Seriously? I wouldn't. I got mine years ago when it was the best vv mod on the planet. But I really don't use it often anymore. It feels like a luxury rotary phone sitting on some fancy desk in a Better Homes and Gardens photograph--beautiful and sturdy and reliable... That one button interface alone is enough to drive me insane. Eleven clicks to check your resistance? And if you overshoot, you have to go round robin all over again. How many clicks is that? And it's heavy and long. The mini configuration, which I prefer, only accommodates an 800 mAh battery; the regular size (1200 mAh, 18490 battery) is already too big and too heavy for me. And then there's maintenance, cleaning, Noalox on the threads...

I was so looking forward to the Radius, but when I looked at it, I really don't think I want to pay 200 bucks for it. I'd rather get another cute Chinese box mod for $20. So sue me. I have no class.

;)

Ok. You just cured me. :D

It's all the fault of 'dem Provarinati, I tell ya (or whatever they call themselves)! Always claiming it's a superior vape. I HATE baton-like vape gear! But I figured "Well, I gotta find out for myself if it's true" (sorta like the Kayfun 4, I guess). I almost bought one when the last batch of blems came out a few weeks ago. Went so far as to take out the ruler, then went "Man, that's long. And I gotta buy these weird batteries that I won't be able to use in anything else. And those accessories are ridiculously priced. Nah, I better think about this sum' more." :pop:

Now the Pico, however, kinda looks a little too small for my hands. Plus it's got that tiny Eleaf screen that's really been bugging me lately (might have a convex, magnifying "lens" on it though). I think the KM3 would look pretty good on it.

You gonna get one?

yesterday i was at local vape shop buying some liquid, they sell original kf mini v3
we compare both, clone and original, first thing we note was the liquid holes on tank bell are bigger on original kf, still, i am using 35/65 pg/vg and wicking like heaven
the air flow of both are almost the same full open, but i can not full close air on clone, the o-rings looks better quality on original, o-rings on clone base start to worn out after short time of use. deck screws are bigger on original, i want to check liquid ports in deck but didnt want do disassemble coil ... so ... those were my 5 cents to the thread lol

edit. i am using kf mini v3 SKU: 4278000
edit 2. Thinking out loud... why didnt take pictures??

I got my kfm3 clone from fast tech, I am having an issue with the building deck, It seems lose or something. When I undo the 510 screw to get to the airflow control, it seems to be losing the deck or something. Is the deck connected to the five 10 screw?

See picture on post 1409 a couple of pages back. You need to hold the bridge steady with a paper clip and tighten the hex nut at the bottom.

So every time I want to change the airflow or adjust it, I have to stick a paper clip in there? LoL.. no wonder this thing is only 13 dollars.. that would be a big pain in the ... if you have a coil and wick in there. :-\ There is no way to tighten it so you don't have to do that?

If you tighten it well enough, there won't be any need to use the paper clip in the future unless you strip it down completely.

And regardless of costing $13 or $99 (original), they both have the same issue.

Not this time. I was very close, but I think I'll pass. I really need to first organize my vaping gear first--I have way too much stuff as is. I need to declutter and streamline first. I want to see what the FDA does and take it from there.

I know I was just being sarcastic, 13 is a great deal for this atty. Even if it was a p roblem specific to it.. How do I tighten the deck?

Watch Phil put the deck together in his video and you'll understand (18 min or so). Notice that he didn't use the paperclip and moved the pos bloc plate out of place--don't do that! ;)

Hey guys, I am having a unique problem with dry hits. I am wicked properly, the juice holes are completely open, and the juice flow control turned 2 1/4 rounds. My juice is 75% VG. Sometimes I see bubbles coming up, sometimes not. They start coming up again after I draw some hefty prime puffs. Could I be having a vacuum problem somewhere? I have already lubed the o-rings at the base and on top. On a related issue, Whenever I fill the tank more than 80%, the juice has trouble getting into the chamber.

Interesting observations. And yes, I guess we all agree on the o-rings. Many complaints about poor quality of those o-rings in the thread. I really hope someone will start selling original SM o-rings here in the States.

Sorry. Al I can tell you is that when it comes to Km3 wicking, less is more. I had to put less cotton than I use in my K4 to get the bubbles flowing freely. And I don't always see them. But I'm not getting any dry hits and I can fill the tank all the way up, so I figured that that's just how the mini behaves.
