Thanks!
That sounds reassuring as it is a great little box so far. Too bad they didn't include a black sleeve for it instead of the opaque clear one, I'll have to see if there are any black ones out there.

Yeah I noticed that a few of us that were vocal about the bad threads also had trouble in the first place screwing on an atty. We were all the ones that bought the first run of em, and they seemed to have had the 510 too high on them (even though its spring loaded) which required everyone to push down while putting on an atty. Im pretty sure this is why they all got trashed so quickly. The second one I bought in April was a newer 'revision' and everything I own screws down like butter on it. They fixed other things along the way too I think cause I noticed the buttons on my newer one are alot less 'floppy' and a bit stiffer. My newer one also happens to line up right with the holes in the sleeve too unlike the first one that was a bit off. Im bummed everyones getting the opaque sleeves though, I had really hoped I would get one with my silver one but I got yet another black one so you cant even tell its silver!! Im actually just starting a new job tomorrow but whenever my first payday is, I might be up for trading you a black sleeve for your opaque one if you wanna do a little ship and swap deal?

i've gone thru many of the posts in this thread but still don't know if this mod bucks.
does it buck voltage?
i have a cloupor mini now and i get very little control over my wattage when using my atlantis tank @ .5ohm
No it doesn't buck just has PWM & DC-DC (Pseudo Mech) modes. The problem with the Cloupor mini is that it fires your 0.5 ohm coil at 3.6V, doesn't matter if it is at 7W, 10W or 20W, that is why you get very little control.

The Sigelei mini doesn't have this problem and a lot of users have switched over from the Cloupor to use them with the STM and Atlantis.

So I just received my Sigelei Mini 30W from myvaporstore.com yesterday, and my first impressions are this is a nicely built box that looks great! I already have a Smok xPro m50 from MVS, but I wanted something that would match my Sig 100w in silver, so I ordered a silver mini. I didn't realize it came with a silicone cover, which fits the device perfectly, and is just snug enough to stay on the device without being difficult to remove for manual battery changes. It has a magnetic battery door on the side of the device, and a micro usb charger on the bottom (my only complaint so far, why not on the side?!).

The device functions very well, fires immediately on pressing the button, and adjusts easily. It has 5 memory settings to store desired wattages, which I don't think is necessary on a 30w device but others may find useful for using different toppers. It also has DC-DC mode to turn the regulated box into a mech box - another feature I won't be using, at least anytime soon, as my ideal range is 0.5 - 1 ohm, however others may find this to be a huge selling point.

The device is just a bit bigger than my m50, but it feels great in the hand especially with the silicone cover on it. The buttons are responsive without being too clicky, and are still easy to press with the silicone cover on. Overall a great device imho, and my new go-to mobile vape alongside the m50 (leaving the Sig 100 at home from now on).

Yeah thats normal. Ive only done it a couple times but I think the lightning bolt just goes away when its done. It seems to charge alot faster than both my Nitecore D2 and Xtar MC2 chargers as well which both take a good 4-5 hours to charge my batteries.

The Mini and the FeV V3 are a great match.

As well as the Mini and the NextGen

Oh yes, that is sweet looking.. Which do you fine better for you, Pwm or DC-DC mode? I'm still playing with finding
My best setting but higher wattage in both seem to have a burnt taste. Right now 18.5W is best with my high VG juice.

I haven't really played any with the DC-DC mode and left it in PWM. I pop so many different devices off and on it.
All my devices are rebuildable. The FeV has a 0.9 ohm coil of 26g in it right now and I run it at 20W. The NextGen has a 0.5 ohm 26g in it and I run it 20W that picture was with a different coil which is why it's at 15W. The FeV could go higher if I changed the feeder wicks to a larger bore but I don't need to.

The Silverplay I have has a dual 0.5 26g coil in it and I run it at 30W but it usually lives on my IPV2s.

Most of my juice is also MaxVG and if it is not wicking right you will get dry burnt hits. Check out any of the Subtank threads and see what the best ratio is.

Just because it goes to 30 doesn't mean you have to run it there, my KFL+ I run at 12.5W on it all day long. ;)

Thanks TrollDragon,

It may be the stock coil. I've not used a stock coil in so long I can even remember what or when.
My orchid has a dual 26g running around 0.4+ and its awesome on the mini. Once I put my own build
In the kanger it bet that changes the burnt taste issue.

Sure don't care for the drip tip on the kanger stm but the Sigelei mini is a great little mod.
Feels great in the hand, all my drippers and rta's fit it and work. The mod feels well built
And looks well built. Time will tell but for now I'm very pleased with my first Sigelei.

Also, when charging via USB all 3 of mine charge up to 4.12v to 4.13v then it's done charging, I know it's done cause I have a Portapow USB Power Monitor V2 ( I got off of Amazon) that I plug in my USB port ( so I can keep track of the Volts, Amps, and even Watts coming out of the USB port and into whatever it is that I'm charging) and plug my mini 30 into that and when it's done charging the Portapow reads 0.00A and 0.00W going into my Sig mini 30. I've checked the batteries with a DMM after it's done and all 3 are consistent. My Sigelei 50 Vr2 USB by comparison will charge up to 4.20v to 4.21v and the green LED comes on when it's finished charging and my Portapow is reading 0.00A and 0.00W going from the USB port into my Sig 50. So the YiHi SX130 V1.5 boards in the mini 30 are a bit easier on the batteries when charging than the SX330 v1.4 boards of the Vr2 50 watt are I guess. Thought that a bit curious. Thats the only way I know of to know that it's done charging, at least for me.
