vape Geek in UK have their tracking received
My unit should be with me by the end of the week:)
What you reckon Rado heads or tails? been eying this mod up since its announcement I am in 2 minds but I have been using a V5 atty lock Tan Plus from VG and even though there is still screen corruption the dna works perfectly.

Edit looks like it heads my M Class is away for paint issues. Ordered it the 510 looks a bit iffy but I can always sell it if it's another lemon ;)

Hope it's better than V1 HB40 it seems early adopters are getting screwed buying vape gear!

Heads for me mate:)

I bought from them 2 HB's, one was the V1 with the dark screen and the grounding issues, and then the V2, and honest to god, i love them both. I also bought black ESquare from them just a week ago, and i love that too:):)

To me, the VT40 looks a very high end device, with a very good price tag. I wanted to get myself on the Zero DNA40 list, but after seeing this, there is one more reason not to justify an awfully stupid price tag, where when .... goes wrong, you are proper ....ed.
I rather buy this, save some pennies, and have a warranty by hcigar, and a great vendor to back that up.
Sorry to hear about the screen glitch mate, but if ever get one, im sure I'll be able to live with it. I vape to stay off the fags, not to be too fuzzy about this or that, and as far as im concerned, i rather have a screen glitch, then a stupid IPV to set my house on fire.
But that is just me:)

There genuine evolv in those HBs so some credit there given there Chinese boxes. I had to mod my V1 but it was ok good value. I liked the look of the ESquare I think lost vape make great boxes. I'm a left hander which is why I went for the Tan Plus great quality mod.

The VT does look nice and you are right about the higher end aesthetics certainly inspired by the C frame mods. I got offered a genuine Zero forget it for the asking price so I bought a clone and modded it with an an evolv 40;)

Got the V5 DNA40 screen glitch sorted and an odd high pitch whine on firing but I have built and modded enough boxes now. The IPV4 wasnt bad a bit of modding to insulate the balance charge board and work the mirror screen and all is good but i only had mine for a few days and sold it. You are right about keeping off the stinkes!

Post some pics of the VT when it arrives;)

Looks like they have landed with the retailers here, the China prices are insane with weeks and weeks stocking and delivery time!

Gearbest say $170 and I think Health cabin say $160 well still a lot less than the UK RRP for a SX Mini M Class

I had already seen the dimensions but surprised compared to a RDNA, looks like I can sell the POS RDNA now;)

The blue one looks lovely I was in 2 minds to get one oh well black it is see how long it takes to get here;)

It dropped today, I have no brand bias I did not receive the unit for free!;)

After the HB40 which I wasn't taken by this one looks like a keeper lots of good points and at a realistic price point.

After buying, selling and trading more than a 100 box mods in the past year it smokes US made mods I have bought on the advice of numerous vapers VaporShark, VaporFlask and Hana Modz to name a few overpriced, over hyped and poor quality.

A custom made hot glued evolv DNA 40 Hana clone would cost the same as a VT with no warranty right hand bias and mostly crappy build quality.

All in all not perfect no mod is;) one of my best purchases out of 100+ boxes considering design, quality, size, weight, finish etc that has TP board that actually works not a clone TP mod or all the weekly releases of TP mods that mostly are buggy or just don't work.

I will give it a few days then post back on any quirks, pros and cons but after owning so many mods I can tell there are many plus points.

From the off my suspicions about the flush 510 were correct the top of the mod will get atty rash why oh why the obsession in vaping for flush mounts all it does is devalue your scratched up mod in 2 mins;) Just look at the countless iterations of rDNAs with there crappy coating.

it's very nice looking but too little too late, especially at the price
aside from a recently outdated, underpowered chip, my gripes are as follows:

1. I vape my rtas at 35w. 5w is not headroom I feel good about.
2. Forget about drippers or sub ohm clearos, see #1.
3. vaping near capacity on a single 18650 is no bueno
4. that 510 connector is way too Fisher Price for anyone who's had a Fat Daddy or Varitube
5. ugh, that name plate

you can discount most of my complaints if you vape >30w or use TC
even so, there are better options at the same or less money IMO
all this said while still using an HB DNA 40 as my everyday commuting device, I wanted to like the VT40 but I just don't

I would actually disagree wit Vapenstein 100%
this is an amazing little device, with such a good appeal, and it just works.
not sure about the outdated chip though, as to me, a 20W-1ohm-flavour chaser, this is way more than enough. the 510 is not some after market fat daddy thing, its drilled directly in to the brass frame, and the spring is very strong.
I Also own few so called High-End mods, but bang-per-bug, this is way above the rest.
and look at what I found online

P.S.
I have blue too :)

How you getting on with it so far mate?
I had one delivered yesterday but it was faulty, wouldn't even turn on unless an atty was screwed in and the battery was tight, then it just said check atomizer.
I'm thinking a bad ground. Its been sent back for a replacement, hope the next one works fine as it is a handsome little box!

Sorry to hear that, not sure if you have sent it back if you look at the bottom of the mod where the battery cap is you will see a screw this is the GND chassis screw make sure this is tight and hasn't worked loose in transit.

Here you can see on the right hand board at the bottom you will see a silver connection extending from the board this is the GND connection.

Here you can see the GND chassis grub screw top right of the C chassis.

Its pretty much the same as all C frame mods I have seen. Great design by Hcigar there are only 2 connections to the board + and Atty out. There using a daughter board like the RDNA.

Adjusted the screen position all good now

What are the dimensions of the mod? Sorry if that already has been stated

Regards
Tony

Sent from my keyboard through my phone or something like that.
To big for you Tony;) I have been looking for Hana mini for months almost impossible to find!_I need a full size mini case 72mm high?? as you know that's the only one that a 18650 will fit in!

Have you sorted your screen out?

86 H x 46 D x 24 W
