Ok thanks. You described better then me from earlier post about the upside trick. I rewicked it alittle bit ago. I used more cotton then I did in the version 1. It seems to be not leaking now. I haven't used it enough to tell if I am getting dry hits though. Most of the time I use a new tank and think I have it wicked right later on in the day I start to get dry hits.
I have a v2 and have not had any leaking or even condensation. I have thrown it in my jacket pockets and even brought it to work and haven't seen a drop of moisture thank god. With a device like this it is all on how you wick it which for me has been just a tad heavier on cotton then usual. I have run probably 50ml through it and flavor has been great I'm running a simple dual 24g 316l SS coils 10 wraps 2.5mm 45-50watts

Got the Goblin Mini V2. single coil Titanium build, KGD cotton, cut at the top of chimney, stuffed back down in juice wells. Air wide open, good vapor output, no leaking. But NO FLAVOR, after 1 full tank with juice I'm used to. Tried lots of temp settings. Read so many rave reviews on great flavor, I'm guessing it's my wicking, will try less next tank.
Same here except for Muji cotton. No leak and NO flavor.[emoji35] my STM has much more flavor... Bought 2 SS..not gonna open the other till i get this right or sell it away

Well no thanks to getting any feedback in this thread. I didn't give up and found help elsewhere. Since you wrote, this is the only technique that helped me get FLAVOR with my 80% VG. It's a long video, but worth the time. See if it works for you.

Thats a classic TJ video. I used and referenced that video frequently back in the OG Goblin days.

Still no flavor [emoji35] [emoji35] .on the brink of giving up...did 3mm and 2 diameter...diiferent height..different wicking ie bunny ears then tucking, cut to chimney shape as per mactavish video, wetting it then placing it to cover juice hole, cutting to shape to bunny ears to tucking..from loose to some friction to very tight cotton to coil wicking...all this on single coil...none can compare to my STM build. Vaping this tank fill and going to the bottom of the drawer..time to stock up the STM

While using the TJ wicking technique allowed me to finally taste the juice, it's still muted in my tests. I prefer to run single coil mode, I have NOT tested dual coils, though someone mentioned they felt like the single coil adapter blocked some flavor, can't comment, may just have been their impression?

I'm getting more flavor, same juice, coil material, cotton, in my Cubis tank with RBA tests. I like the small size of the Goblin Mini V2. Wish I knew the secret as well, since MANY report this is one of their most FLAVORFUL tanks! I like a good mystery or puzzle, but this one has me stumped!

Thanks Mactavish. Im definitely stumped on this tank. Even though im a new vaper just 2 months, had no issues with STM even though i was building it with the RBA from day 1 by going to youtube for tips. Guess will stop looking for a better vape as im definitely happy tootle puffing on the STM. Not keen on trying to dual coil as vaping to me is just to stay away from cigarettes and not willing to spend much time building/tinkering with equipment.

I received my Mini v2 in the mail yesterday--I attempted to loosen the 510 center pin to make a better connection with my mod and the top of the pin immediately snapped off. The recessed portion of the center pin still makes a connection with my VaporShark DNA 200 but not on my eVic Mini. It's a bummer, but at least it's still somewhat usable. It appears that they are still using the same tiny center pin screw as the v1 and the brass is very soft so use caution if you decide to adjust it!

Other than that, the top fill works perfectly for me and the improvements (drip tip, larger deck) are great! I'm going to pick up another one as soon as I can, but Origin Vape won't let you enter different billing and shipping addresses during checkout...any other US Vendors selling the v2 yet?

Hey folks im really sorrybi haven't been any help in figuring out your flavor problem. I never had the original goblin mini so I dont really know all the ins and outs of this little guy yet. My first build was a simple 24guage 316l dual coil reading .4 which was a little higher then I wanted but it was producing great flavor so I left it. Not to mention it was a tough first build for me as I tried a 2,5 mm Clapton build at first and it was just barely too big 8( anyways I feel like I'm going to rebuild tomorrow with a smaller Clapton build and i will try and take pics for you Guys having issues..... My biggest problem with the mini is how restricted the air flow is. I don't mind a restricted lung hit but mine is borderline mouth to lung ....I wish I knew an easy way to open her up a bit!!!!

Awesome, I might have to give them a shot--thanks!

The flavor and vapor production seems like it's identical to what I got with the previous model. At the moment, I'm running a spaced 8.5 wrap 26g Titanium G1 build at 0.14 ohms (I use Ti pretty much exclusively these days). It's pretty much the same build that I used constantly on my GM v1's and I've had great luck so far. I'm not sure what the consensus is on coil height, but I have always placed my coils about 1.5mm or so above the air holes. My wicking method with my GM's has always been the "Don King" method...spike up the ends of the tail, screw down the chimney section, then trim to the top of the chimney. The only slight change I've made is to use more cotton to fill the bigger deck.

While I'm thinking about it, another slight difference I've noticed on my GM2...pay attention to how tightly the deck and top of the chimney are screwed together. Rebuilt this morning, everything looked great, then 30 mins later it was leak city at the bottom of the glass near the juice wells. Loosened up the two pieces and all was well, but I'd guess I lost about 1mL before I caught it. It really needs to be tightened down lightly...maybe it was an issue with the v1 but I never had that problem before. Still very impressed--flavor and vapor still on par with the predecessor and top fill has been better than my other previous Youde experiences (*cough*...Bellus, I'm looking at you).

mhh that's worrysome.....what are they implying? UD stops production already for the V2? Or they will not produce a black version? That would be a weird move on their part....I bet black tanks sell pretty good (I am only interested in a black version for example).

I got my Goblin V2 from Origin Vape. Just built it finally. I didn't have the V1 and now I realize what all the hype was about. This V2 is Awesome! I got rid of my Aromamizer, Griffin, Mutank, Bellus because of all the good things I have heard about this little guy from V1. Right now I got a 316L SS single coil in this things and I haven't had flavor like this since my Magma :) I love it so much I just ordered a black one to go with this one. I built it perfect out of the gate. I wicked it like Grimm wicked the V1 and have had no issues. This is for sure one of the best flavor tanks I have tried. It was really hard for something to put my Aromamizer out and this one has done it.
