Well you asked for it and now my head hurts. 8-o
One way to Mod The MadVapes Flashlight
Step one:
remove the front cap and pop out the light. With a soldering iron touch the solder on the back side of the lights holder while pulling on the light. It should come right out.
I then cut the lights holder tube in half so I knew it wouldn`t ground to the inside of the atty connection. I then striped some wire and doubled it with a twisting action together. Then soldered it to the inside positive connection of the atty connector. then stick the atty connection back together. See diagram for atty wire reference. You only need the positive connection

Now you should have the atty connection assembled with the wire coming from the center. Stick the wire in the lights tube and out the hole from where they had it soldered..
Now to be sure it doesn't touch the sides of the atty I used a piece of tire off a kids toy. You might try electrical tape doubling it up or however many times it takes to fill the space around the lights tube to keep it solidly centered in the center of the atty connector. The lights tube should be sticking out farther then the atty connectors side walls. It must contact the center post of the battery without the atty connection touching it.
Pull the wire tight as you insert the tape and center tube into the atty connection. Then solder the wire while it is tight. Once soldered you can cut it off at the solder point. The whole piece should be pretty solid feeling now.

Step 2:
To place the atty connection into the flashlights front cap I used the two plastic pieces off a cheap jump rope. These pieces matched the atty and lens hole perfectly. They can be found in the handle of a jump rope. They need to be cut just short enough to hold the atty connection in there while remembering the ground copper will be grounding on the outside of the atty connection.
See Picture:
Connect the atty connection to the two pieces of plastic I used super glue.
See Picture
Then super glue it in the end cap

Step 3:
I found the actual button on the flashlight worked but not easy enough. I extended the copper strip inside a tad to make it better.
See Picture:
So you can see the longer copper strip in flashlight body
See pic:
Now it takes a TR10440 600mAh 3.7V Batterry inserted neg. end first put all together and should be good to go. Just pay attention to the atty while screwing it together being sure it works correctly. Good luck and hope I was able to help. Sounds bad reading it here but it`s really not all that bad.
All these pic`s are in this album sorry for the poor picture quality. If I get another flashlight like this I will do a complete picture step by step then. I just couldn`t make myself tear apart my atty connector but did pop the plastic and all out for these pics.
