Boy Gil I really feel for ya every day and constant beaming of good will and healing.

I haven't had a near amputation, except for "amputations" internally and on purpose (and a few external pre-cancer spots) but I've had a couple of serious foot injuries; one squashed toes from horse stomp on bare foot and other lots of torn ligaments and tendons from one snap, that put me in casts for six months, and worst part couldn't drive as was R foot. (same side as smushed and most other injuries) Those and other injuries really remind me to be so thankful for working, healthy body parts, even if they "complain" now days.

I don't have the words to express how thrilled I am to see your progress.

I had a minor mishap three weeks ago when a heavy trash bin sliced into my Achilles (heel) area. Yesterday was three weeks with a scab over area which is something new to me as most scabs fall off within days. Such a minor injury and I'm still freaked about it. Again, I'm really thankful for every single body part/function that is functional, and even if they sometimes aren't fully functional. Gotta love modern medicine (and electricity). (and duct tape and WD-40)

Love you, Feisty Alice
