It looks good to me especially for sitting on a smaller c-frame mod. Makes it low profile and easily transportable(which is a plus to me). Easy to build and wick and superb flavor is my first choices in an rta so I'm a go to trying it. Looking also at the siegeli moonshot which is about $50 and also supposedly an awesome flavor tank. Another is the Advocado 24 about to come out, and great for larger coils. Alot going on these days, which gives us more choices. But the pocket book may suffer more, should you want to try them all.. Like me.

Juice control is for closing off to fill in my view. Since it is a top fill and has a very large juice channel it shouldn't be a problem. It will wick smoothly and with a large air hole should cool very quickly. That's my take on the juice control being absent. The fact it is very easy to fill with recessed juice fill slots. I would think it easy peasy to keep vaping. Single coil with large juice channel and air flow makes it a winner in my mind. But waiting for it to arrive still before I completely have a conclusion. Just my view.

I love the original Serpent RTA, for the flavor, ease of build, and airflow. I dislike the design of the JFC because mine has always been loose. Once it connects with the threading it's fine, but if the deck is removed, the barrel moved loosely up and down as well as side to side. I also found that to have the least issues with removal of build deck, you must completely open the JFC so that the threads don't catch and cause issues using the JFC later on. For these reasons, I had no choice but to get wicking down to where I get no leaks or dry hits. I literally just got 2 Serpent minis in the mail minutes ago and I opened one up to test airflow. I'd say it's about 25% more restrictive than the smooth flowing original. So word of advice for anyone looking into the mini, compact, yes, but as smooth hitting as original, no.

At the same time, if leaking while filling is what you're worried about, but are looking for something closer to MTL or a restrictive lung hit then the Mini should be something to look into. Wotofo made it exceptionally easy to build and wick. Once you get wicking down then there should be very little issues with leaks.

Interesting to hear..i like some restriction on air flow. However if it's too restricted I probaly won't like it. My lungs aren't the best after smoking cigs too long, so I can't take too long of a warm vape. But I do enjoy a good amount of vapor that's thick and heavy. I was hopeing for a single coil(shorty) that was designed very well that can do both(flavor#1 thick vapor#2). Thanks much for the info.

Nice to hear. I don't have one yet, but have plans to getting a few. If it's wicking only that's touchy, I may be okay. Thanks

The Mini should give you what you're looking for then. I enjoy the wide open smooth draw from the original so the 25% restriction caught me off guard. However, I don't mind a little restriction either. I will get a few builds in and share my two cents later.

Not the best picture, but here's a side by side comparison of the airflow.

So the slots look the same width but the original is a longer slot .. I'm guessing. Narrow slots seem to have more adjustment for restriction I'm thinking. May be better for drawing vapor up thru chimney. Wider being more airy in my thinking, but would like to hear if I have that correct. Only 1 year into vaping so may be missing something.

I think this Serpent Mini looks Pretty Cool.

I will go for a Shorter Tank over JFC any day of the Week. Seems like the Trend is for Bigger and Bigger Tanks.

Nice to so something More Compact for a change.
Zoids has a good point. There are alot of larger tanks being the trend. But I've noticed the small mods are getting alot of looks

For Me, I just don't need a 6ml Tank that is 70mm Long to Hop in the car and drive to the Post Office or to Run Errands. And there are Plenty of other Tanks out there if one wants one that holds More e-Liquid. Or if someone like JFC.

Something like this Serpent Mini on an iStick TC40w looks like it might be a Good Combo for on On-the-Go setup.

I'll know soon because mine shipped a couple of Hours ago from Eciggity. So I should have it (Hopefully) by the End of the Week.

Me to. I'm using my small mods with 3ml tanks more and more. Infact I have 3 setup at home that I'm using. All with the Advocado 22.i don't use the Griffin's 22 that much as the advocado's seem to have better flavor for me.
