I would love to protect my Billet Boxes. Nobody likes scratches and scraps. Would be nice to see more things made to accompany the BB. This was my gift last year a nice leather vaping wallet.

I have a few different cases that I use when I take a BB out and about but I like the raw feel of the actual box. It's the perfect size. Some ideas

The atmistique case BilletSack

This little ego case is a perfect fit
$3.17 PU Leather Zipper Case w/ String for E-Cigarette - inner size: 125mm*64mm*24mm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Some of the soft velvet bags also fit (I have these)
$1.49 Protective Double-Layer Lint Pouch for Electronic Cigarettes - 128*78mm / w/ carabiner clip at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Although "DD" mentioned to "Me" that he especially designed the Billet Box to be carried around and Dropped/Beaten up . . . I too fully want to keep it as pristine as when it arrived . . . AND - On that note: have "You" checked out "Diabetic" supply cases too . . . I actually found a brand new Case Logic one available at a second-hand store for only $2.50 (that originally cost $20) . . . BTW: As Ya' can see "You" can take extra's with "You" too . . . It can be found on Amazon:

There are a lot more out there which might suit "Your" NEEDS better this was just an example . . . ;)

IT'S HERE! @Debadoo , the color reminds me of the sand at Cocoa Beach, FL. It is truly a hard color to describe. Certainly not dirt brown, more of a dark antique gold/bronze. I'm running it with the Billet Bridge, 1.8 ohm coils and a 50/50 juice.
1st impressions:
(1) I DESPISE the tank that is shipped with the BB. I was going to order a Boro tank, but they were out of stock when I placed my order.
(2) The button has a smooth, easy throw. I'm going to try it for a couple of days as-is.
(3) I never thought I would find something that I liked better than my Provaris & Prometeys. But this is the tops.
(4) I wish I would've put the $90 bucks I paid for my Kabuki towards a BB. I don't think the 'buki will get much more use.
(5) This will not be my last BB!

If anyone is reading this and is wondering whether to get the clone to see how you like the BB, forget it. Just put that $50-60 towards the authentic. As someone who has now used both, there is NO comparison.

Woo hoo! Congratulations, Mommay! That's a beauty, and your tip sets it off, perfectly! BBs are something wonderful, aren't they? I love my P3s, but the BB has a special place in my heart. Top billing :)

I, too, despised the delrin tank when I got my first BB, and used Boros exclusively. Just recently, I started using a delrin; I was too lazy to fiddle with getting the cover off of a new Boro . If you watch DD's video on filling, and if you use a juice that has some color to it, the delrin is a good little tank. (If you don't watch that vid, and are as inept as I, it's a whole different story -- but then, few people are as inept as I! :))

My friend bought a BB clone off of eBay and I can confirm that it does not even come close to the BB, he will be buying the real deal and using the clone for target practice!

Thanks for 'splaining Krisma! Makes more sense now! :)
I agree!! Thanks so much xx!! I'd never heard of some of those things.

nice!

I'd actually wondered if this one would fit another mod I have, so thanks! If it fits the BB I know it would fit the other one, and also good to know it fits the BB. Have been wanting something I could rig to hang around my neck at times. I'm not much of a sewer, but I can tie knots hehehe

Wahoooooo!! Welcome to the BB family! so glad you're loving it!! Love that DT, that is a fantastic match. For those interested that photo looks a bit more coppery than it actually is, but I'm glad you saw sort of a bronzy aspect too, cuz that's how I described it as well. Not totally bronze, definitely a light to med brown, but sort of a bronzy tint to it maybe.

but then, few people are as inept as I! :))
As we've all seen I can surely give you a run for your money!!! :p

Well the truck is back on the road again. They went through the truck front to back making sure everything was tightened and realigned so I think we should be good to go again "Hopefully". Now I'm back to seeing about saving again so I'm able to get couple pairs of batteries and maybe a Uno to use in the Billet Box.

whats an uno btw?i did get my 2 new bridges for the lil lady.waitin on my piebald...er wifes piebald.early Christmas for her this year!

Both the billet box and the rail box have the tank inside the actual device, where as with the cerotank and the nautilus the tank sits atop the device. If you compare the coils used then, DP was comparing the aspire BVC non nautilus coils in the BB to using the same aspire coils in the cerotank.

Being the same coils they should taste and act the same........ But they don't. Having the tank enclosed in the device changes something, personally I think it's the the combination of less light and a directed air intake and a different air pressure.

The same could be said for the aspire nautilus coils. Inside the rail box or atop in the nautilus tank. Same coils different taste.
Thanks, XX!!!!!!! [emoji4]

So, I'm NOT crazy? Well, you know what I mean.

Hey Bush. You've seen Pacheco's marvelous work, yes?

Mine are pretty dinged up, but I kinda like them like that. Nothing TOO crazy, of course.

No you are not crazy. hubby who is a pretty simple vaper has actually snaffled my RPG for one of his eliquids that is substantially different. It's a jagerbomb eliquid and for some reason it calms the cherry and lifts the anise.

Just because you are all friends I am not too pleased that he has discovered my billet boxes. He keeps looking at them and I am being super precious about the other two. I tried to give him a clone but he doesn't want one. Only a genuine one (mine :( )

I am seriously hoping it's just a passing faze because it is quite difficult for me to get new BB plus the Aussie dollar is very low.
didn't know that bout the Aussie dollar, but had forgotten about your difficulties getting the BB's. So jup, hide em and dare him to look for em! lol

Congrats, Mommay, and it's always nice to see further validation to what many of us inherently believe (plus XX's previous input); that there is no comparison.

Just FYI that the boro tanks are usually plentiful each weekend, and are even available now (before the boxes are up for sale today). If you get one though, don't throw that delrin tank away since some boros have been known to break (they are made of glass, after all).

And out of curiosity, what makes you despise it so? Ironically, for me it's one of features that I like most (durable, quick & simply to use).

The Uno is a rebuildable atty by Bret Fels (Ohman), and is getting very good reviews. I'm not a rebuildable guy, but I can tell you that Bret makes nothing but TOP quality stuff. His hybrid drip-tips (one-piece tip & screw, all titanium) are my hands-down favorites. I rarely use any other tips on my BB's these days.

Here is what he posted (verbatim) in the order form he setup in Google Docs, if it's of any value to you:
"UNO is a rebuildable 9 mm rba, its a simple design that makes for easy builds, made from implant grade titanium flavor will always be best possible.. I built this RDA with cotton in mind BUT that doesn't mean you cant use any medium you wish, I find good results with other options.. This is carto size in dimensions and is proprietary to the billet box... any billet box tank will work. The build is straight forward with horizontal coil orientation."

I hope this helps, Rick.

He's an ECF member ("Ohman") but is most active on Facebook. Do you have a FB account, by any chance?

Another of my favorite aspects of the BB is that it fits into pretty much any pants pocket comfortably, even jeans. Cases and holsters? I'm sure they're fine, but they're not for me.

A few nicks, a few scratches - gives them character. And it proves that they are built to take the heat (which they most certainly ARE). There are always JWraps too, but I only use those on my raw one, which now sits comfortably on its porch while the youngsters do the heavy work.

Them young whipper-snappers with their AN-o-dized finishes, and what not. When it was a kid. BB's worked in the RAW. ;)
