Need to consider the rebuildable option. Need a little help.

My helpful friends. I am concerned about the new regulations. I have been using the Jacaroo with the Zenith tank and Z coils. I have several jacaroos.

I need to figure out if I can do the rebuildable. I need some suggestions on what to look for. What brands, perhaps.

I am an older lady but hubby is a maintenance mechanic so if I can get him the drawings or description, I know he can do this.

The new regs suck but I can vape for quite awhile on what I have. I make my own ejuice. My mods seem sturdy and should last. I ordered a couple more tanks and lots of coils but I think it is time to consider the rebuildable option.

Some e juices are causing throat irritation

Hi I'm new to the forums 1 month vaping and completely free of ciggaretes
my set up is a kangertech subox kit with the 0.5 occ coils
I have been vaping this new juice the flavor is called orange mango chill 3mg 80/20
and whenever I vape this juice I get a dry throat, never had a problem with any other flavors but when I vape this juice after a few hours it's hard to swallow, and where your nose connects to your mouth becomes swollen on one side could I be allergic to some flavors
Would seriously appreciate any help

(I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum very new to using forums)

WOTOFO MANIK MINI review by hittman

I had a short break and now I’m here again with yet another review. I was sent the Wotofo Manik Mini pod device for review by Health Cabin in order to do a fair and honest review. You may or may not be familiar with the original Wotofo Manik pod mod that I reviewed and this is supposed to be a mini version of that. In all honesty it doesn’t look much like the original but that’s ok as long as it functions and performs well. It’s a fairly simplistic device so I’ll try to keep my review short and sweet. Let’s go down and take a look at what’s included and some features then I’ll discuss my opinions on it.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS:

When I first opened the package and saw the clear plastic lid over the box containing the kit, I thought “here we go again with another hard to open Wotofo kit”. I was pleasantly surprised that this was not the case. I was able to get the clear lid off the top with very little effort.

Having reviewed the Manik pod mod kit and since this one carried the same name I was expecting something similar in design. I hadn’t seen an image of the mini before I received it so didn’t know what to expect. I saw it and thought that it’s just going to be another mediocre performing pod device. The market is so flooded with pods that really good ones are few and far between.

As you can see in the picture above, I received the red one. Red isn’t my favorite color and most likely would have picked something else if given the choice. That being said, it’s really not a bad shade of red. Me personally, I could have done without the stitching on the leather.

The kit included the pod device containing a 1000mah built in battery which takes approximately one hour to charge, an M11 pod rated at 15-25 watts, an M12 pod rated at 13-20 watts, user manual, and standard USB charging cable. That’s right, no USB-C on this one. The pods do not have replaceable coils so when the pod stops performing to your liking then you throw out the whole thing and install a new one.

The Manik Mini has a nice weight to it. Not too heavy and not light enough to feel cheap. It’s kind of like using a nice pen where the weight gives a feeling of quality. The body is made of zinc alloy and leather. There is a slot on either side of the body at the top to allow airflow.

On one side of the device is the word MANIK stamped into the leather with curved stitching above and below. The other side has the Wotofo logo and name stamped into the leather with the words “ Powered by NexM” and also has the curved stitching. On the bottom it says Designed by Wotofo and 1000mah. The USB Micro port is also on the bottom. On the side with the display there is one button for operation. The opposite side just says NexChip inside on the bottom in small writing. Inside the top where the pod is inserted there are two contacts and two small round magnets. The pod seats very securely and does not come out easily. There is a gasket on the inside of the device where the pod seats to protect from getting liquid inside the battery and electronics. I think this is an excellent idea.

The display on this unit is very small but in all fairness, it’s a small pod device. On the left side of the display in very small font it shows the puff counter and coil resistance. In larger font it shows the set wattage and then to the right in small font again it shows the percentage of battery remaining and the voltage. The operation with the one button is very simple.

  • Five clicks turns the device on and off

  • Three clicks of the button will allow you to adjust the wattage. Press the button to adjust one watt at a time or hold the button to fast scroll. It will stop at 30w and you have to release and press again to round robin and start increasing again.

  • Press and hold the button to clear the puff counter.

IMG-4503.jpg

IMG-4501.jpg

IMG-4497.jpg

The pod is tinted but not too difficult to see the liquid level in. As always, I wish they would have made the pods clear. The pod holds 3ml which is a good amount for a device of this size. The fill port on these pods is on the side which I do like for ease of filling. Of course the pod must be removed to fill. This seems to be the case with about every side fill pod I’ve seen. There are the two electrical contacts on the bottom with an odd cut out shape on the bottom in the center. This cut out matches up with a pin that is in the battery unit and the only thing I can figure out is that the pin aligns with the slots in the pod to keep it from moving once installed. I’m not sure what else that pin could be for. It’s nice that in the metal base of the pod it has the resistance and the recommended wattage range stamped into the metal. It also has the Wotofo name stamped on the opposite side.

I started out with the M11 pod that is the parallel coil pod. I found the flavor to be somewhat mediocre. It wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. I have a tendency on auto fire pods to take a somewhat initial puff and then a second puff with just an instant of time between. By doing this I noticed that the very short pause between puffs allowed the unit to count this as two puffs on the counter. The reason I mention this is that the puff counter registered almost 600 puffs on the counter by the time the battery was dead when running this pod at 18 watts. The pod was still performing well still when I switched to the M12 pod. The M12 pod seemed to have just a little more airflow but noticed a substantial improvement in flavor with this mesh coil pod. Both coils come in reading near .6 ohms but the M12 would be my choice when reordering pods.

IMG-4565-1.jpg

IMG-4568-1.jpg

IMG-4569-1.jpg

Final Thoughts:

So here we have it. The Manik Mini pod kit. The Mini has a nice hand feel and seems to have good build quality. It is fairly attractive in appearance and in my opinion performs well. The 1000mah battery seemed to last a long time for me and can be recharged in about an hour. The flavor production of the pods is decent and noticeably better on the M12.

I like the simple operation of the unit. One button is all you need. I think that most folks that want a pod device that is easy to throw in a pocket without giving up on performance and vapor production will like the Manik Mini. Some may complain that the pods do not have replaceable coils. I honestly don’t mind this as along as the replacement pods aren’t much more expensive than coils would be.

I do have a few Cons for this device which may seem a little nitpicky but it’s my review and I’ll be picky if I want to. First of all, it still uses a Micro USB instead of a USB-C charging port. Second is that the port is on the bottom of the unit so you can’t stand it up while charging. Third is that I don’t care for the stitching on the leather. This is totally my opinion and I may like it better on a different colored unit but on the red I don’t like it.

Overall, the Manik Mini does what it says it will do. It delivers decent flavor and plenty of vapor for such a small unit. It is nice that it has adjustable wattage for such a small device. It doesn’t have adjustable airflow but I wouldn’t really expect that feature in a unit like this anyway.

So would I recommend it? I think I would. It has that medium loose MTL airflow that I like and can easily be carried for out and about. I would like to thank Sue and Health Cabin for sending the Manik Mini pod kit for review. Thanks to the readers as well. Below is a link to the Health Cabin website and as always remember to log in to get the best pricing.

Joyetech CuBox AIO + coils

I have a Joyetech CuBox All in one in the blue colorway. It is slightly used. I've probably vaped one or two tanks out of it before I decided that it wasn't any different from another product that I was using. It comes with a box of coils that I have checked do work with it but are not the dedicated coils that the kit comes with. But they are compatible. The coils are the joyetech 0.6 mtl that would usually go with the ego aio.

This is an all-in-one device and does not have a 510 connection
It does have adjustable air flow in the mouthpiece
It has a little screen on top but it's not adjustable wattage. It's variable voltage I believe. But you may want to look at a review to make sure. As I said I didn't really use it that much.
It's also internal battery.

Rincoe JellyBox 228W TC Kit - Review

Hi ECF members, In this review i take a look at the JellyBox 228W TC Kit from Rincoe. The Rincoe JellyBox 228W TC Kit was supplied for the purpose of this review by Tina from 3avape.

https://www.3avape.com/collections/rinco...0-kit-228w

Introduction

Rincoe introduced themselves in style about 3 years ago with one of the best dual 18650 mods of that year (not bad for a debut) and since have mainly released well received products with a couple of mediocre items thrown in but are now deservedly a vaping manufacturer mainstay!

They have released 2 versions of the JellyBox one a single 21700 device and the one i have for this review the JellyBox 228W Mod which is the dual 18650 version. both are available as just mods or in kit form paired with, yes you've guessed it the "JellyTank"!

The JellyBox has a main PC body with Zinc Alloy top and base sections and has a very popular transparent look! Featuring a top wattage of 228w (cough), full TC suite and both customisable display and LED's the JellyBox is bound to turn a view heads! I have already reviewed the JellyBox Mini Mod so now let's look at the full dual battery Kit version!

___________________________________________________________________

In The Box

Contents:

1 x Jellybox 228W mod
1 x Jellytank (Mesh 0.3ohm coil inside)
1 x Mesh 0.15ohm coil
1 x Type-C charging Cable
2 x User Manual
1 x Certificate Card
1 x Warranty Card

___________________________________________________________________

Aesthetics and Ergonomics

The JellyBox 228W Kit came in quite simple cardboard packaging and like with the single battery version on opening i immediately loved the look of this device. The JellyBox is essentially a Poly Carbonate constructed device with metal sections at the base and top which sweeps down the face which is where more support is needed but this makes it a budget price and in my opinion both the Mini and this the dual battery version must be both the best looking and solid feeling plastic devices i have used with only the Drone coming close!

The device is available in 3 transparent colours, i received the Amber Clear, the options are Amber Clear, Black Clear or Full Clear. The top three quarters of the face is Zinc Alloy and houses both the colour screen and above the protruding concave round fire button, below the screen within the Poly Carbonate main body we have side by side round protruding Zinc Alloy navigational buttons. The Zinc Alloy then covers the top of the device with a circular raised platform more to the rear but quite central which houses the Stainless Steel 510 plate with Gold plated, spring loaded 510.

The base is also Zinc alloy and we have a spring loaded latch door with chevron grooves and printed safety marks. The spine is nicely curved which along with the protruding concave fire button makes this a comfortable device to use. On one side we have the Rincoe logo badge which i personally like and on the other side low down and towards the front the Type C USB port.

___________________________________________________________________

JellyTank Overview

The JellyTank has a 4.8ml capacity and comprises of an all in one moulded Poly carbonate top section which will be colour coded with the device you choose and Stainless Steel Base section which accommodates dual cyclops airflow slots. One con straight off is because the mouth section is integrated within the Poly carbonate moulding it's fixed and non removeable so you can't fit your own drip-tip!

Moving to the base we have a protruding Gold plated 510 pin as well as etched branding and safety marks. We can also see the groove and protruding tab of the outer wall forming the rail system which gives the airflow adjustment stoppers either side.

Pre-installed we have a 0.3ohm coil head which is rated between 38 to 45w and to get access we need to unscrew the base section which although the threading isn't exactly silky smooth i have known worse. The coil head just gets press fitted into place and the base section of the coil head assembly unscrews from the main body of the coil head and is then used with both the other supplied coil and any future coil heads! Also included is a 0.15ohm coil head which is rated between 50 to 60w.

When it comes to filling we have a White Silicone flap with fill port plug to one side of the installed coil head much like we see on many PnP style pods. Refillable pods that take replaceable coil heads are semi disposable but here we have a tank with the same fill system and the Silicone plug gives me very little confidence it has long term durability! The fill port is a good size and i had no issues filling mess free!!!

___________________________________________________________________

Fitting The Batteries

The JellyBox accommodates dual 18650 batteries which get the fitted via the bottom latched spring loaded door which without a battery installed is quite jangly and once opened is very loose giving it loads of play! The orientation is Black on Black which is disappointing as it's in Bright White on the Mini device. With batteries fitted we now have no play whatsoever and no battery rattle.

Because i don't do reviews for Rincoe i initially didn't think i would be reviewing any of the JellyBoxes so did watch Todd's review so was expecting the battery door to have movement and not close tight. I can only guess Rincoe improved the door before retail release because i have the Mini in all 3 colours and this dual battery version and all of them are spot on, no issues!

___________________________________________________________________

The Display

The JellyBox Dual has a full colour display which can be customised to be one of 6 colours, it's both bright and sharp. Top left we have two battery status bars positioned vertically and top right the mode. Below in large font we have either the wattage or temperature depending which mode you are in and below in a rectangular box vape duration. Next we have the resistance and then underneath the Voltage which will display watts instead when in temperature control. Finally at the bottom of the display we have a row of 6 different colour squares which is for choosing the colour of the display.

___________________________________________________________________

Operating The Device

The JellyBox is the usual 5 clicks of the fire button to turn on and five clicks to turn off and once on up and down together locks those buttons but the device will still fire. We have more combination key press features but it's to do with the LED's and display colour customisation which i will cover in the next section.

To change modes is 3 quick presses of the fire button which now will cause the mode to blink and using the navigational buttons you can scroll through the options which are Variable Wattage, TC-Ni, TC-Ti and TC-SS, fire is select. If choosing a temperature control wire it will ask if its a new or old coil and lock in the resistance, also when on a temp control working screen pressing down and fire together allows you to set wattage for temp control from 10 to 228w.

In variable wattage mode you can alter wattage in 1w increments from 1w to 228w, it round robins. A very easy to use device but we don't have extra settings, curves or variable voltage modes.

___________________________________________________________________

The LED's and Customisation Of Display

The device has 6 LED's, 3 down the centre of the PCB and 3 opposite on the outside of the inner section of the battery tube. With the device being transparent the LED's light up not just the device but also the PCB which i do like, for those who are not in the LED fan club, simple just turn them off.

Down and fire together from the Variable Wattage working screen switches the LED's on or off. We can also customise the colour of the display by pressing up and fire together which will make an outer box surround your current colour setting on the row of six colour squares at the bottom of the display. Now just use the navigational buttons to move the surround box between the colour squares and when it is surrounding the colour you want then fire is select. The colour options are White, Red, Cyan, Green, Yellow and Purple.

The LED's when on give a slow pulse effect when firing and will only be the colour you have chosen for the display as the colour of the LED's can not be chosen independently.

There are those that comment LED's waste battery life but do they really make any noticeable difference?

I know i also mentioned this when reviewing the Mini but in case you didn't read that review i think this is interesting information! PSV Eindhoven got rid of their traditional corner floodlights to replace them with literally 100's of thousands of LED lighting which doesn't just light the pitch for the football but also allows for amazing light shows at the start and end of games yet the costly system to install was paid for in less than 3 seasons due to a 33% energy cost reduction so the moral is just 6 LED's you are looking at a handful of puffs less with a full battery cycle.

___________________________________________________________________

Protections:

Over Heating Protection
Reverse Polarity Protection
Short Circuit Protection
10 Seconds Cut-off
Low Voltage Protection

___________________________________________________________________

Charging

The JellyBox has Type C USB and a 2A charge rate so if you need to charge in the device both are big pros, while charging all that's displayed is just one battery charging progress bar not one for each battery so quite poor feedback but it does support pass-through!

___________________________________________________________________

My Thoughts!

First i will start with the JellyTank which to be fair is decent if you like a DL vape, the airflow is smooth enough and although the flavour from either coil head isn't exactly going to rock your world for a kit tank again no complaints in this regard. I personally preferred the 0.3ohm coil head at 40w with half airflow for less restriction than i normally go for but for me it gave the best draw/flavour combo for me personally! The 0.15ohm will be much more your cup of tea if you like a few more watts and an open airflow but not really for me, it also needs mentioning this wicks really well and gives a saturated vape even when chain vaping and also the airflow adjustment has a really nice stiff but smooth movement!

But!!!!!!!!!!! I have two cons the first being i don't find the mouth section very comfortable and being integrated into the moulding there is no alternative. The other more major con is the fill method! With a tank i want something like a top-fill bayonet fitting but with this you have to unscrew the tank from your mod then unscrew the base section of the tank before lifting the flap to fill and then screw the tank together before screwing it back on to your mod, it's an even worse con because they don't include a Caveman to do it for you! Personally i just wouldn't use the tank for this reason alone, if it gave fantastic flavour and the exact vape i prefer i might consider it but the tank itself is just an average kit tank so not worth me spending half my life filling it!

I made no secret that i liked the single 21700 Mini version of the JellyBox and although i don't carry dual battery devices around with me i love the look of this possibly even more and it will be a device i continue to use at home! Plastic devices can be made well and that's certainly the case here and the transparent look of the device will appeal to many. Not accommodating dual 21700's is a con in comparison to it's younger brother but that is only really going to matter to higher wattage vapers and dual 18650's keeps this a more compact size. I also love the fire button on the dual battery version, it protrudes nicely, has a nice deep concave and it doesn't have the annoying loud click on release that i experienced with the Mini, although i did prefer the slanted position!

I really don't mind the LED's more so the effect of the PCB lighting up than the lights themselves but i found they looked best when set to White but prefer a more colourful display, the LED's will only light the colour you have the display so a con that they can't be set independently, in my view the LED's themselves can't be a con because down and fire equals LED's off, so a non issue!

The device is light and feels good in the hand, it can fit up to 25mm atomizers so most atomizers are fine and it also fires out the gate and performed like a trooper. Rincoe do seem to think 228W is the magic number with a dual battery device but of course this will be more like 180w if you are lucky but let's face it who really vapes at that sort of wattage?, all the wattages i vaped at seemed very accurate compared to other devices. The buttons are very clicky especially the fire button which i like and as mentioned the fire button on the dual battery version doesn't suffer the same loud release click as the mini, it's also good to see both Type C USB and a 2A charge rate while supporting pass-through. I would prefer more features like Variable Voltage and Curves and when no battery is installed i wish the battery door was not so loose but for it's price point it's a cracking device!

Likes

Stunning looking for a plastic device (subjective)
Very well made
Feels Solid
Light and nice in hand
Love the protruding concave fire button
Battery door solid with no movement (with battery installed)
Fires without noticeable delay
Performed like a trooper
Variable Wattage and TC modes
LED's light up PCB (if you don't like, turn off)
Display colour customisable
Accommodates up to 25mm atomizers with no overhang
Both coils give decent flavour and smooth draw
JellyTank colour coded to the device
Type C USB
2A charge rate
Supports pass-through
Budget price

Cons

Battery door very loose when open and with no battery (fine with battery installed)
For some not being dual 21700's will be a con but it would of made it a large device
Wish it had a few more features
LED colour can't be set independent of display colour
Didn't find mouth section on tank very comfortable (can't fit an alternative drip-tip)
Bottom fill (such a long process to fill the tank)
Silicone fill plug in my opinion doesn't look very durable

I would once again like to thank Tina from 3avape for supplying the Rincoe JellyBox 228W TC Kit for the purpose of this review, thanks for reading and stay safe!

Stabwood Mods - a few questions

I hope I am posting this in the correct place.

Up til this year I have run mainly utilitarian stuff and it’s served me well, I have to say. I have however been looking at some of the rather beautiful stabwood mods folk on here have, and am considering one, especially now I have found a custom maker up by Loch Fyne near to my other house in the West of Scotland.

I have a few questions which I hope members can help with.

  1. Do you use them when you are out and about as daily drivers, or do they need special care so you only use them at home?

  2. I had a hand made wooden squonk mod a few years ago and the wood didn’t stand up well to leaks or coming into contact with e liquid which eventually jammed up the fire button. As stab wood is made using a resin - is it impervious to this?

  3. Is stabwood prone to cracking over time?
And finally with reference to the Pumper squonk mod - the bottle and pump system is proprietary so is it long lasting and does it have any common faults?

Many thanks in advance for any information you can offer.

GEEKVAPE WENAX K1 POD SYSTEM REVIEWED BY BIGBOB2322

Hello everyone and welcome back for today's review of the Wenax K1 Pod System from Geekvape. The K1 is the latest evolution in the Wenax line that's shape has changed from the round pen styled device to a flat styled one which I think is a improvement from the round style for better portability for pocket carry. The K1 can be button fired or draw fired with it's autodraw feature or both in one setting of the device, the other setting allows only auto draw. I think the K1 is the best version of the Wenax line to come out as of today's date. Before the review let's find out some information and get to know the K1 a little bit.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

After sliding the box out of it's sleeve and opening it up, the K1 , extra Pod and charging cable in the familiar cutout plastic insert with the user manual in a cardboard envelope sitting on top. The K1 has a really nice finish to it.

20210205_174601 (1).jpg

The K1 ships with 2 Pods and the 0.8Ω ( 12-16w ) is pre installed, the other pod is the 1.2Ω ( 10-12w ). The Pods have no magnetic connection but rather use a loud click in system to install that holds very tight, you need considerable force when removing a Pod so there is no worry about a Pod falling out inadvertently. A nice feature with the K1 is it has auto draw also and I have to say it works great and has never failed to fire in this mode. You can see the 2 contact points for the coil and on the right side is the auto draw activator. The K1 is a true MTL Pod System.

20210213_074652.jpg

The K1 Pods use a side fill method and have a rubber plug that can be rotated to the side aiding in filling them. There is no arrow pointing to which end of the plug opens so remember to open using the corner side of the plug.

20210205_183129.jpg

The fillport of the K1 is of nice size and will accept large tipped bottles or even glass dripper bottle stems. The fillport sits inside the K1 when the Pod is attached so it has to be pulled off when it's time for refilling.

20210213_084902.jpg

I'm so happy that Geekvape finally used a clear color for their Pod, viewing juice is no problem now. A small narrow duckbill style is the mouthpiece the K1 uses and the airflow tube is also very narrow giving a true tight MTL vape from it. There is no airflow control on the K1 and I would normally frown on that but the K1 doesn't need one, that's how well the vape is.

20210213_085142.jpg

As you can see there are 2 holes shown in this picture but only the bottom hole is fully punched through and open, the other side is identical, these holes are where the air supply comes from and as you can see they are tiny.

20210213_080801.jpg

The K1 uses a Type-C charge port that is on the bottom of the device, normally I would frown on this also but because the K1 is so light and if left standing up any little bump would knock it down anyway so I'm fine with it's placement on the device and keeps the busy free look of the device. There are no sharp corners with all sides and bottom being rounded off.

20210213_083704.jpg

The K1 has a couple of ways it can be used, first off to turn the device on/off is 5 quick presses of the fire button. When the device is powered up it can be vaped with draw activation or you can choose to fire it using the button, the device will vape either way.

If you want to only vape in the draw activated mode only, after the device has been turned on 5 quick presses of the fire button will put you in draw activation only mode and pressing the button to vape will be deactivated which is great for jeans pocket carry. The draw activation works so well I rarely use the button.

There are 3 power levels choices you can use and they are color coded using 3 colors to show their level. LOW - ( WHITE ), MEDIUM - ( BLUE ) and HIGH - (GREEN ). To change power levels is done with 3 quick presses of the fire button. No where in the manual are the wattages for each level but this is a sample version that I have.

Battery status is also done with colors of light. When charging a breathing red light is 0-69% full,breathing green light is 70-99% full and a solid green light means 100% fully charged.

wenax-k1-LED.jpg

The light that I'm talking about is very small but very bright and is under the fire button that can be easily felt without looking for it and is beveled in the center. Using the button or auto draw the device has no ramp up and fires immediately, the button feels solid. The paint finish is superb .

20210213_080547 (1).jpg

There is only one spot on the K1 that has branding and it's done very lightly. In this picture I had to get the light to reflect just right or it might not have been seen. The K1 is so light as well as being thin and with a 600 mAH internal battery it makes for a great on the go device for errand running or almost a full day of vaping. The one important thing your wondering about is how well is the flavor and I can tell you that it's above average in the flavor department. I used a juice that I use all day at work vaping MTL and the flavor is spot on and with all the features I've already mentioned If you like a true MTL vape the K1 will do the trick for you. I think Geekvape has done a great job on the K1 and I consider it to be the best version yet in the Wenax series of Pod Styled devices.

PROS

* ATTRACTIVE
* LIGHTWEIGHT
* TRUE MTL
* 2ML POD
* BUTTON OR AUTODRAW
* TYPE-C
* LARGE FILLPORT
* COMFORTABLE MOUTHPIECE
* MESS FREE FILLING
* NO LEAKS

CONS

* NO AIRFLOW ADJUSTMENT

I really tried to find a con with the K1 and for the way it is intended to be used I was unable to find one accept it not having adjustable airflow, for me the airflow is perfect and putting adjustable airflow on the K1 probably could have been done but I think that the auto draw feature would have been affected, very few devices that have the auto draw feature work well with most being intermittent or very sloppy and the K1 works very well and is smooth also.

FINAL IMPRESSIONS

The Wenax K1 is a great thin lightweight device that will give you plenty of flavor and for a surprising long period of time, it's perfect for out and about errands that won't be over 6 hrs if your a very heavy vaper.

Geekvape has finally listened to us reviewers as well as customers wanting clear pods instead of tinted ones. The device works very well for what it is intended but you will not get a entire day of vaping from it.

The auto draw with above average flavor and a device that you can deactivate the fire button and still get a great vape makes the Wenax K1 a winner in my book.

I would like to thank April and Geekvape for providing the Wenax K1 for the purpose of this review, I also highly recommend the K1 to any MTL vaper that likes their draw on the tight side.

THANK YOU

Best device for vaporizing loose tobacco (HTPs)

So I've been reading this 4 year old thread about vaporizing tobacco by this member GivingUp and I'm really impressed with the idea. Like so many people I've tried to ditch smoking in favor of vaping. I tried to get myself to like it by experimenting with all kinds of set-ups, but it doesn't like me, so when I came across heat-not-burn, I thought this just might be it.

Obviously, dry herb vaporizers are overpriced so it behooves one to do plenty of research before making any purchase and any input is much appreciated as I really can't wait to quit smoking. I'm looking to vape loose Dokha tobacco, which is a very dry and fine-shredded tobacco. It's extremely potent nicotine wise so used in very small amounts (kind of like concentrates in dry herb vaporizers so that's one problem solved function wise). The tobacco is so fresh it's still green and has no additives of any sort.

What's the best device that would theoretically extract the most from this tobacco?

Also I'd appreciate it if members could share their experiences if they'd switched from smoking tobacco to vaporizing it and how it affected their experience and, most importantly, their health.

What IS this?? Part 2.

Welp, the delightful journey of silly questions and equally silly answers in Part 1 of the "What IS this??" thread is now kabut, as the thread is klosed. So, here is a feeble attempt at Part 2.

(Part 1: What IS this??)

As in Part 1, please post your item in question, or the one with which you would like to stump the crowd, then WAIT until someone finally gets it.

Once someone DOES get it, they are the next to post their item. If they don't wish to post, they can just say "PASS" and then whomever wants to post can just go for it!

If too much time goes by and no one gets or states your item, please feel free to say what it is, then someone else can take their turn at the STUMP!

PM me if you have any questions on these (silly Katdarling) 'rules'.

DPL and I spent WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much time diskussing/arguing/laughing about this partikular tank.

HE says it was from me, to him. I said NO, 'twas NOT!

Long story short, neither of us know WTH this thing is.

KAN YOU HELP US, PLEASE??? WE ARE DESPERADOS!

Clapton Mesh - Flavour Profiles

Hi there,

I'm a huge fan of mesh, specifically the Profile Unity. I love pretty much everything about it, except, as you may have guessed mesh has a very limited flavor palette. Anything that isn't fruity won't go well with a mesh.

Now Wotofo and OFRF have been making clapton mesh sheets since the release of Profile 1.5 RDA and Profile RDTA. Seeing as how clapton mesh isn't really mesh I've been wondering if it does any better with creams, bakeries and tobacco.

Anybody out there with experience?
