I still haven't received my "lost" package. My USPS case wasn't resolved at the local PO so it was escalated to Consumer Affairs. I'm thinking something is amiss as if it was delivered to my front door/porch, they would have let me know and closed the case. I'm still hoping it will show up or I'll get reimbursed.

Yup, sure is. I talked to Dave at evape.us and I think he's going to send out another package, though he's hesitant because he gets so many of these kind of lost package calls and he thinks most are scams. He said I sounded credible as I opened a case and wasn't demanding he send another package.

I have another non-vape related package that was mailed out on Feb. 1st. The last tracking update was on Feb 4th and it looks like it's stuck in Dallas, TX. Trying to open case for this one too. It's maddening all the issues I've been having with USPS recently.

I'm going thru the same thing now with a vendor (VapeNW). Order was placed on 2/2 & they want me to believe that just because the shipping label was created, that means it was picked up by USPS.
USPS has informed me more than once they do not have this package in their possession. Reading FB post on this vendors page shows other customers are dealing with the same thing.
The best line was their system wont allow them to send a new shipment or refund my money until 15 days has passed. I could've shopped at FT if I wanted to wait 15 days for an item that was allegedly in stock when I made my purchase. I am firmly convinced the label was created & my package never shipped.

In your case, you can file a credit card dispute right now. I wouldn't wait for this vendor, especially since it looks like the package was never mailed.
