I have a artery nugget GT pod mod that leaks constantly. I saw a post bout some sort of pipe plumbing tape. Anyone got any fixes for me please?

I quit smoking back in 2013 with carto tanks. Then the carto's became obsolete. Took about three years to find some juices I could vape, always my favorites were discontinued… (goodby Charlie noble fruit on the bottom and nicoticket humming bird)

by 2017 I was a part time smoker. I had some nords and a couple aegis'. I was rocking the uwell crowns 3 and 4, struggling with the falcon king. I threw away all other gear. By the time covid hit I was back to full time smoking.

now it’s 2021. About a week ago I decided to pull out all my old gear and juice. I ended up at a vape shop to try to get some fresh juice. I left with the new aegis solo and Cerberus tank as well as a caliburn A2. As well as two bottles of juice from mama knows best, that is so full of sugar I can’t vape!

we left last Tuesday for my first ever vacation. I mostly used the crown 4, Cerberus and caliburn A2. My cigarette use went down to 2-4 a day, compared to 20. Also, I’ve been using strictly 12mg nic salts in the caliburn.

my Nord 2 gurgles and spits at me. The original nords just seemed to leak when they got warm. And well, I was in south Florida. The falcon had minor seepage through the air holes but using the same juice in all the tanks, the falcon tasted more concentrated and not nearly as good. The crown 3 had a good vape, it just looks Jurassic at this point.

so last night I decided to order some pod mods. I ordered two made by innokin. The sceptre and the sensis. I also ordered a caliburn AK2. And I couldn’t resist the zenith 2.

I’m finding I need muted flavors for juice. I’m vaping a vanilla and snickerdoodle that is light on flavor compared to other juices and has no sugar added. I decided to order some juice from Charlie noble, Alice in vapeland, the zen vaper and some place called dash vapes. I read reviews and picked three that light flavor was mentioned. The first three were just name brands that I vaped before and not heavy on sweetness from what I could remember. If you have any juice recommendations for me that you think may be good for me, please mention them.

today is my birthday. I’ve been smoking 33 years now. Subtract maybe 6 months total that vaping worked for me. I’m really tired of being outside chain smoking instead of being inside with the family. It’s like being a pet dog with bad habits so I have to be left in the back yard ‍

I believe I’m a mtl vapor with sub ohm tendencies. I like that crown 3 tank first thing in the morning or when I go too long with out vaping. It is not good for watching a movie with the family. Or in the car with other people.

I think the caliburn is the closest I’ve come to a carto tank since they did away with those. I did burn one coil because I let my juice get too low. But that coil rocked for a good 5 days. No leaks or gurgles.

I probably didn’t do enough research when picking my pod mods. They seemed to be the most recommended for leak free set ups. I think they both offer mtl and direct lung depending on the coils.

I can’t seem to find any mod cases these days. They used to be everywhere. I’d like a case for my aegis legend and solo and for the new pod mods. This way I can drop them in a bag when on the go. Is that not a thing anymore? I still have a vapesox that will fit my aegis solo and a 75ml of juice, even a battery if I wanted.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if my last smoke was a stale cigarette I had on Halloween and I woke up to my birthday to never smoke again? Maybe the family would let me back inside. Even Florida gets a little cold in winter.

Just as the title asks. I've tried several builds trying to get the best flavor as possible from my Brunhilde MTL's. I really want to like these rdta's. I know any answers are strictly preference. But I'm out of ideas. Keep in mind I'm comparing flavor production to my Beserker Mini's. Chime in gang.

I’m here today to discuss yet another product in the Lost Vape Ursa line of products. This time I was sent the Lost Vape Ursa Nano pod kit by Lost Vape in order to provide a fair and honest review. With so many pods out on the market now it can be a little confusing on which pod device my fit your needs. I’ve been fortunate enough to try more pod devices than I could probably even remember. I’ve found that I prefer ones that have 800-1000mah batteries and an airflow control. Depending on the device and pods or coils that it uses I can either take it or leave it if it has different output levels. The Ursa Nano has an 800mah battery and a nice airflow control so I knew there was a good chance that I might like it. Let’s take a look at what’s included in the kit and some promotional material and I’ll give my thoughts on it.

INITIAL THOUGHTS:

The packaging on the Ursa Nano is what I’ve become accustomed to from Lost Vape. It comes in a white box with a color picture of the device that is contained inside. It might sound silly but this is one thing that I like. To me it makes sense to have a picture of the actual device on the front instead of using one image for all colors and you don’t know for sure what is inside until you open it. Also one other thing I’ve noticed with Lost Vape devices is that they come wrapped in some kind of protective cover so that they are not damaged or scratched in shipping. The Nano had a clear film wrap around it that slides off over either end.

On the rear of the box is a list of the contents. I was a little bit surprised that only one .8 ohm pod was included in the kit. I’ve seen this on other pod devices that I’ve reviewed and never seem to understand why a second pod isn’t included. If the customer by chance got a kit with a defective pod then the Nano is unusable. Also since there is also a 1.0 ohm pod available then it would just make sense to include one of each in the kit. For the review, I received two Ursa Nano kits and also received two spare 1.0 ohm pods so I could test them.





The Ursa Nano is a very simple device that just works well. Being made of zinc alloy gives it a nice weight and does not feel cheap at all. In my opinion the panel designs on the Nano are simply stunning. They look different depending on how the light hits them. On one side is the Lost Vape name and on the other side is Ursa Nano. I received the Wave Blue and Twill Green colors for the review.

There are not adjustable power levels but the Nano is rated for 5-18 watts output depending on the pod used. There is a battery level indicator that illuminates when a puff is taken. The battery level indications are Red<3.7V<Blue<3.9V<Green.



On one side is the vertically sliding airflow control. To me an airflow control is a very important feature on a pod device. I tend to like a fairly air MTL and was still able to get that with the airflow control nearly closed. With the airflow completely closed I was still able to get a fairly tight MTL. On the other side is a single airflow hole visible.





The pod opening has two gold plated contacts as well as two magnets to hole the pod securely in place with no accidental slippage or rattle. Also the raised airflow sensor opening is raised and offset to one side. Beside the contacts are three airflow holes.

The USB-C charging port is located on the bottom of the unit so it must be laid down to charge. With it being an 800mah battery, it can be charged in about 45 minutes. The battery indicator light flashes while it’s charging with the current battery level color and turns solid green when it is finished charging.





As I had mentioned earlier, the Ursa Nano kit only comes with one .8 ohm pod. The pod does hold 2.5ml of liquid where most pods of this size I’ve seen usually only hold 2ml so that’s a little added bonus. For the review I was provided with two kits and two spare 1.0 ohm pods. I found that I definitely prefer the .8 ohm pod and can see why this one was included in the kit although it would have been nicer if one of each was included in the kit. Both pods delivered very good flavor and a generous amount of vapor for such a small device. I actually could have stood a little bit higher output with the .8 pod but it’s not bad at all.

They promotional material states that it is a clear pod and liquid level is easily visible. That really depends on the lighting. I think the pods are tinted a little too dark in my opinion. To me there’s no reason not to have clear pods.

The pod itself is a side fill so you will have to remove the pod in order to fill it. The pod pre-installed in the kit has a cover over the contacts so it isn’t fired before filling which is a very good idea especially since there is only one pod. The rubber fill port plug is marked with the word OPEN and has an arrow pointing in the direction of which you should pull to open for filling. The fill hole is decent sized and I had no issues filling with a 10 or 50ml plastic bottle.

On the opposite side of the fill plug, the pods have the resistance molded into the side of the pod. On the bottom of the pod there are two magnets as well as the contacts and airflow holes.









FINAL THOUGHTS:

With as many different pod devices that I’ve tested, it is a little hard for one to stand out to me. I would say that the Ursa Nano would fall into my top 3 or 4. The zinc alloy body gives the device a nice weight. Not too heavy and not too light to seem cheap. I very much like the designs of the two that I received and like how they change appearance in different lighting.

Anymore, a pod must have an airflow control for me to really even consider using it long term and the Nano does in fact have a very functional airflow control. It can be adjusted from very loose to fairly tight.

One other thing I look for in a pod device is little or no leaking or condensation. I’ve used both the .8 and 1.0 ohm pods with several fills in each and have gotten no leaking whatsoever. To be honest, I’m not all that surprised because in my mind Lost Vape puts out quality products.

If I was going to change anything about the Ursa Nano then it would be to have the pods as top fill instead of side fill. However, I don’t know how that would affect the leak proof design. At least the fill port plug seems to be made of a durable material and is clearly marked as to which end to open. One thing I always try on pod fill plugs is to see if I can rotate it out of the way while filling. I was able to rotate the fill plug a little which was enough to move it while filling but it was not easy. Perhaps it might loosen up after more times moving it.

One other thing which I’m sure you already know what I’m going to say is that I feel like it should come with two pods. One each of the .8 and 1.0 ohm pods. How disappointing would it be if you bought the kit and the included pod did not work? The pods do seat into the battery very tightly with no wiggling and do not come out accidentally.

Overall, I do really like the Lost Vape Ursa Nano. If you’re looking for a simplistic pod for pocket carrying but still has adjustable airflow then I would recommend the Ursa Nano. ► First impressions:
Launcher Tank: Launcher Tank By Wirice & HellVape for RDL / DL vaping was the forerunner of this new quick resistance change technology from above leak-proof, even with a tank full of liquid! Today what I find in my hands is the Launcher Mini version which is dedicated to MTL / RDL. I was favorably impressed the first time and I must say that I was expecting this MTL product from Wirice / Hellvape with this innovation. For the occasion of this test I have been sent two specimens, one in Gunmetal and the other SS together with a couple of 0.7 and 1.2Ω Coil packs. Thank you! My two Arez 120 Mod By HellVape will be dedicated exclusively to the use of Launcer & Launcer Mini.



► TLC System:
According to a lot of feedback collected by the two companies through its customers, it would turn out that a boring problem for those who use tanks with replaceable heads is to install and replace the coil. For this reason, Wirice, taking a cue from the previous Launcher Sub-ohm Tank, has developed the new "Initiative Top Loading Coil System" (TLC) for the Launche Mini MTL version, which changes the initials compared to before, but not the ingenious concept that remains. unchanged.



After removing the Top-Cap, just unscrew the base of the Drip-Tip and turn the Tank over, letting the coil come out directly, even with the tank full of liquid and without spilling a drop.



Then all you have to do is drop the new Coil directly into the Launcher Mini Tank from above, this makes operations easier and faster than ever. The inside of the Tank is spring loaded and this mechanism (when the base of the Drip-Tip is unscrewed) activates some bulkheads that close the Tank's feed holes, preventing any loss of liquid. Then with a slight pressure we can insert the resistance from the narrowest side, with the widest part facing upwards and simply screw the knurled pin to stop the Coil.

I have some squonks in very rough shape. The reos have blown springs and blown contacts, and probably not the original 510 connector but some fat daddy version. The wood one, no clue who made it, but it needs serious help in the 510 connector. Pay the shipping, and all this is yours. I’m gonna say 12 bucks to cover shipping and PayPal fees. I was going to send them to the landfill, but maybe someone can find a use for this stuff

What would be the equivalent of 10watts using a voltage mode only Digiflavor S Tube Mod?

I'm relatively new to vaping and I've gotten the Joyetech Exceed Grip Pro, I burnt the original EZ coil and tried to put in the 0.8ohm one that's included as a spare. Problem is whenever I try to take a hit basically no vapor comes out. Anyone know what's wrong?
