Apparently, Seal & Design talks out of both sides of their mouth when it comes to self life:

O-Ring Shelf Life | Seal & Design, Inc.

The following chart issued by The Society of Aerospace Engineers (SAE) was also posted by Seal & Design, Inc.

Breaking KAS

Without some way of organization, not to much of that will get done. :|

Gorgeous KAS !!! Very Nice !!!

Thanks, those turned out very nice, I would have liked to make the new set the same. I am just too low on cash, so I used what I had to make the next ones. They aren't as nice but will do the job. :)

The Pine Flavor Racks.
I did take a few pics of the first all Pine one I made, but I will just post the pics of the 2nd one. They are basically the same, except the 2nd one is 1/2" wider, because I screwed up. These were made with lumber I got from skids and crates, except for the first shelf, 3/8" thick pine left over from the first racks.

This is clamping of the back rail of the top shelf.

This is clamping of the first riser on the top shelf.

This is the clamping of the first supports to the bottom of the top shelf.

The next 2 are the clamping of the risers to the bottom of the 2nd and 3rd shelf. Cant really see much, because of the extra blocks under the clamps to protect the wood.

Clamping the 3rd shelf.

This shows the clamping of the 2nd shelf.

This is of the last of the supports being clamped.

Supports done.

This shows the gluing of the back feet, I just did these by hand, while the 1st shelf is clamped in position.

The clamping of the 1st shelf.

This is the completed base of the rack.

I had to delete some of the making of the rail posts. :(

Working on the railings.

Railings done.

After staining.

After a coat of Poly, normally I would do 3 coats of Poly, too much of a pain with the railings.

I did the poly coat last night, so it will be a week to fully dry, before I can use it. :)

I was only allowed to post 20 pics, so I had to delete a few, in order to finish the this post. :glare:
I had to take a nap just looking at the pics of the work you put into that :?:
Looks Great

Thanks, I just wanted to show how I put these together, it is not really that hard to make them, actually they were kind of fun to do. Now that I am done with those I have been looking around at what else I can make. I put up another shelf in the same room, on my other old bench, so I could clean up some more of the clutter. Nothing fancy just slapped it together. I am also thinking about altering my design, and building a kind of cabinet, with these bottle racks inside it, I have to use this wood I have for something. :)

@stols001 ... Take a look at how this guy mounts a coil on the Pico. The Pico fundamentally reminds me of the Doggystyle deck mounting screws. The way he does it looks like it would position and stabilize the coil, especially helping those with shaky hands or tremors the way he temporarily wraps the wire back around the jig. Just a thought, maybe something to try ...

EDIT: He doesn't say what the mod is in his video ... ProVari Radius
