Ack, all this Eleaf Air tank talk....must not buy another tank.
And I know that the Naut mini will be dethroned any day now, but is this really the one? I'm waiting for a bigger capacity tank I think. I love my Silo, but I don't understand the silo mini love, which I know many prefer to the Naut mini. The lack of airflow killed it for me. Does the air have anything different like that (I see that it has the airflow adjuster) but anything else to note?
Edit: Just saw that you need a screwdriver to adjust- and I'm out. I'm far too lazy

Is the gs air pretty much just a gs16 but with air flow control? I've pretty much decided on completely switching over to carto tanks, but would still like something else, I'm about to throw my protank2 against a wall

Ok, makes me feel better. I don't shake it for the record. When I pivot it up to my mouth, I felt something shift, and at first I thought my tank was loose. That's when I realized the insides were moving. Not a big deal. I would certainly buy another!
Here's to Eleaf responding to this sudden onslaught of GS Air popularity to actually come out with a bigger version ( (I'll call it the Stitch) that use the same coil head as the GS Air for us mouth to lung vapers. After the holiday, of course.
A larger tank capacity would be quite nice as long as it isn't bigger than the Stick.

The air adjustment can be a pain, but I just adjust to my liking and never mess with it again. But, yes, you need a tiny screwdriver like a jeweler's screwdriver to adjust. But to me, it's a "set it and forget it" kinda thing.

I've never tried the GS16, so can't say. But, the GS16 has an ego "skirt" that means you either have to use an adaptor or cut the skirts off. The GS Air is like Katya said - VERY nice crisp vape with lots of vapor and nice TH, to me. For $10, I don't think you can go wrong and I really love this little tank!
I've definitely been thinking about trying that. Kinda makes me sad to think about how many of those things I've thrown away after I was done with them back before I knew the heads could be rebuilt. I haven't tried rebuilding before but if it can help with the leaking/gurgling issues I'm all for it.
Hardest part for me was getting the wicking right. Now it is wonderful! Plus I have so much more control of my ohms and can change if it does not work for the juice without dumping the whole tank or hasseling with trying to save what I can.
I saw a video of GS air tank, seems like it puts out nice amount of vapor.

On a side note to my above post, I just switched back to using my Anyvape Davide tank, and its like day and night compared to my protank2, even using the same head.. I need to order me another one of these..

I got ordered a Kanger Subtank Mini for my iStick 30 recently, but I'm curious about the Eleaf GS-AIR 20W Clearomizer as well. So far everyone seems to like the GS-AIR, despite the wonky airflow adjustment screw (that apparently doesn't adjust the airflow much anyway). In comparison, I'm not a fan of the look of the Subtank Mini, but for around $33 it was a pretty good deal for a well rated and full featured device.
Plus, the Subtank actually has 1.2 ohm (mouth-to-lung hit) heads available to buy. None of these other sub ohm tanks seem to have any heads available, other than 0.5 ohm heads. That goes for the Melo so far too (only now just available), which was my 2nd choice in a "sub ohm" tank, but not having a higher than 0.5 ohm head option killed the Melo for me - at least for now. I'll be happy to drop-kick my inconsistent Mini Nautilus once the Subtank Mini arrives. I can hardly wait to try it out.

correct, GS16S comes both ways, Ego, and 510 version, Sweet Vapes , has both but the coil head on it is different then it's bigger brother, it does not screw in, it is pressed in, and held in place by screwing the tank together. Not sure about the head on the GS16.

somebody got the gs air base to work on the plain gs series and liked it

That Ego One battery is not a VV or VW device, just direct, no thanks not for me.
