hey ya'll. Now that we have that out of the way, I recently made a bottle of Capella Lemon Lime and its really dry! Like oh sheeeeeiiiiii.... You can't vape it without a bottle of water handy

A new kit from the Freemax vape brand closes the news feed. It was another copy of the Maxus line, moreover, the Freemax Maxus 50W Kit turned out to be the most compact of the whole trio. However, it turned out to be very simple, in fact, therefore, I will not detain you for long.

To begin, as usual, this is a new vape tank of the Fireluke line, by the way, also the smallest one. Drip type 510 landing, made of resin. Top filling - under the slide lid you can see not a small filling hole. The capacity is not decent, although the diameter is small.

A whole heap of replaceable evaporators is offered, but traditionally only two of them will be included in the kit. Airflow adjustment is provided - a rotating ring at the base of the tank.

The box mod is made in the corporate style of the line - the zinc alloy case is "decorated" with colorful resin inserts. The dimensions are naturally small, after all, the built-in battery allows you to experiment with this parameter.

I've been vaping a DIY recipe for a couple of years using Purilum Caramel Coffee with Sweet Milk from Nic River (River Supply Co), as my main and only juice.

If you google this flavor, the results still point to that site, however it looks like it's been removed if you click it or search the site:


I'm guessing it may have been a custom flavor for Nic River?
If it's been discontinued, any suggestions for a replacement or replacement recipe?

Hello. Today I will be talking about the Drag X by Voopoo that was sent to me for review by Sourcemore. I’ll try my best to cover the features and give an honest opinion on what I think of the device. At the end of the review, I’ll leave a link for the device and a coupon code that was provided to me by Sourcemore in case you’d like to order one. Let’s move along and take a look at the Voopoo Drag X.

First Impressions:

The Drag X came in what I consider to be pretty standard packaging. It is in a cardboard box with all of the contents visible upon opening. There is the mod with the PNP tank attached along with two coils and a charging cable along with a user manual. To me it is an attractive looking pod mod.

The Drag X is turned on and off with five clicks of the fire button. Three clicks of the fire button will allow you to change between smart mode and rba mode. It has a maximum output of 80 watts which is plenty to run the included coils on an 18650 battery. I like that they did not use an internal battery on this one like they have on the Drag S and some of the newer pod mods that were released afterward. Smart mode is good for the inexperienced user and does not allow you to go outside of the recommended range of the coil installed. The rba mode allows the user full control of the output and each mode is indicated by color. The red is smart mode and blue is rba mode.



The mod also has a puff score ranking from what the Voopoo website says but evidently the one I received did not come with it installed and you have to install an update on the website. I’m kind of glad it didn’t come on it since I think it’s kind of a silly feature. I don’t plan on installing the update. Also, in Smart mode the unit will automatically set the wattage depending on the resistance of the coil.

Like I said, mine does not have the update so the operation will be a little different if you install the update. On the one I received, pressing the + and – buttons doesn’t do anything. Pressing the fire and + button locks the device but you cannot fire the unit when locked. I wish it had just locked the adjustment buttons instead. Pressing the fire button and the – button will reset the puff counter. If I press the fire button and the + and – buttons at the same time, it shows the chip ID and level code then goes back to normal operation after a few seconds.



In the pictures above you will see the PNP tank is a bottom fill tank and the coils simply push in from below. I was already familiar with the PNP tank since I’ve already purchased and used some of them. The tank holds 4.5ml of liquid which is a good amount for me. The tank is a bottom fill with a decent size opening for filling with most bottles and makes no mess but I always wipe after filling with a paper towel just in case. The two coils included in the kit are .15 ohms rated at 60-80 watts and .3 ohm rated at 32-40 watts. I very much like the flavor and vapor produced by these coils. The tank portion has magnets that are very strong and I had no issues with the tank pulling away from the base.



Final Thoughts:

I found the Drag X to be a very good fit in the hand and comfortable for the most part to use. I normally use my thumb to press a fire button and kept wanting to reach a little higher to fire it at first. I have used the PNP tanks for some time since I already reviewed the Argus GT and very much like them as well as the PNP coils. I normally use the .15, .2, and .45 coils and this was my first time using the .3 coil but found that it performed well in the 35 watt range and had good flavor and vapor production just like the others that I had tried.

The Drag X made me think about the old days when tube mods were popular and about all you could buy. Definitely gave me a little trip down memory lane. I like the slider airflow adjustment on the mod portion. The buttons are solid and don’t rattle at all. I like also that it has USB C charging in case it is needed but normally I wouldn’t recommend charging the battery in the unit. I did notice that when changing the battery, you have to click the fire button five times to turn it back on again. It’s not a pro or a con. Some mods do and some don’t. As far as cons go, I would say that locking the entire device instead of just the adjustment buttons is a con for me.

Over all, I very much enjoyed testing the Drag X pod mod kit. So would I recommend it? Yes I would if you would like a single 18650 device that is fairly small and lightweight and can be put in a pocket fairly easily. I’m a fan of the PNP tanks and coils. Also, there are adapters that I have seen that will go on the Drag X to adapt to a 510 fitting so other standard tanks can be used.

Hotcig Kubi-II Kit, first impressions:

Compared to the first version, the only visually noticeable differences are: the new Type-C charging socket on the bottom, a new strap with hygienic protection cap, the body / battery lengthening of about 10mm, a new drip -Tip integrated in the cartridge, and the presence of an activation key with incorporated LED.





So also the excellent rubberized paint that I had appreciated so much during the previous Test was confirmed.
I received from Hotcig the Black Red version I already owned (Kubi-I), the shiny gold finishes of the Kubi-II are the same as I appreciated in the previous kit, you don't change a team that wins.

Edit: actually after a couple of hours I can say it vapes pretty good lol....compare to my previous fused 3x28/40 ni80 Clapton's that came with the Zeus...this build has more clouds and cooler vape at same wattage I mean 60 and this don't ruin my flavours Soo I can say it's better flavour ???.....and this can go to 80watts without getting very hot...
I did it for fun but I will keep it for now lol...and in future I maybe go for a better contact build or whatever but still quad...
The coil legs tho are not same and the outer coils didn't heat up exactly in the same speed as he inner ones....I can fix that tho in future

I bought 2 bottles of Phillips Rocke, The Soda and 2 bottles of the Home Slice, and I cleaned both of my tanks and put in fresh coils that I prewetted both coils filled the tanks up let sit for 10 minutes or more, and it tastes like .... on the inhale and tastes like .... on the exhale, it does make decent clouds but I can't vape it and tried different wattages and not dropping or exceding the wattage range of the coil and didn't burn the coils, its just is ....ty juice that I well never order again
