I lift, but this was self defense. Not going to get into details. I've had sports related injuries since like age 22. My left knee is totally screwed from baseball along with a few torn muscles back in the day. My worst injury came from deadlifts. It happened like 3&1/2 years ago, I was doing 5-6 sets of 8 reps 315 pounds easy, one day I decided to go for 405, form was perfect, had a belt on, but my body just wasn't ready for sets of it. My second set of 8 I just felt something give and I almost herniated my L5. It still gives me problems with heavy lifting sometimes, because it's still bulged. No matter how much rest I give my back it always comes back.Have you been doing to many press-ups? what do you think led to it?
i use to do plastering and i ended up getting tennis elbow, couldnt even lift my cans of lager onto the counter in the supermarket it was that bad... i got sent for an injection, i cant spell the word of the stuff they injected but i can say it lol its a kind of steroid but isnt as far as im aware But it never came back since then
now that ive stopped running up and down ladders plastering or jumping off high platforms ive picked up knee problems, hurts so bad when my knee is bent i have trouble driving to far with it, gotta keep it straight mostly and coming down the stairs in the morning hurts bad hahaha
And yeah I had insulator problems with 2 Sapors, and I must have been something terrible in a past life. Just spoke with the guys over at Kennedy vapor, they're gonna fix it. It's press fit into the deck, I don't want to risk permanently damaging it.
But hey, you can't really compare a $25 atty to a $110 atty. Especially when it comes down to customer service. I accidently broke my hobo's center pin, DM'ed a picture of it to Hoberto on Instagram on a Friday and t he following Monday I had a new center pin in my mailbox. I hope the guys over at Kennedy are just as good service wise and maybe they'll toss in the redone center post from the ruby mod. It's got a much bigger post hole.
Edit: @CrazyChef it's high treason to reveal the methodology behind those coils....I could be killed for giving the secret away! I did install them in my Twisted Messes though...it hurt really bad to get them in but I have a sprain in my wrist, not a tear or a break, so I'm just taking a break from building & coiling up wire, not installing coils.
Since I won't give away how yet, I'll give away the specs: 3x26g, 32g,36g
