I keep mine just to remind me that I was slowly killing myself.
I keep mine in my sig just so people will think all I have is crappy gear.

Reading through this entire thread when I should b e sleeping. 
People saying they quit smoking, "by accident", then declaring that cigarets smell "horrible", and how they can't stand the smell of them now and love vaping so much more.
Personally, I love the smell of a good cig and I probably always will. I just don't want to be a smoker, with all the negatives that go with that.

The not so warm welcome many people give to vapers who have never has a cigarette habit
There's so many that I'm just going to say MY personal pet peeves, even though they've already been listed.
1) Scalpers, mod flippers and any other jerk out there that buys a hard to get device and sells it for twice what they paid or putting it up "FT will not sell" without even removing it from the container it arrived in.
2) Modders that sell devices that have like a 1volt voltage drop yet will do absolutely NOTHING to fix it even after they've taken three digits of your money.
3) Forgetting to charge batts/ or forgetting to grab a fresh batt on my way to work and having a weak vape after a few hours for the rest of the day until you can get home, where SURPRISE! Somehow not only did you forget to take a fresh battery to work, but you still somehow forgot to charge one too, so even when you get home you STILL don't have a fresh battery!
4) People who own 4 Caravelas, 5 Chi You's, 8 GG's, 20 high end RBA's, and a whole slew of other nice gear who call you down for complaining about not being able to get the mod you want. Oh yeah! You think it's great that US customers can only get a Chi You from Vape Rev do you? Well that's great considering you almost have one for every day of the week!
5) People that smoke that constantly feel the need to tell me how dangerous they think my vaping habit is. "Dude you really have no idea what they're putting in there, or what kind of metal it is your breathing! That stuff was made in some factory, who knows what you're putting in your body!" Oh yeah, I know all the chemicals I'm breathing in. All three of them. BTW, your cig reeks bro..."
6) People who think that the Provari is the top of the totem poll, and there's nothing else that can compare. Sorry to burst your bubble there, but I'll keep puffing my GG+Penelope at .8Ω and disagree with you there! (NOT dissing the Provari, I love it, it's a great device. I miss mine and would replace it if I could afford to mine I lost in my house fire but I wouldn't use it nearly enough to justify doing so)

Ahahaha, I actually love hearing that because I re-coil/re-wick my own attys and mix my own juice from USP-grade ingredients using sterile medical and lab equipment. I don't even flavor it. I just use a solution composed of pure menthol crystals and everclear. I even test my nic base and make precise measurements with 1ml syringes, meaning I can even give accurate percentages for each ingredient. So, it's actually not even an exaggeration for me to say that I know EXACTLY what is and is not in my vape. It's these people making such assertions who don't have a clue what I'm vaping on. I don't bother explaining that, though. I just ask them if they know what's in their cigarettes or how they are manufactured.
My current annoyance is cheap 808 usb chargers with interior connections so loose they short your battery. I was screwing one on today and I guess the angle wasn't quite right, because the battery expressed its disdain for my handling of it by tossing a poof of smoke at me. Good thing I have backups!

Yep, SAME HERE! All I use right now is a Penelope or a Kayfun mini 2.1. With both I use only silica. And also the same, I only vape unflavored DIY, roughly 2-4mg these days. THAT'S IT! Yet, some smokers actually have the walnuts to tell ME that I don't know what I'm putting in my body. Yeah right! I rebuild EVERYTHING I vape myself, with materials I sourced myself! Oh yeah guess what, I only vape DIY eliquid I make myself and don't even vape any flavors (by far the most risky part of eliquid), yet you DARE stand there smoking a cigarette and try to tell me that I don't know what I'm putting into my body? Hahahahaha. OK sure!

Oh I enjoy flavors as well, I didn't mean I don't EVER vape flavored eliquid anymore, because I do every once in a while. And it's not that I don't vape flavors because I think it's a health risk, I just really enjoy unflavored eliquid off good silica, and certain flavors tend to gunk up my Penelope quicker than other RBA's I've used as well. Unflavored is a very refreshing, light sweet (almost a flavor in itself) kind of deal that unlike certain juices you never really feel "Eck, that's too much I can't vape this anymore for a while".
I would probably vape unflavored most of the time too, but every time I check, it's always out of stock...
...Naturally, I'm referring to unflavored WTA e-liquid.
