kiwi, and Honeydew ?? !! OK, this was NOT was I was used to in regards to a TB, so figured we'd close out this series with an enigma. Blasphemy or Godliness ?? I tried to check my "Reservations" at the door. I'm not sure if this will replace my more typical TB, but it was a fairly interesting fruit cocktail. I was picking up the WM, Cherry, Kiwi, and Honeydew, and as a blend, it WAS indeed, quite interesting. Nothing felt out of place in this (new to me) mashup, and it actually worked well. Sweetness was below mid level, and strangely enough, kept me interested throughout the tankful. Not being a huge fruit-ster, it takes a bit to get, and keep me interested in a fruit medley. This one had just enough tart, and sweet to keep it interesting, and the unexpected (to me) combination kept it that way. My favorite aspect of this one would probably be the tart cherry finish on it. Would I label this a TB ?? Probably not. Would I pick up a bottle ?? Yes. Tartly at a **9.0/10**.

All in, an impressive showing from Jungle Flavors. Huge thanks out to them for sending these out to be reviewed. Some were expected but great, and a few surpises. Very worth picking some up.

Flavorah (FLV) Single Flavor Tests by SessionDrummer

All mixed 7-28-17, steeped 2 weeks, 70v/30p, on dual kanthal coils @ .33ohms on Steam Crave RDTA v.1. Dry burn coils and fresh cotton before each flavor for clarity. Also these flavors were evaluated purely as single flavors and @ percentages listed below. Differing percentages, and/or mixing could be very different. Milk Chocolate @ 1%, Vanilla Pudding, Whipped Cream, and Marshmallow @ 4%. Cookie and Cookie Dough @ 2.5%.

F4h4mVQ.jpg

**Milk Chocolate (Flavorah) 1% (8-22-17)** -- Realizing that chocolates are some of the harder flavors to get right, did not know what this held in store for me. Had been warned this was very strong, and they were right. @ 1% it was still too strong, which makes a complete evaluation hard. Overall actually was quite good. As stated, a little too strong @ 1%, but you could still define the clear notes of a good MC. Not dry or bitter, but this one will HAVE to be re-tested @ .5%. As it stands, even stronger than desired, it's overall flavor was very good. Easy **8.5/10**. Will re-test @ .5% and adjust as needed.

**Vanilla Pudding (Flavorah) 4% (8-22-17)** -- I've yet to find a pudding that really gets it right, so excitement was in the air waiting for this one. Fresh in the tank it was quite good. Sweetness, some nilla, and some of the hard to explain aspects of pudding. This could easily be spiked up with some more vanilla, or even a choco to switch it up. Very surprised by this one, and actually finished the tester tank of it. **9/10**.

**Marshmallow (Flavorah) 4% (8-22-17)** -- Heard rumors that there were chocolate notes in a Marshmallow ??? YES there are. Not sure how or why they did it, but they did. Very good overall mix, sweetness was about perfect. Sweetness and some mouthfeel on the inhale, and you can almost taste the slightly crisper outer layer of the MM on the exhale, along with some unexpected chocolate notes, very subtle, but there, and strangely it works very good. I can DEF. see this working in one of my fav. S'more recipies. Can't go lower than a **9.5/10** on this one.

**Cookie (Flavorah) 2.5% (4-28-18)** -- Is there a cookie in the house ?? YES, there is. Soo many different cookies out there, and many are different. This one was quite solid @ 2.5%, great slightly sweet, bakery cookie. Maybe a hint of butter elements, but subtle. No choco in this one, but that's ok. I think the closest comparison would be FA Cookie, in that it's a solid yet laid back cookie, and def. leans towards the dry side. **8.5/10**.

**Cookie Dough (Flavorah) 2.5% (4-28-18)** -- I love cookie dough, so any CD flavor is going to have to work for it. Let this one steep for over 2 weeks as I read other comments stating that was a good starting time. This one was VERY full and rich @ 2.5%, surprisingly so almost. Wasn't as much of the dough as I would have thought, BUT, what it has is a VERY good oatmeal cookie flavor. Sure there's some cookie dough in there, but the main profile to my tasting is a delicious oatmeal cookie dough-ish flavor. Nothing off putting, and wow, for a NOT Oatmeal Cookie, sure seems like a GREAT one. **9.5/10**.

**Updates --- 3-29-21 --- NEW flavors released --- Mixing Now**

SMCtcyN.jpg

**Blackberry (Flavorah) 0.6% (4-3-21)** -- FIRST ONE on deck, and WOW. This is/was/is a great one, right out of the gate. Having only a few Blackberries I use, I am always on the prowl for a new one to add to the list. Most of the BB's I've tried always seem to be lacking in one way or the other, so finding the "Full Monty" is difficult. At 0.6% this one really dropped ALL the right notes. It did seem like it COULD be increased, and I'm thinking maybe more of a 1.0 - 1.4% to make it POP. As it stood, it tasted like a mostly natural, somewhat sweet, mid darkness blackberry, and it almost had some seed elements in there. Much to my happiness there were NO florals or soapy-ness that I've had with a few others, but just a very well rounded BB. I can't think of a direct comparison, as it's "roundness" was somewhat unique, and every once in a while I was greeted with a little bright sparkle or tartness on the finish, BUT, just barely. It leaned more towards the sweeter, mid-bodied Blackberry, and although at about mid-level sweet, I think it would DEF. benefit from a little TART to help kick it off. It was soo well rounded, and tasty, I could see it working almost anywhere you need a BB. This tastes like a flavor that Flavorah clearly spent some time getting right. **9.5/10**.

**Blue Raz (Flavorah) 1% (4-3-21)** -- Whoop, another smoker here folks. While admittedly not using Blue Raz's much, I do like them from time to time, so this was an interesting test(er) for me. @smokyblue mentioned this one was a "One-Shot" out of the gate, and I agree. A completely finished, well rounded B.Razz with just enough tart, and sweet to keep you interested. At 1% it tasted very full and complete, with no off notes, or ceiling slamming strange-ness. While power vaping though the tester tank, I was looking hard for anything that would kick this one down a notch or two and couldn't find any. It did feel like a one-shot, and a good one at that. You could possibly kick it up a little in strength, but it was pretty solid at this testing weight. I know this doesn't help when reading a review, but many times while testing I kept thinking, "Bluuuuuuuuue", LOL. When smelling it in the bottle, the tart/sour smelled stronger than it presented when vaping, and it really sat JUST where it should in the mix. Nice blue with raz, with nice helpings of sweet and tart, and nothing off-putting, put this up on top. If you're in need for a B Raz, add this one to your short list. **9.9/10**.

**Cactus Apple (Flavorah) 0.4% (4-4-21)** -- Before starting this flavor review, I reflected back on how I could NOT vape INW Cactus, the go to flavor for adding jucy-ness to mixes. Something about the flavor, I just couldn't get past. Like vaping Aloe Vera ?? Soo, with that said, there WAS a certain amount of trepidation in testing another cactus. Upon first vape, I was greeted with a fair amount of natural tasting cactus, BUT, it was somehow tempered with a sweet, tart, green apple, that made it palatable for me. Shocking, didn't see THAT coming. The cactus tasted fairly natural, with the expected cactus "hue" as I call it, with no bitterness, gummy-ness, or off-putting notes. Flavorah may have made this flavor for me, hehe, as the paring with the green apple, really allowed me to vape this, almost enjoy it (gasp), and may open up cactus-ing for even more people. Because the cactus rode solidly in the middle spectrum, the apple appears to have been used to temper it, and allow for some sweet, tart punch. The pairing of the two works really well. If you are, were, or could be a non-cactus-er, you might want to give this one a try, as it could allow you to enter INTO the cactus frey. Somewhat earthy, and natural cactus, fully tempered, but not overshadowed by a sweet/tart green apple. **8.5/10**.

**Chai Spice (Flavorah) 0.5% (4-4-21)** -- My experience with Chai has always been fresh Chai Tea, and have NEVER vaped it before, so this will be another first. My perception of Chai has always been Cardamom, Fennel, Cinnamon, Ginger, and Black Pepper. Every time I've had fresh authentic Chai Tea, the aforementioned have always been present. Excitingly enough, most, if not all WERE present in this flavor, with maybe the exception of the black pepper (which ROCKS in fresh, hot tea). All elements were very nicely placed, such that I could not pick one as standing out, which was impressive. I had pre-concerns about Ginger, Cardamom, and Fennel presenting as to "bighty" or bitter, but there were hardly any bitter notes here, and somehow, Flavorah managed to temper this entire complex flavor with an almost creamy undertone, that while not overpowering, was always there, and almost a carrier for the aforementioned notes. As a sum total, it was quite realistic, accurate, and satisfying, which again, coming from a NON "spice" vaper, was a surprise. Felt plenty good and strong at 0.5%, and had no off-putting notes. Your mixing level will directly depend on how "spicy" you want your mix, and this could clearly run roughshod over a mix if used too high. I kept looking for any telltale cinnamon, but it was hard to find, so either it was missing, or just lower in the mix. All in, a pretty convincing, non bitter Chai spice that would work well anywhere Chai was desired. Chai Milk, Milkshake, Ice Cream ?? Pretty convincing for my tastes, and felt solid @ **9.1/10**.

**Energy Drink (Flavorah) 0.8% (4-4-21)** -- I don't know if I've ever even tried an Energy Drink, so if you need a direct comparison, you may want to keep on lookin'. With that little disclaimer out of the way, I talked with @SmokyBlue, and she said it was a "green" one, hehe, so there you go. The flavor itself was clear, and tasted almost soda like, and I was getting a diminished green apple with maybe a fruit or two more. Maybe a melon in there, but very hard to tell due to the balanced blending of the elements. Sweetness was below mid level, and at 0.8% it felt pretty good, with nothing off putting. There was a element in this, that almost reminded me of a multi-vitamin. Crazy, right ? It surely is the "energy" part, and it in no way was off-putting, and worked well in the mix, and almost gave it a sort of effervescence, which again, just worked in this flavor. It was hard to judge this, having no energy drink experience to compare it to, but solider on we shall. Just like the previous flavor, Chai Spice, this flavor might NOT be on some mixer's list as why would you vape an Energy Drink ?? Well the good news is, if you want to, or need it in a mix, you can. All in, an interesting drink profile with unique elements (assuming energy quality), with an almost fizzy quality to it. I'd probably stay at 0.8% or lower, as it could possibly take over a mix if left unchecked. As it tasted and vaped, will leave it at a handy **8.9/10**.

**Mango Pineapple Passion (Flavorah) 0.8% (4-4-21)** -- The first thoughts I had on this one were "Fruit Workhorse". A definite fruit medly, and the Mango took the lead, with the Pineapple somewhere behind it, and the Passion Fruit in last place. Now, this one might not be my favorite of the new releases, not because it's bad, just because it felt middling. I love the idea of the tri-fruit, but it presented with a lack of focus, and realize, this is as a solo, so the spotlight was on. In mixes, it could work far differently. Sweetness was nicely below mid level, and it felt plenty strong at 0.8% with no foul notes from it. As I continued to finish the tank, I kept wishing for some focus and clarity as to the direction of this one, and never got it, and may be my tastes. As a tripple fruit medley, or a baser, this one was above average, just not the star of the show. Nicely finished @ **7/10**.

**Mild Tobacco (Flavorah) 1% (4-6-21)** -- Before we begin a few disclaimers. I've NEVER been a big bacco vaper, so this WILL be another first. Second, typically (as with my custards) I like to let baccos steep for a month to fully mature, BUT I didn't want to drag these out, and to help get more people involved in Flavorah, and maybe encourage people to also try these NEW flavors. With THAT all said, you can call me a somewhat reluctant tobacco vaper/tester. This mild tobacco floored me from the first vape. Wow, it's that good. It presented as a fairly complex affair, with the main notes being a mild (duh) tobacco and a very rich caramel. Now, this is NOT as simple as just another RY4, as it had far MORE tobacco, and less caramel, or at least it appeared that way. The complexity of this one really kept me guessing as to exactly what notes were in here, and that is rare for me. Was I getting coffee, chocolate at times ?? Very hard to tell, and that my friends, IS complexity. The tobacco was full but not overly strong or bitter, and the "caramel wash" as I was calling it, just envoloped you during the vape. At times I even got almost smoky notes, but they kept moving in and out of focus, which really just left this one as a deliciously complex blend of a mid dark tobacco, and a very rich, yet not overpowering caramel. Perfect at 1%, with ZERO takeoffs for me. Going to finish this tester tank (two days running), and I do feel, **10/10** is warranted.

**Mint Candy (Flavorah) 0.6% (4-10-21)** -- Gave this one a little extra steep time, to make sure it was settled before testing. I had expected a green mint, but instead, got more of a blue peppermint and green mint candy. To my tastes, it leaned 65% peppermint, and 35% mint. It had some of the more typical dry finishing aspects, but didn't really take away from the flavor. The majority of the vape was tempered by a nice candy "smoothing" taste and effect. Although about mid level sweet, it did have very minor bitter notes, but again, very minor. I typically cannot vape any cooling agents, and I actually had no issues with this flavor, even with some minor "cooling" effect. The candy taste/effect was very expertly done and was very realistic. While admittedly not a huge user of mints, this one presented as a very good, realistic peppermint/mint candy that leaned to the peppermint, with no off-putting notes, and with very minor dryness, and bitter on the finish. At 0.6% it felt really full, and tasty without being heavy handed or ceiling pushing. If you are looking for a peppermint/mint combo that has some really good smooth candy underpinnings, this one will work for you. Leaving it solidly @ **8.5/10**.

**Pearesto (Flavorah) 0.8% (4-10-21)** -- This one continued to be a mystery to me from smelling it in the bottle, to during the steep, to vape testing it. I think I FINALLY have it figured out, BUT, hehe, you'll have to read on. This is indeed, a Pear. Nice, juicy, and fairly ripe, but with some fresh undertones built in for good measure. It DID have an intriguing note that persisted from beginning to end, and from smelling it in the bottle, to post-steep vaping. This note, MAY decide if this flavor is right for you, or not. To my tastes, it wasn't off-putting, but it continued to mystify me, up until JUST now. I know exactly what Flavorah was trying to reproduce, and that's the canned, sweetened pear taste. Ever eaten pear out of a can with syrup ?? It's not that it actually tastes LIKE a can, but there's just this "something", that you know when you taste it. I think THAT, is what Flavorah was trying to accomplish here. I struggled throughout TWO tester tanks to try and decide how to explain it, but I think I can. It's almost a CELERY note !!!! Yes, yes, I know how that sounds, and how you'll try and decipher how exactly a Pear with Celery might taste, hehe. It eluded me for QUITE a while, but I finally think THAT, is the best way to describe it. Now, what does that do, TO a Pear ?? It gives it a VERY close likeness to canned pears in syrup. Literally. NOW, this WILL be the deciding factor as to whether this is a hero or zero for you, so be advised, it's IN there. To me, despite the fact that once I decided it was celery-like, I couldn't UN-taste it, it really didn't hurt the flavor at all, and when comparing to the aforementioned canned/syrup pear taste, I think it DOES work, specifically for that type of flavor. Not off-putting (to me), and felt plenty strong at 0.8%, and sweetness was almost below mid level. What I DIDN'T get from this was any "sugar sand" effect, but that was about it. Some may say the "celery" that I was getting COULD be replication of the skin, and that could be in play as well. All in, a VERY interesting Pear, minus any sugar sand notes, but with some VERY unique "celery like" aspects that could mimic canned syrup pears, or even skin. The extra note(s) worked for me, so the only real take offs would be for the missing sugar-sand/grit. Very uniquely set at **9.2/10**.

**Ripe Mango (Flavorah) 0.8% (4-10-21)** -- Well there's NO mistaking you've got Mango in this one. Nice, full, rich, and plenty of mid body notes with this one. I haven't tried the Sweet Mango yet, and this one is almost 1/2 way to mid sweet, so it's more about the fruit and less about the sweet. Ripe IS the moral of the story here, and plenty of it, and I think that is what drove the MID region of notes in this one. A very few high sparkly notes, and some low end notes. Pretty damned natural to my tastes, and although 0.8% didn't feel too high, you could probably range this one 0.5-0.8%. Nothing out of place, and it DID leave me wanting just a few more high end sparkly notes on the top end. Perhaps the Sweet Mango will punch more of the high end, and it could be used in conjunction with this one, like we combine FLV's Coconut and Sweet Coconut. It was fairly juicy, and very true to it's name, and it had no off notes that I could pick up on. This one seemed like a really natural tasting, powerhouse, mid-region Mango, with a few high, and low notes, that was below mid level sweet. Very solid performer, and felt great at **8.5/10**.

**RY4 (Flavorah) 0.6% (4-10-21)** -- Wow, this one packed a PUNCH, and at only 0.6%. Not having a lot of bacco experience to pull from, this one was super charged, right out of the gate. It was like NO other RY4 I'd ever tried before. Most of them, were simply a medium to light tobacco with caramel. This one was a MUCH bolder, darker, heartier tobacco, with definite smoky notes, and almost coffee notes. There was some slightly sweet undertones with maybe some caramel, but much lower in the mix. I did keep focusing on the smoky-ness of it, and it appeared stronger when smelling out of the bottle than in the vape, but it's presence could not be ignored. It almost smelled smokier, and vaped more like a smoky coffee. VERY interesting, and complex. It continued to present darker, earthier tones, along with the bacco, and almost coffee smoky notes. It was PLENTY strong @ 0.6%, and might range from 0.4-0.8 depending on your needs. I can't speak to pairings as I don't really bacco very much at all. As it stood, this one, was very good, rich, and dark, with an almost smoky/coffee like finish, that was below mid level sweet. Coming from a non-bacco-er, this one surprised me, and testing it was an interesting affair. Very NOT like any RY4 I've tried before, so rating this will be complicated. It did not present as a light bacco with Caramel, but much, much more. My gut is telling me to rate high, purely out of the taste profiles alone, and the convincing aspects of the smoky/coffee notes. Too dark and smoky delicious to not go with a **9.5/10**.

**Sweet Mango (Flavorah) 1% (4-11-21)** -- As predicted, this one in comparison to Flavorah's Ripe Mango was brighter, punchier, and sweeter. I had guessed that these two, could be paired exactly like Flavorah's Coconut and Sweet Coconut. Why two mangos ?? Well, it would allow you to better USE the flavor(s) for whatever you need. This one shared many attributes of the Ripe Mango except sweeter, and with the increased sweetness, a perceived "fresh" boost. It tasted very nice and full at 1%, and had no off putting notes. For my tastes I think I like this Sweet Mango a little more than the Ripe Mango, as it was punchier and brighter, and I think that would allow it to carry better in mixes, and allow it to break through better. Depending on your needs, you may want to mix both the Sweet and Ripe, and to varying ratios depending on what you need. For a nice rich and full, more ripe and sweet Mango, this one should take care of your needs. Because my tastes favor the brighter/punchier, I'm rating this one a little higher than Flavorah's Ripe, just due to preference. Felt really good at **9.5/10**.

**Vanilla Tobacco (Flavorah) 0.8% (4-11-21)** -- LAST ONE on deck for this new series from Flavorah. Having now tested their RY4, and Mild Tobacco, I was curious to see if this one shared similarities. It did. It had many of the rich, deep, dark almost smoky tobacco as the two aforementioned, but this time, it was layered into a deliciously light vanilla carrier. Simplistically speaking, the Mild Tobacco had a great Caramel carrier, and this one has a great Vanilla Carrier, with the RY4 being the heavy standout, as far as increased smoky notes. This one tasted great @ 0.8%, and didn't feel like it was hitting the ceiling. It was below mid sweet, and the vanilla layer was very nicely blended in. At times I almost got more of the sweet than the Vanilla, but it was there throughout the vape. While not appearing as complex as the caramel in the Mild this one paired perfectly with the bacco notes, and held it's own, but didn't steal the limelight. The darker/smoky bacco notes from the other baccos was present here as well, but like the Mild, were slightly reduced to allow room for the carrier layer. All in, this one could be a GREAT first one for people wanting to delve into the world of baccos, without a slamming, in your face bacco. Finished the entire two testers on this one, and remember, I'm NOT a bacco vaper, hehe, so that should tell you something. Finishing out this series, this one had no real take-offs, except maybe for some linearity of the vanilla in comparison to the more complex caramel in the Mild. Feels, and felt really good @ **9.5/10**.

Huge thanks out to @FlavorJungle for sending these out for review. All were mixed and tested at the percentages listed, and tested on a SteamCrave RDTA v.1 @ 65 watts on dual, vertical, Kanthal 24ga. 7 wrap coils. Fresh cotton and dry burned before every test, using KGD cotton.

**Lemon (Flavor Express) 3% (12-24-20)** -- Unless you've been living in a cave, you've heard of FE Lemon. Lemons can be a fickle bunch, some favor natural, others candied, and many just fade out making them surprisingly harder to get right than you would think. Flavor Express did a GREAT job with this one. To say they nailed "Lemon Heads" is an understatement, as this is EXACTLY a Lemon Heads flavor. It was a nicely candied lemon flavor that felt and tasted somewhat more complex than a simple candy lemon. Nicely sweet and tart, but never too much of either. No lemon pledge was present, and surprisingly this COULD be vaped solo. Plenty of high end sparkle, with mid and a few lower notes kept it interesting throughout the tank. I'm guessing this one would favor cereals, and bakeries slightly more than pure fruit mixes, and it's fading or lack thereof will have to be determined later. For a candied, lemon head flavor this is about as good as it gets. If you are a purist natural lemon-er you might not rate it as high, but as this stands, it's solidly a **9.9/10**.

**Mango (Flavor Express) 5% (12-26-20)** -- Lastly last one on deck from the generous folks over at Flavor Jungle (Jungle Flavors), and it is proving to be a lil' Mango Powerhouse !!!! I took Christmas off (as we all should), and picked back up today on the last Flavor Express flavor from FJ. Is is RARELY the case when testing flavors, that you can load a tank up, and on the FIRST VAPE, want to drop the tank, and write the review, right there on the spot. I had that impulse with this one, and NOT in a BAD way LOL. For me great Mangos are a rare breed, and most times need to be propped up with other flavors to really shine. This one, just didn't seem to need much, if any help. Super rich and almost "creamy" on it's own, and very, very full. Nothing off-putting, or overtly artificial here, and it felt super refreshing at 5%. You could almost feel the juice running down your hands as you got mouthful after mouthful of this yellowish-orange treat. Not having any "skin" to report, the fullness of this one could not be overstated, as it really hit just the right amount of darker, mid level, and a few high notes here. Just a full spectrum Mango assault on your senses. I'm about 90% sure this is what JF based their Mango Mafia on, and if so, a wise choice. I don't fruit very often, but flavors like this, almost have me questioning that decision. ZERO issues vaping this one as a solo, and it left me wanting nothing. Man this is a good one (as the second tankful is being filled). For all you "fruiters" out there (and maybe some of you not YET fruiters out there), this one can fulfill your Mango needs for sure. What a roundhouse kick way to end off this series. Thanks again out to my friends at Flavor Jungle (aka Jungle Flavors) for making this happen. Without a fruity doubt, **10/10**.

**Sweet Rice (Flavor Express) 4% (12-24-20)** -- I have used this one countless times, but never got around to SFT it until now. Right out of the gate, this one was deliciously accurate, creamy, and almost had some elements of a rice pudding. NOT a pudding flavor, but the creamy sweetness of it just led to that profile assumption. At 4% it was really good, and could go higher or lower. Nothing off-putting, and, it had about every aspect that you could want, in a "rice" flavor. Surprisingly good, as a solo, and despite not being overly complex, it did keep you interested throughout the tank. This should not be confused with a "crispy" rice, as it was not, and was more of a sticky, sweet, thai rice almost. Although you may not create a lot of "rice" recipes, this could clearly be used in a multitude of mixes none the less. Having no other "rices" in my stash, this one will stay in there, and I will probably start using this quite a bit. Accurate, sweet and cream rice is exactly what this one is. **9.8/10**.

https://..................../recipe/3776409/Flabor Labs Single Flavor Tests

Not barely ANY info on these flavors out there, beyond the ones that were in the "leak". Figured I'd try out a few, including the more well known ones. Decided on 6% for most, with the Wild Cherry @ 3%. Although their website looks a little wonky, it's legit, and I have ordered hundreds of $$ of flavors from them, no issues, no leaks, good shipping times. Mixing now, will let steep for 1+ week before testing.

All flavors tested at listed percentages, in a SteamCrave RDTA v.1, 65 watts, on dual vertical Kanthal 7 wrap, 24ga. coils, with fresh cotton and dry burned coils in between tests. All steeping 1+ week before testing.

**Apple Pie (Flavor Labs) 6% (10-25-20)** -- First one on deck, AND below the 10% guidline on their website. Who knows what's going to happen, hehe. OK, out of the gate, this one was fab-tab-ulous !!! I know, I know, who needs MORE flavors, and from a different company, BUT, review I must. On the first vape, this one presented almost as a One-Shot, as it had about everything you'd need or want in an apple pie. Almost like a darker version of FLV's Apple Filling, with some FA Apple Pie thrown in, BUT, there was more. It was almost if they had captured the doughy part of the pie crust. You know, the parts that aren't browned ?? They're in there. The filling portion was incredibly full, and rich at this weight, and did have some spice to it, but was evenly mixed at, or below the apples. The apples were cooked, and perfect, with a nice level of sweetness. As a whole, this one left nothing missing or to the imagination, and it really didn't need any tweaking to put it into full on Apple Pie status. The entire mix worked great at 6%, and you could even go lower, so that was a major question for me. Continued vaping revealed nothing off-putting, or out of place, and I emptied the tester to be sure. For a first solo for me, from Flavor Labs, this one started it out with a bang. For a incredibly rich, full, and accurate Apple Pie including the dough, and crust, this one WILL do it for you. As a solo 6% was plenty full, and you could step it back if needed. As it stands, handily a **9.9/10**.

**Bear Claw (Flavor Labs) 6% (10-25-20)** -- Second one on deck, and another great one. Now obviously all of our tastes will vary, so you may not love everything I do, but for my tastes, I'm starting to think that Flavor Labs KNOWS their bakeries. Super great bakery element in this one, and with caramel, and pecans on top ? Yes, that's what it's tasting like. The pecan seemlessly blended with the bakery so they were hard to separate when vaping, and the caramelly rich goodness carried throughout the vape. Sweetness was about mid level, and for my second test from FL, this one was fine @ 6%, and frankly, you could use it lower. Nothing off-putting, and yet another "one-shot"-ish flavor from FL. By that I mean, it's soo good by itself, you really wouldn't have to add anything, it's that good. I vaped it hard to try and detect any play-doh or other "I know what that is"'s, and I just couldn't find any. Smelling it, vaping it, even tasting it, tasted the same. A great bakery, with very fresh tasting Pecans thrown in, with a caramel that carried throughout the vape. About the only thing that could be a take off for some would be the slightly more forward Pecan, but for my tastes, it suited the overall mix perfectly, and I couldn't see changing it. If you like pastries, and like caramel and pecans, I think this one should be on your list. **9.5/10**.

**Blackberry (Flavor Labs) 6% (10-25-20)** -- When testing this one @ 6% it had some floral overtones, and I further diluted it, which helped a great bit, so 6% seemed to be pushing the ceiling on this one. Re-tested at roughly 4%. There was an interesting article on this flavor here that somewhat explains the MFG process of it. This one was higher priced than most of the other flavors on their site, and I am assuming because of the all natural-ness of this one. A slight bit of the floral-ness remained at the lower testing weight, but not so much as to be intrusive. It did present as a very natural Blackberry, but at unique at the same time. Couldn't think of a good comparison on the market, which led to it's more unique profile. No seeds, bitterness or anything off-putting except for the floral note when pushing too high. Not overly tart, and sweetness was below mid level. Full bodied and dark at the lower testing weight, and you could probably go down to 2% if needed. Not fully up to par with Medicine Flower's but still good none the less. Because of the added cost, and the floral top end if not careful, your mileage will vary on this one. All in, felt good at **7/10**.

**Cherry Wild (Flavor Labs) 3% (10-25-20)** -- Man, you guys owe me BIG time for buying, and testing all these completely UN-documented flavors, with the real and present danger of blowing my face off. Thanks, I appreciate it, hehe. OK, First things first. 3 percent, WAAAAY TOO HIGH for this one. Reduce, reduce, reduce. I cut it once, still too heavy, reduced again, and it started to take better shape. I think 0.90% would be a good starting point for this one. Once you step this one down to chinatown, it is actually a QUITE outstanding Cherry. It had aspect of a Mara, but some mid (darker) tones, but NOT a Black Cherry. Perhaps that's the "Wild" in it. Beyond being hella-strong, for some reason during the tester tank I wanted to make a Cherry Milkshake. At a much lower, even sub 1% mixing weight, no florals, or off-putting notes. There was a certain aspect/note that I got from this, almost like the cherry pit, but not bitter that kept it unique and interesting. If you dare, and go very low, this might just help you out with some of your Cherry needs. Go low, you have been warned. **8.9/10**.

**Fruit Loopys (Flavor Labs) 6% (10-25-20)** -- With my all time fav (Cap Silverline Fruit Circles) being used almost daily, I think I'm pretty well versed in all things that are [Loops](Frooty McLoops - SessionDrummer). Out of the gate, I thought I MIGHT have gotten a wiff of AP. AP ?? !!! Let's vape on and see. Right on the vape, this one had a GREAT cereal mid and back end, some citrus in there, and NO Lemon Pledge. Sweetness was actually below mid level which is always a nice surprise for Cereal flavors/vapes. It felt as if some of the citrus was missing on the top end with this one, and the AP note I thought I got earlier, didn't re-appear. Perhaps buried in the cereal notes. I got more lemon of the sniff, than I did off the vape, which depending on how you Loop may or may not be a big deal. Being able to add Lemon as YOU need it, is never a bad thing. While not bad, was missing some of the meringue aspects that many of us need when Looping. In total, not bad, just not super stellar. Leaving it mildly at **7.0/10**.

**Grape (Flavor Labs) 6% (10-26-20)** -- Grape on deck, and deep purple it is !!! OK, this one presented as a fairly full, and rich grape, but had an interesting top end, and I'm not sure if I'm 100% a fan, or not. Almost like a touch of champagne on the exhale. I don't think it hurt the mix, but it was def. present on the exhale. It's light enough that simply pairing it with another would easily mask it, if you were in the NOT a fan camp, or let it ride solo, if you were a fan. The grape itself while not billed as a jam, had a lot of jammy qualities. Not overly sweet, so not 100% jam, but as are in some of the recipes this is used in, pairing it with others, can easily push it into full jam mode. All in, a solid mid/slightly dark grape, but with a note on the exhale, that you might love, or hate. Staying neutral on the top end finish note, felt good at **7.0/10**.

**Grape Wild (Flavor Labs) 6% (11-6-20)** -- For the last flavor in this series, the Grape Wild was a very unique finish. Having tried Flavor Labs' Grape, this one was similar in so much that it presented as a rich, and full mid / semi-dark grape, but with something else. It took me quite a while to try and figure out how to explain the "wild" in it, and I finally got it. It tasted like white wine on top of a purple grape. NOT a darker wine, but literally a nice juicy purple grape, WITH, some white wine thrown in on top. Once I had that realization, I couldn't see it any other way. Your perceptions may vary, but as a whole, it did work pretty convincingly as a Wild Grape. Was full, but more relaxed than FL's Grape at this testing weight, and sweetness was below mid level. Throughout the tank it stayed convincing, fairly natural, and with no off-putting notes. Now that I've had both this and the regular Grape, I think I prefer this one, as it tasted more natural, and the "wildness" worked really good. All in, leaving this higher than the Grape, @ **8.5/10**.

**Pineapple Upside Down Cake (Flavor Labs) 6% (10-27-20)** -- This one was another "staff favorite" from Flavor Labs, so I dove right in !!! OK, I hadn't had a PUDC in a while, so I had to scratch my memory TO remember LOL. At 6%, I was getting florals, SO, backed it back down to 4%, which fared MUCH better. The reason why I DO leave the original testing weight in the sub-title, is that WAS where I started. OK, first thing I thought was "Where's Da Cake" ?? !!! Didn't really get much of it. Period. Now, what I DID get was a roundhouse kick to the face, and it tasted like PINEAPPLE !!! This one had Pineapple in spades. It was a very broad spectrum pineapple, with some punchy high end notes, mid body, and some lower end. It really covered all the bases in regards to pineapple, AND, it had an almost unique "baked" quality to it. It was very satisfying at 4%, and could even be mixed lower. Now, because of the very missing cake part, this will be hard to rate, as I will have to push it down a bit, but I don't want to overshadow the delicious pineapple nature of it at the same time. Let's leave it here. As a Pinepple Upside Cake, I would have to go with a **6.0/10**. As a straight pineapple, I would have to reverse direction, and peg it at 9.2/10.

**Sugar Cookie (Flavor Labs) 6% (10-28-20)** -- This sugar cookie to me, was rather interesting. It wasn't that it was the best SC that I have used, but it was still good, but I did a little test with this one. Started out at 6%, tasted pretty good, didn't feel like it was hitting the ceiling, and nothing off-putting. I decided to simply cut it on half to 3%, just to see what happened. What was funny, was not MUCH changed. Interesting. Slightly less impact, but overall, didn't really change much. So, even 3% will give you a good idea of it. Overall it lacked from the the vanilla-buttery-goodness that I get from CAP's SC, and maybe a smidge less grainy-ness. It didn't feel lacking per se, but when I compare it to my CAP goto, it just seemed less present. It wasn't heavy on the vanilla, which allowed it to land more squarely in a non-descript, neutral cookie than anything else. Sweetness was at or below mid level, and whether at 3% or 6%, didn't get any off putting, out of character notes. This one summed up as a fairly neutral, slightly grainy cookie. It felt good at **7.0/10**.

**Strawberry Jam (Flavor Labs) 6% (10-26-20)** -- Yeah, this is the one. The one that really brought Flavor Labs into the limelight. Yes, it IS maybe one of the BEST Jammie, Strawberry Jams I have tried, and I've tried a few. Now, this isn't supposed to be, nor does it claim to be the best Strawberry, but again, we're talking JAM here. OK, this one, probably SHOULD be on your must have list, if you are shopping at Flavor Labs. Starting this one off, it was surprisingly below mid level sweet ?? !!! What ?? Yes, and that just opens it up for more uses, and allows you to spike sweetener if you want to. The next, and overwhelming point, IS the jammy-ness of it. I am not sure how they do it, but it MUST be magic, or every "jam" would have it, and they don't. There is just a very unique quality to it, and it just absolutely captures the exact qualities of a jam. If you can picture eating some homemade SB Jam with pectin, and just the right amount of sugar, that's this. It's so unique IMO, it really sets it apart from the pack, and not in a small way. The SB's in total appeared to lean from the mid to low, with a smattering of the bright higher end, which gave it a much more full, and robust SB Jam vaping experience, as opposed to a bright SB. All in, for a Strawberry Jam, I cannot go less than **10/10**.

**Watermelon (Flavor Labs) 6% (10-30-20)** -- Melon and rind were the too first things I thought of when vaping this one. I personally like it when MFG's throw in some rind, as it makes it more authentic (well, unless you hate the rind that is, hehe). The melon itself was blurred between the white/clear, and the red parts of the melon, and the sweetness remained about mid level throughout. It presented to me, in a 80% natural, 20% candied profile, that was plenty strong at 6%, but not hitting the ceiling. Wouldn't call it a "Super" watermelon, but it was def. above average. Because it had aspects of both natural and candied, your use of it, will be opened up to more recipes, as opposed to a WM that is specifically one or the other. It wasn't overbearing or heavy, and with that said, never felt lacking at this percentage. I think a good above average score of **7.0/10** feels right.

Flavour Art PAZZO line reviewed by SessionDrummer

FOl3fGO.jpg

**Precursor:** Despite being released for quite some time now, I did read a lot of the controversy around these flavors. Some people thought they were great, others thought they bombed. Enough time is passed, where I can't remember if FA hyped these heavily or not. Regardless if they are just new flavor profiles, or almost one-shots, we'll see what's what here.

All testing done on a SteamCrave RDTA v.1 with dual 7 wrap Kanthal vertical coils, with fresh cotton and dry burned coils in between each tester. All steeped 1+ week.

Although not new, and having been in circulation for a while, I was interested in @Mark_Turner's and @Dan_the_Man's testing of these. @Mark_Turner's can be found here......

https://forum...................../t/pazzo-flavourarts-new-line/182155

I decided to use the same recommended rates that Mark did, AND I also borrowed Mark's picture/review format, great idea @Mark_Turner.:

yJISV43.jpg

**Jack (Pazzo) (FA) 8% (7-16-21)** -- FIRST one on deck, and it was directly billed as a candied Strawberry. Now with all of the Strawberries out there, surely the thought on everyone's mind will be, "Do I need another one" ? Well, let's just see. I typically mix FA flavors much lower than 8%, but @Mark_Turner dialed in these testing weights, and that was where I settled. At this testing weight, it actually tasted great, and with no signs of overflavoring. A candied SB is about exactly what you got with this one, and FA did manage to almost capture the syrup that IS indeed in the candies depicted. No crunch, but that was just marketing blah. The SB itself shared some similarities with FA's Juicy Strawberry, but with some ripe notes, and the candied/syrup undertones. Sweetness, was actually lower than expected, at about mid level. It had a few sparkly high end notes, but the majority of this was in the mid region of a SB. The overall experience was a good, red strawberry, with a sprinkling of bright top notes, and a super present mid body, red strawberry, that finished with a convincing candied, almost syrupy note. Nothing out of place, could maybe stand to be a little punchier on the high end, and a smidge more presence. As it stood, not sure if it would be a MUST have, but it was a fairly unique candied/syrupy SB, that you may not have in your current stash. Felt fairly good @ **7.2/10**.

**Joker (Pazzo) (FA) 6% (7-18-21)**
-- "Damn, ..... that's good", were my FIRST thoughts on this one, and throughout the test, that hasn't changed. Ok, the MFG description of this one is a little vague, "in chip format" ?? Wha ?? Ok, first off, I think it's safe to say FA's Zeppola IS in here, BUT, there's more. At 6% this was slamming good, rich, delicious, full, and just didn't leave you wanting in any way shape or form. The pastry shell/ cannoli was there, and there was a creamy undertone that was fairly relaxed in the overall mix, and it almost had a hint of cinnamon to it. Now for some, this may appear as an unfinished flavor, because it wasn't pulled in any direction by a fruit profile, but that leaves YOU to push/pull it, any way you want. A Lemon and/or Raspberry came right to mind as easy manipulations, but the skies the limit. Beyond being a fantastic cannoli, it did have some cookie aspects to it, which made it even more interesting. While getting NO chocolate from it, maybe a pairing of a cookie AND a cannoli perhaps.... Because it was billed as "cookies", and "in chip format" the lower cream in this one seemed accurate, and it was a really nice, rich flavor. DAAP free ?? How did FA do it I wonder ?? All in, with the accurate cannoli, and cookie notes, with some cream and a tick above mid level sweet, I couldn't find anything off-putting or ill-fitting in this one. If you are a cannoli fan, or have plans to become one, you could use this flavor. Nicely done, accurate, rich, and full, and I'm right back to where I started, "Damn, ... that's good". **9.9/10**.

RzEaEPF.jpg

**King (Pazzo) (FA) 4% (7-17-21)** -- @lukeloop commented on the recipe thread, that he really liked this one, and I KNEW I was going to be in for a treat, because he knows his flavors. Boy was he right !!!! Slamming good Black Currant that did almost have a chewy-ness to it, AND, a sugar coating, JUST like FA claimed. I've used FA's Back Currant for years, but have never solo'd it, but I strongly suspect it is in here. Now this wasn't as simple as pairing up some FA Black Currant, and FA Candy Jammy Wizard, but if you can conceptualize that, you're in the ballpark. At 4% it was fully present, rich, dark, but with an almost red note lingering in the background. The definite candy-ness of this one was only an accent, and in no way interfered with the delicious black currant. Just below mid level sweet, and with just enough tart-ness to really make it believable. Let's say if you love Black Currants, you WILL love this one, and vice versa. As per the MFG's description, nothing floral in this one, just a really pure, accurate, and tasty BC. The pairings with this one will be endless, darker fruits (and some others), custards, yogurts, etc. If you notice in FA's product shot, the candy is red, and there IS a distinct red-ness in here, that defied identification, possibly a red currant, the candy chew profile perhaps. I think it's safe to say this one's a keeper. I looked long and hard throughout two tanks to try and find faults with this one, and could not. Easily a **9.8/10**.

cLMAWBE.jpg

**Queen (Pazzo) (FA) 7% (7-17-21)** -- I love when I get a flavor that breaks new ground, and that I've never tasted before. This one was one of those. At 7% I got nothing off-putting or chemical from it, and "Red", "Bright, and Fruity" seemed about accurate. Quite an interesting medley here, and it was hard to nail down. Despite def. conveying a "red" fruit flavor, I could detect, red cherry, cranberry, apple, and maybe a raspberry. All of the different notes were evenly blended, with probably the cherry landing on top. Nothing medicinal, or soapy, and despite it not being a singular flavor, it worked as a medley convincingly. Sweetness was just below mid level, and it was tempered by a nice tartness that made it more interesting. True to a medley, the flavors swirled around, and tried to defy detection, and sometimes you got more or less of one or another. It reminded me somewhat of RFSC's Yumberry, not because of it's individual notes, but as a sum total OF it's notes, and how it was unique, and unlike anything else I've tried. Although it wasn't a specific "cherry" it did have some good, almost red-ish cherry notes that were dominant. For an interestingly unique "red" fruit medley, this one worked pretty good, with no real takedowns, and my original note detection didn't waiver throughout the test, with Red Cherry, Cranberry, Apple, and possibly a Raspberry (light) thrown in. Interestingly placed @ **8.5/10**.

55VDK6N.jpg

**Ace (Pazzo) (FA) 5% (7-25-21)**
-- With the last one in this sereis, I was mystified by the "Sweet and Mysterious"-ness of this one. I had to finish the entire tester, before I could render a decision. It was a very interesting paring, but not sure if it was for my tastes. At best, it seemed more like a mashup than a finished flavor or one-shot. Starting out with the positives, you got a healthy does of coconut, citrus, and kiwi, with perhaps a light spattering of papaya in the background. Now at face value, all of those sound pretty good together, but after really getting into this one, I wasn't so sure. As a lover of both Kiwi and Coconut, I can safely say I love each of them, but apparently NOT at the same time. The mix did present as fairly tropical, tasted accurate to FA's claims, and nothing overtly felt artificial, and all of the flavors came across as natural. As always guys and gals, YOUR taste is what matters with flavors, and I can only advise on my tastes/palate. For my tastes, I just couldn't get behind the sum total of parts here, despite the individual notes being very good. The final take-away would be a great coconut, citrus, and kiwi, that was partially creamy, probably due to the coconut, that was about mid level sweet. It might not be for me, but it COULD be for you. Finalizing this FA Pazzo run with this one, and for my tastes, felt pretty solid at **6/10**.

Flavour Art Single Flavor Tests by SessionDrummer

Despite using FA's flavors for years, I'm FINALLY getting around to doing some SFT on them. A huge thanks out to @drew1 from BCF for sending these new flavors my way for testing. Mixing them now, and am finalizing the steep time(s).

vbcju6H.jpg

x8L6EUl.jpg

Mixing Now .........

**Amarula (FA) 2.5% (6-4-21)** -- FIRST one on deck from FA's NEW flavor releases. Ama what ?? Yes, Amarula. If you've never had it, it is a creamy liquor from the African Marula fruit. I've only ever tried one brand , which is aged in oak barrels, and Flavor Art PERFECTLY captured this one, and I have no clue how they did it. The most common description would be a combination of Baileys Cream and an almost Grapefruit (not exactly) like citrus note. I don't think I can improve on that widely used comparison. The fruit component is grapefruit-like, but unique enough to avoid a closer comparison. The mid and back end cream notes are very Baileys-like, and are paired perfectly with the citrus. Throughout testing this one, I did get an almost smoky lower end note on the finish, with maybe a smidge of bitterness, but, it in no way detracted from the overall flavor or experience. Wow, I hate to use "unique" so early in the run, but it IS. I can think of no other close comparison flavor, so this one would be a great choice for something new and unique. The interesting thing was the citruis and cream notes stayed perfectly balanced from beginning to end, with a sometimes smoky, slightly bitter finish. Nothing out of place, off-putting, and sweetness was below mid level, which really kept this interesting from beginning ot end. It's actually rekindling my need to dash out and grab a bottle, and that's saying something. First one from FA was a homerun. Hard to detract from this one, and it felt very good @ **9.65/10**.

**Banana Candy (FA) 2.5% (6-4-21)** -- I was expecting a traditional "runt" with this one, but instead I was greeted with a nice, unobtrusive artificial banana instead. Now, runts ARE artificial, but most I've tried were fairly "in your face", and had an almost acetone like note, whereas this one, was much more of an even keeled, relaxed banana. It def. wasn't a natural and did lean artificial, and the "candy" will be subjective to the individual. I didn't get an overt candy-ness from it, and sweetness was below mid level, which was surprising for a "candy" flavor. It was very smooth from start to finish, but not creamy. Convincing, tasty, but not as punchy as a traditional "runt". No off-putting notes, and felt fairly relaxed at this testing weight. Because of it's more "relaxed" nature, you would be able to use it more often than not. No real takeoffs other than relaxed nature, and somewhat lacking candy notes. Convincingly good, and leaving it at a **7/10**.

**Cheesecake Olympus (FA) 2.5% (6-4-21)**
-- I'm assuming the Olympus was paying homage to the actual origination of cheesecake in ancient Greece , a little known fact, thanks to New Yorkers. Unlike many Cheesecakes, I did not get an overwhelming sense of a graham cracker crust in this one, but it still COULD be in there. VERY creamy, smooth, and delicious cheesecake is what you get with this one. No BA, and lacking most, if not all acidity, it worked along the lines of LA's Cheesecake, more than any other. Missing were the sometimes pungent sharp cheesy notes, but in their place, was just a very velvety smooth cheesecake experience. I almost did get a crust on the bottom, just lingering in/out of sight, which really kept this one interesting. One of the more unique cheesecakes, and probably the smooth creaminess would be the biggest take-away. Great at this testing weight, nicely sweetened, no off putting notes, and will be easily usable. By adding TPA's CGC, or CAP's NYC you easily .... this one around as/if needed. Going to finish the tester on this one, to get more creamy smoothness. Creamily at **9.4/10**.

**Cherry Juice (FA) 2.5% (6-4-21)** -- Testing this one at what will probably be close to the upper limit worked out nicely, with no soap, perfume, or medicinal side effects. At about mid level sweet, this cherry definitely portrayed a "juice". Not sure how they did it, but it worked/works. Not a "juicy" cherry, but a cherry "juice", and they got it right. It didn't come across as a bright red, or maraschino, but had aspects of them, and it also wasn't a black cherry. It almost presented as maybe a medley of sorts, and that'll probably increase it's usefulness, and broaden it's range. As a cherry, it was very convincing, with no off-putting notes, and rode about mid level sweet. It had some slight similarities with FW Cherry Crush, but only slightly. While having some tartness, it was not a tart cherry. Overall, a convincing cherry, and indeed a cherry juice at that. While not off putting at 2.5%, I'd recommend more of a 1.5-2.0% just to be safe. Nicely sitting at **8.5/10**.

**Costa Rica Pineapple (FA) 2.5% (6-4-21)** -- I've never eaten a Costa Rican Pineapple that I'm aware of, so wasn't sure how this would compare to my regulars. At 2.5% it presented as a nice and full pineapple, with plenty of low and mid notes, but lacking some of the high end punch. While looking around for mixing info, I saw someone mention it was lacking acidic notes, which seems accurate as well. Not terrible, but with the lack of bright, and high end punchy notes in a solo, it is unclear how it would hold up in a mix. Clearly it could be boosted/bolstered with other PA's. Because it only had low and mid notes, at times it almost tasted like a papaya. No off notes, just the aforementioned missing ones would be the only take offs. Leaving this one at **6.5/10**.

**Custard Extra 1 (FA) 2.5% (6-5-21)** -- *Disclaimer, custard steeped only 1 wk 2 days...*
Well, well, well, what do we have here. Realizing custards should be steeped a bit longer, rolling on this one at slightly over 1 week. Right out of the gate, two things were evident, no in your face heavy egg, and an almost pudding like quality. We'll talk more about the other nuances, but those two main aspects, continued from beginning to end. First, this is a lighter custard LIKE (minus the citrus note) FA Custard, than say a heavier custard like CAP's v.1. @ 2.5% it was quite good, relaxed, but full, delicious, but not overpowering in any way. I use FA's Custard often, but it is a much lighter custard, and has some citrus elements to it, but this one, takes/took a lighter custard and UPPED the game a bit. I think the pudding element(s) work perfectly here, but weren't high enough to pull it into a full pudding category, but really accented, and carried the custard portion. Quite a tasty lil' gem FA's come up with here. Your mileage WILL vary depending on what YOU want/need from a custard. One of the better things about this one, was it wasn't overbearing, and non-fatiguing. Nothing off-putting at this weight, nicely smooth, and maybe a tick above mid level sweet. It presented as a fairly unique custard, which puts it into the "you might want to pick it up" cataeory. For a nice custard, with decent pudding elements, that wasn't entirely vanilla focused, plenty rich, without a heavy handed egg profile, this one may get it done for you. For me, it's a tester tank finisher. Easily **9.5/10**.

**Decano Tobacco (FA) 2.5% (6-5-21)** -- Decano translated means literally the Dean, or Professor, so your takeaway on the name or meaning may vary. The Professor of Tobaccos ?? This one WAS a complex one, no other way to put it. The main note it centered around an RY4 main note, but the other notes, swirling around, made it hard to nail down. At times I almost got an orange nuance, but without the sharp citrus punch, and others I was picking up a slight dark choco, maybe even a coffee. More often than not, I was greeted with a dark earthy, almost slightly smoky finish. Hehe, yeah, this one's hard to nail down. There was a creamy element thrown into the main RY4 note, that wandered around a vanilla, but not consistently, but it was there none the less. If you think it's hard to perceive this one, try to explain it hehe. I'd love to hear others thoughts on this one, as it WAS a great, complex ride for sure. All in, this one was QUITE the mysterious one, and in a GOOD way. I'm going to have to leave this one as a very complex RY4-ish mix, with some slight fruity notes, a good creamery element, with an interesting slight chocolate/coffee/smoky finish. 2.5% felt really good, mid level sweet, and just a swirling deliciously mysterious one this one was. Going high for the complexity, blending, and overall effect. **9.8/10**.

**Ice Cream Italian Premium (FA) 2.5% (6-6-21)** -- ASSUMING this was is/was/is DAAP free, it is quite an interesting flavor. First off, the creaminess, and mouthfeel are quite dominant, and really carried through from beginning to end. My only experience with "Italian Creams" was with Hangen's IC, and that was a powerhouse. This one (granted an Ice Cream), didn't have the forceful impact as the aforementioned, but it surprisingly held it's own, none the less. Sweet, creamy, and mouthfeel were the big initial takeaways, followed up by a fairly neutral sweetened note. Maybe some very relaxed vanilla, maybe some vienna cream, but just maybe. That left this one as a deliciously creamy blank slate to be pushed/pulled as you needed it. I didn't get an extreme amount of "ice cream", and while not sure how that is described, you know when it's there or not. Even with that, this one may just end up on your must have list. Below mid level sweet, very smooth and creamy, and ready to do your bidding, and doing so well at 2.5%. Feels very good @ **9.2/10**.

**Jacote Plum (FA) 1.5% (6-6-21)** -- Upon first testing this one @ 2.5%, I was getting some strange boozey notes, and strong overtones, re-tested @ 1.5%, which was MUCH better. At the lower 1.5% weight, this Plum revealed itself much better, and without the strange overtones. Having never eaten a [Spanish Plum](Jocote (Spanish Plum) facts and health benefits) I had no direct comparison, but that didn't stop this one from being good. A nice, authentic, fresh plum with plenty of main body, and a hint of skin was where this one was centered. Fairly dark, with a spattering of high notes, but the majority were mid and low notes. About mid level sweet, and with some minor tartness, it was an interesting, and different one to taste. It was a different approach than the other Plums I've tried, so that pushes it into the unique category again, which is never bad. At this lower testing weight the boozeyness was gone, but it still had an almost slight red-wine contour, which again, made it interesting. Because it opened up, and I lost some of the strange notes I think the lower weight of 1.5% is far better to use this one, and no off-putting notes could be had, at this lower rate. Def. a tester finisher for me, and despite not being one of the more forward flavors, it was very good. Leaving it at 1.5% and **9.1/10**.

**Longan Fresh (FA) 2.5% 6-6-21)** -- Continuing on our interesting fruit travels is the Dragon Eye , aka. Longan. True to the fruit, this was similar to Lychee, but more restrained, with an almost 7-up kicker, and a musky after note. The muskiness, just like in the fruit wasn't overbearing, and just worked here as well. The 7-up nuance(s) persisted throughout, and I'd swear when smelling it in the tank, it almost smelled like beer hops. Now, hehe, I get it, sounds crazy, but, as a solo flavor, it DID work, and was very close to the actual fruit. The beer hops was really only present when smelling it, not tasting it, so fear not. @2.5% it felt really solid, sweetness was below mid level, and all in, another unique fruit offering from FA, and if you like Lychee, you'll probably like, and want this one as well. Interestingly set @ **9.3/10**.

**Lulo (FA) 2.5% (6-6-21)** -- I've never Lulo'd have you ?? With another exotic from South America, the Lulo presented as a super fresh and juicy pairing of and orange and a lime, BUT, there was something MORE going on here. There was an almost watery juicy-ness to this one, and not in a cactus sort of way, so I obsessed on it, until I could figure out how to explain it. It's almost the watery juicy-ness you'd get from Celery. I know, I know. Now, before you go running screaming, "What the hell, celery ??!!", it was not high up in the mix, as the orange/lime took center stage, but sure enough, there was that other element, that the best way I can describe it was like celery. It strangely help bond the two main players together, and tie the flavor together. Despite recognizing the use of cactus for it's juicy qualities, I've not been able to use it because of the taste, and I'm wondering if THIS one could be used (in recipes with citrus) to impart that same juicy-ness. The flavor was laid back @ 2.5% but didn't taste lacking, it had a certain light, and freshness to it as well. Not heavy, below mid level sweet, and almost a refreshing vape. Wow, this is now becoming a trend here with FlavourArt's exotic fruit offerings, as this one was another wow-er, and I'm not even really a "fruit guy". A very unique citrus with an even more unique juicy-ness is what you get. Refreshingly nice @ **9.5/10**.

**Papaya Indian (FA) 2.5% (6-7-21)** -- Here was yet another fascinating fruit roll out from FA, and one I've never tasted before. Unlike most papayas I've tried before, this one was almost UN-ripe, and was missing a lot of the more typical almost creamy body notes. I kept trying to put my finger on what profile I was getting from the un-ripe-ed-ness, and sometimes it almost presented as a slight wintergreen ?? Not 100% sure, but there was a distinct note in there, and once I tasted it, I couldn't shake it. If you're looking for an unripe Papaya, this one is it. Is it better, than a fully ripened, full bodies Papaya ?? Perhaps not. Uniquely placing this at a **6.5/10**.

**Pina Colada Brazilian (FA) 2.5% (6-11-21)** -- Most times, Brazilian Pina Coladas differ from standard PC's with the addition of cream, and fermented sugar cane, in addition to coconut, rum, and pineapple juice. This one turned out to be a lightly refreshing drink, with MOST of the profiles, but missing the big one, Coconut. The biggest players I could detect, were a light, bright pineapple, and with a hint of lime, and a nice cream element. The coconut, if there, was so low in the mix, it was barely detectable, if at all. To my tastes, it kind of pulled it OFF target, as far as a Pina Colada, but it was still a nice summer time drink profile. The rum was present, and just low enough such that it didn't overwhelm the flavor, or overshadow the other elements. You could easily overcome the lack of coconut by adding your own. The pairing of the pineapple and lime, was actually done quite nicely, as lime can be a steam roller in mixes, but here, it was kept fairly balanced and in check. At 2.5%, it was actually quite good, light, refreshing, and tasty, just NOT 100% nailing the Pina Colada due to the lacking coconut. Almost mid level sweet, and was great @ 2.5%, with no out of place flavors. Despite it being a quite tasty lime/pineapple/cream flavor, minor take-offs due to the missing coconut. Felt right at **6.5/10**.

**Strawberry Green (FA) 2.5% (6-11-21)** -- RIGHT out of the gate, this one impressed me, but was it a GREEN strawberry ? That's going to be hard to say, for everyone. Some yes, some no. I might just be in the no camp, BUT, that doesn't mean it wasn't good. My immediate thoughts were directly "Kiwi meets Strawberry". Throughout the entire test, I couldn't shake that assessment. I know what FA was trying to do, and in many ways they succeeded. The Strawberry was deliciously bright, punchy, and and a very sparkly high end finish to it. As far as the "green"-ness, to my tastes, it just really presented as more of a Kiwi. Some people may perceive it as more of a "green", so this one will REALLY be up to you guys to decide. As it stood, it was just damned good. Juicy, accurate, and at 2.5%, felt really centered, and good. It leaned heavily towards a natural SB with only slight undertones otherwise. What made it interesting, was it didn't singularly lean towards a ripe, or a fresh, or even a candied, but had multiple elements swirling around, and kept it interesting throughout. While it may not be an FLV Alpine killer, it was certainly a new-ish take on a SB, and might not be a bad addition to your racks, even if you already are flush with SB's. I tend to gravitate to SB's that have a nice bright, almost sparkly finish, and this one has them, so possible fading aside, it would be able to punch through, and hold it's own even when surrounded by creams, etc. While I'm not 100% on the greeen-ness of it, and despite really getting an almost Kiwi from it, it's hard to mark this one down, as it did, what it did, well. Even within a crowded Strawberry field, this one, breaks new ground, and that's not an easy thing to do. Handily a **9.3/10**.

**Vanilla Cookie (FA) 2.5% (6-11-21)** -- LAST ONE on deck. As these were steeping, this one caught my nose, as different than expected. My current go to Cookie is CAP's Sugar Cookie for reference. Upon first taste, it felt somewhat familiar to me, and it took a second to figure it out (yeah, I test a LOT of flavors LOL). Luckily for you guys, I placed it. This has SOME similarities to ...

**Butter My Biscuit (Molinberry) 6% (1-26-20)** – FIRST Molinberry out of the gate, and what the HELL is this one ?? !! Do I have your attention LOL ?? OK, the moment you vape this, you get literally SMACKED by the Butter. Not a smidge, a dab, a bit, literally right between the eyes. Wow, didn’t see that coming from a “non-triangle” formulation. Now I’m quite sure not many of you, just go out and single flavor test a biscuit, but that’s why you’re reading this LOL. As a SF it is an interesting one, and even with the slight sweetness and probably almond-ish undertone, the overwhelming buttery nature of it, will lead to a LOT of uses for this one. For a buttery biscuit, or a really buttery biscuit, Molinberry nailed this one. Easily **9.5/10**
.

Now in comparison to the aforementioned, this one had a much more relaxed butter note, and a FAR less biscuit note, which to me, started to drop it into more of a cookie profile, but the similarities, still existed. The bakery/texture in this one REALLY came through, and almost added some grainy-ness to it, which is really hard to do IMO. While there were some buttery elements in here, they were NOT high enough to push this into a butter cookie status. The vanilla aspect(s) were present, but somewhat relaxed, so it was IN there, but it didn't SCREAM vanilla at the same time. The bakery, and texture just kept really impressing me throughout the entire tester, and the buttery notes, and about mid-level sweetness kept it interesting. Wow, always nice when you can run out a series with a BANG. Your tastes on cookies vs. biscuits will vary, especially if you're US vs. UK, but this one really seemed to almost bridge the gap of BOTH, and did it with a buttery undertone, and a texture-ous-ness that really drove it home. This one is yet another, that should probably end up on your racks, as it really bonded the cookie/biscuit, and tasted great. Going to finish out this great new series from Flavour Art leaving this one at a smoking hot **9.8/10**.

As always, huge thanks out to @drew1, @wllmc, and the entire crew @Bull_City_Flavors for making this run possible, and the continued support.
