Hi Woita,

thank you for your reply!
screwing off the top cap does not work either. Proteus does not recognize detaching and attaching.
the spring loaded connection works smooth. the rest of the menue in VIR works. in- or decreasing temperature - no problem, all connections and threads are cleaned as well.

so i'm stuck now, because there is no way to make proteus loose it's data manualy.
any other suggestions?

Thies, please do the following and inform me back:

put a battery inside Proteus
let it lock by itself
put an atomizer
unlock
wait for the autodetection
vape

iirc the "let it lock by itself" part is the part that's not working because VIR thinks there is an atty while there is not hence it's not locking by itself

Also, on temp control in general, there is always problem with a bad made atomizer: If 1-2 threads go red hot, it means that you will have burn taste because wick is not touching all threads the same. So its a wick problem or coil's problem because coil's threads are not equal made.

Dont forget that the wick has to be lossy inside coil

thanks for answering.

I put a battery inside, nothing happens. it stays unlocked, even after 10 minutes.
It does not lock itself.
(when i then press the button 5 times, it locks)
therewith, no autodetection happens.
Proteus keeps the data it collected the first time, i attached an atomizer.
atomizer works on 3 other mod's, always reads the same resistance.

i don't think, it is an issue with the atomizer, because i tried another one.

mine came this morning , im having no luck getting it working I follow the instructions for putting battery in , it then flashes green eleven times then goes blue for two seconds . I then put my pennelope on then press the button five times to unlock it get the blue light flash 3 times . then green flashes 11 times and then the blue stays on for two seconds and that's as far as it gets . All it does is flash green and blue

It cant see the atomizer Tim. First of all please put another atomizer. If it still doesnt work, please clean with a fine sandpaper the brass pole (like cross) of the electronic that touches the atomizer cap. Maybe the varnish that I put to protect the electronics went by mistake to the brass pole too

Well that's interesting after trying to get it to work all day , took it apart one last time and it suddenly began detecting and recognised my coil . Only a couple more problems to fix . It now fires continually and there doesn't seam to be any adjustment for the temperature

what ever you like Jean, as long as it is between 0,4 and 1,3 ohm. I usually make 7 threads around a 3mm axis, and that is 0,65-0,7 ohms

I now have temp adjustment but it's still fireing all the time .i will just try another atomiser on it and if that doesn't work I'll get in touch with the Golden Greek store and find out about sending it back

Guys, I just talked with my engineer. The issue is with the program. He forgot to add the right one.

The issue is that he had to test every pcb but autodetection was a problem because it needed time, so he put a sample program without autodetection. Obviously he forgot to add the new program to some pcbs.
