I use 28g K A1, 4.5-5 wraps around an 18g luer. If that's not what you mean when you ask about specs, I'm embarrassed LOLOL.
I never tried so few wraps, makes me think less surface area = less vapor; more heat = less vapor more smoke (bite my tongue) like vapor. I figure if the cloud hangs in the air it's either very humid or real smoke (bite my tongue). I like to stare into space and puff, puff, puff away

Hmmm... it should. It's 14mm in diameter - fits in both the regular mini/grand cups and the cups used in the last run of woodies (including the 14500 mini). That said, not sure if a different cup was used in older runs of the mini woody and I've not seen a 14500 metal mini in the flesh.

Got it.
My milled RM2 fits both fine, never measured the diameter of a milled RM2 not sure if it's less than 14mm?

The 14500 mini had a smaller catch cup than the 18490 and is the reason why when the new Reomizer, (RM2), was released Rob started milling them down smaller to fit both because the 14500 was smaller and people wanted the newer RM2 to replace the old Reomizer.. If you look at a pic of the RM2 in a 14500 and 18490 you can see that the RM2 has more clearance in the 18490. Here are the dimensions...

Mini 14500:
=====
Height: 3-1/8" including catch cup
Width: 1-1/2"
Depth: 3/4"
ID of Catch Cup: ~33/64"
Weight: 4.2oz fully loaded
Uses 3ml bottle & 1 AW IMR 14500 Battery

Mini 2.1 18490:
=====
Height: 3-1/8" including catch cup
Width: 1-5/8”
Depth: 7/8”
ID of catch cup: ~3/5" I think this is actually supposed to be 35/64" but just hasn't been updated...
Weight: 4.9 oz fully loaded
Uses 3ml bottle & 1 AW IMR 18490 Battery

Mini 2.0 18490:
=====
Height: 3-1/8" including catch cup
Width: 1-5/8”
Depth: 7/8”
ID of catch cup: ~35/64"
Weight: 4.9 oz fully loaded
Uses 3ml bottle & 1 AW IMR 18490 Battery

yes I understand as I went thru the process when I got my milled RM2 . Im using it on the minis now. My question, is the diameter of the milled RM2 smaller than the RM3? if so then i couldn't use a RM3, if they are the same then I'm good to go!

This is awesome news! I was looking at purchasing an RM3! Somewhat ashamed to say it....but I have never built a dual coil....any tips on building or specific videos?

not really, just make sure both are even, and i like the second coil to have quite a long tail on the positive to make feeding it into a hole that already has one wire easier

I have been struggling getting solid flavor from my RM2....any thoughts? I have 26 gauge kanthal at my disposal right now.
What Is your current build? I have found my sweet spot with rm2 at .9 ohms. Coil positioning is super critical with the small attys. Also I found diluting juice with unflavored actually increased my flavor.

Sorry, I wrote my original message incorrectly. I have been struggling getting flavor from my RM3, not the RM2. My RM2 is outstanding, I am using it at .41ohms right now, and it's awesome.

The current coils I have for my RM3 is a .51 ohm dual coil. The flavor just doesn't seem to be there.

I've had excellent flavour out of the RM3 using the same guidelines as the RM2 - coil at as close to the outer edge as possible and right at the air holes. Like the RM2, a mm position change can make a lot of difference. Also, I find that identical coils - resistance, placement, and leg length - is a factor. If they fire asymmetrically, it can throw off the vape.

Do bad things happen if my coil actually touches the metal of the top cap on my RDA?

There are two red O rings on the bottom of the RM3. When I got it the top of the two wasn't lined up quite properly when it was put together so it is getting all kinds of tore up. Any idea the size of the O ring on it so I can replace it?
