With this type of customer service their next mod and the one after that better be as unique and as beautiful as the Xvostick!

Welp, pokes, I can certainly understand the Plume Boy's irritation with the customer service....... and sorrowfully, we could add even MORE to that litany of complaints...... which now has reached the 4 month mark.

I saw that on Plumes last night and went back to find the other two reviews. Sounds like a real nightmare. I wish I would have seen that before I made my purchase.

I'll wait three weeks and if I don't have tracking I will cancel my order.

Damn shame, it's a real nice mod.

Sadly, Kat speaks the truth. I've been sitting on it, but our adventure actually isn't quite over.

And yes, it's a serious shame, because the mod might be 2nd to none if not for the CS issues.

Which is even more of a shame because after using the clone for a bit, the differences are quite noticeable (at least to me).

This mod SHOULD be a slam-dunk. Just a bit of CS etiquette would make it so too.

But, as stated previously, it's not my company....

You know sum'n? Once all the issues are ironed out, we're all left with what might just be THE Topless Mod of the year. It truly is a shame that Mini can't get their act together for CS.

Am I happy with them (Mini)? No, in truth, I'm pretty much closer to boil than simmer.

I can NOT, with any good conscience, recommend anyone to buy from them at this point. I'm very grateful that we at least have VapinArt, and I would say that they are the preferred choice.

And, tho I have not done so, I'm VERY tempted to send that video to Mini.

I guess I can only best sum it up this way:

1. I'm THRILLED that I've got mine.
2. I could NEVER recommend that someone buys one.

Get the clone. Heck - give two or three of them (in case they carp out). You'll still be well in the plus column, and you'll have the form factor, if that's as valuable to you as it is to me.

Not the same vape, nor the same feel/experience/etc., but nowhere near the aggravation either. And that's worth something. It's worth a LOT, actually.

+1 on getting a clownstick. For the price, they're really ok. One can't expect the precision of the authie, but I'd say go for the clownstick.
