100%vg water ratio?

Hey all, I wanted to try an all VG mix to see if it helps with my heartburn but I'm not sure at what rate to add the distelled water, I have no interest in using vodka just vg/nic/water/flavor, tks.

Most flavors are PG based, your Nic can be PG or VG based or a combination of the two. I usually shoot for 20-25% PG based ingredients + Distilled Water which leaves 75-80 VG.

Edit Basically it's to thin the mix out for better wicking. You can aim for 85% VG and add more DW if your atty isn't wicking properly
