#no idea what it is now) Being able to detect when I'm stressed (physically or mentally) before I even realize it. When I start getting freaky...my vape goes all wonky. I start flooding atties and cartomizers. Things start tasting "off", stuff just goes WRONG. When I start noticing that every atomizer/cartomizer I'm trying is "messed up"...that means I'M messed up and not the equipment. Time for me to back down...take a nap, eat something, chill. Drink a LOT of water. Breathe. And just keep trying...but keep CALM!

27. My sister-in-law won't steal my cigarettes any more

Ha! That's true.

I've got a schizophrenic friend. Lovely guy, but schizophrenics often self-medicate with nicotine, and he doesn't have a job. So if we go to the pub he self-medicates with my painfully expensive B&H Golds...

:-(

31) Someone staggers up to me wanting to bum a cigarette, and I tell them I don't smoke!
32) Co workers come right up to me, smack dab in the middle of dinner rush wanting me to watch their section while they go out for a ...., I look at them sideways and tell them "You might want to invest in an NJoy or Blu disposable so you can excuse yourself to the bathroom and take a couple of puffs." Followed by "Dont let management catch you!"

# pick a number, any number -
* Being able to keep my promise to my husband that I wouldn't smoke in the new car (after he lost his in Hurricane Sandy, he took the older car and I got the new(er) one!) :D
* The fact that he is supportive enough that when I had a major equipment failure, all at once, he moved heaven and earth to get me a new setup - including driving an hour and a half to a vendor who let us do a pick up. Anything to keep the cigs away.
* The relief on my 13 y/o's face, who knows way more about the dangers of smoking then I did at 13. I hated that this upset him, yet I couldn't stop smoking.

-- No more burn holes in my jacket
-- I don't have to go outside to smoke during Wisconsin's crazy winters.
-- My car doesn't reek anymore, and I don't have to crack the window in the winter.
-- No more ash or butts flying back into my car when I have all my windows open in summer
-- When I vape before class, and my class mates wonder who is eating vanilla ice cream.
-- I can go up stairs without getting out of breath or lightheaded.

I could go on and on.

47) ish... Feeling of satisfaction the first time you build an atomiser that works. And realise that it actually isn't that hard at all (well... no doubt depends on the model and resistance, but hey), and is actually quite good fun. Although there was quite a lot of swearing.

---

In a way, we're letting the tobacco companies win if we don't even hit 100.

Just sayin... :)

Not really. Can you think of 48 benefits of smoking?

48. For those inclined, vaping can make a great hobby! From DIY joose to rebuilding your lil' face off, to heading to cons just to meet other vapers and snag some new toys, it's just great!

After 4 1/2 years of vaping and on April 14th, four years analog free, I could probably come up with a hundred on my own.

But here are a few that I did not see mentioned and are kinda on the "lightbulb ! did think of that" realm:

51. My husband and I are bass fisherman and still fish a few tournaments, and we no longer have to stop or slow the boat to light up.

52, Brother says he is so glad to NOT have to stop his Harley, pull his face guard up and smoke when on a road trip. He keeps his PV in one of the drink holders and takes a vape when he wants.

53. 17 yr old cat is cuddly after I quit cigs.

54. Hubby and I can plan trips to places we would not have even considered before. Bed and Breakfasts, Train ride trips. Long plane trips.

55. No more needing to keep nice clothes covered in the closet due to heavy smoke in the room. Now my Bavarian Cream is like sachet to my linens and clothes.

56. We can actually go out to dinner with groups of non-smoking friends and not feel out of place when we have to go outside for a smoke. They are all so supportive of our vaping.

57. No more accidental burns on carpet, furniture, car upholstery, or SELF !

There are so so many more.

Will check back later and see what the number is and see if I can think of some more. Vaping has not YET given this 60 yearr old woman a 30 year old girl's mind !
