'Repeal'...yes. 'Replace'...let's whoa up there a bit.

The libertarian streak in me would rather see solutions found in the private sector as opposed to further legislation. While I don't particularly get warm and fuzzy vibes from AEMSA, I might support their or similar efforts as long as they are not reinforced via mandatory regulation.
