Hello,

You can set the display to stay off while vaping.

This is in: Set > Dis > Time > Off

If you also turn your Led off, then nothing will light up :)

Tip - Save these settings into profile 1, then turn everything back on, and save that to profile 2, then you can quickly switch between stealth mode and display on.

Definitely an obvious solution, however now I can't check the 'vitals' battery, resistance, etc, with a quick look.

Is the display capable of a super low brightness? If so, this would be very much appreciated.

I can't even imagine anyone using a brightness setting higher than 1. 1 is plenty bright even in sunlight.

How does your wife keep "her" cats off things? Mine are rarely on the floor, even their beds are on top of furniture.
My philosophy is that it's really their house, we brought them into it, but anyone who really knows cats, just accepts the fact that it truly is their house. And they like to wreck stuff, and look right at you while doing it!

I would like to request for future radius firmware updates that an option be added to completely turn the screen off while vaping. Even on its lowest brightness setting it is very distraction while driving and I was pulled over last night because the officer noticed the glow and thought I was using my cell phone while driving.

Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

But there is such a setting.

Sigh......sniff.......sniff..........:(

I came home this evening and dinner was ready. I put my Radius on my vape stand on the side table where I sit at night and was eating my dinner, when Charlie noticed one of the kittens sniffing it and as quickly as I could get over there, one bat was all it took for my Prized Cabernet Red Radius to go flying and land hard on the floor.

Sadly, it did not take the fall well. The fall did something, and it won't vape. All three buttons light up red and that's it.

I'm going to open a ticket with Provape and of course it's not their fault one of the kittens decided to treat my Radius as a toy.

I haz major league sad...........

Ticket opened with the Mother Ship..........

:(:(:(

Actually cats can be trained. The only way for that to happen though is to be present and aware of their every move for the first few weeks when they come into the home.

The very first time they do something you do not want them to do, you Have to knock them off the object, scare the crap out of them or other response designed to inhibit the behavior. If you don't catch them the Very First time, they only learn that they cannot do the offending behavior when a human is around. With the human gone, mischief will commence.

In my previous marriage, I had 4 indoor cats. I was also a stay at home mom. I was their shadow each time a new cat was introduced into the house. My sister was amazed I could leave food out on the counter and leave the house for a minute and it would not be touched.

I could open a can of tuna and they would all come running. They would sit patiently at my feet waiting for their dishes. It was an only sometime treat. They wouldn't dare jump onto the counter.

The key is to catch them the first time they try. If you don't....you're pretty much screwed. ;)

I'd like to think I'm semi-unforgettable at least!

After all the cats we've raised, Emi and Eri are the most rambunctious of them all. To your final point, I'm prolly pretty much screwed. Charlie is the nice guy and he's with them all day long. Where I yell and stop, he tries to talk logically to them. He doesn't raise his voice. This is how he speaks to them. "Musn't do that, sweetie." Doesn't work worth beans. Sigh........
