And just as a FYI, a lurking non ECF member had the same problem as Kate and me, and raising the plate didn't work. :-(
It's his 2nd Xvo, so it's not a question of lacking experience. Both were purchased from VA, so he has the advantage of the return option.
But since I've been directing folks there, I wanted to make sure people knew that the issue can occur with their inventory too.

My Red Stick came I. Today and all I can say is Wow. It's solid and tiny, way better than what I was expecting.

You made it. Good to see you, Motzell, but I obviously wish the circumstances were better for you.
I think many will be interested to hear how well VA's return process works for you. It might actually be a deciding factor in someone's decision whether or not to invest in a Xvo.
If you wouldn't mind, that is.

And you've tried multiple tanks, correct?
If so, were they all stock coils, or were any RBA (RDA, etc)?
