1st snuss order HELP Please Read (and why)

Here is what I ordered for a first time order.
I have used skoal,cope,timberwolf...etc before.
my hope is to keep a more level Blood content of nicotine, rather than the ups and downs that vaping cause's me....
I.E. @ 36mg liquid, I constantly have the PV stuffed in my mouth.
I have started smoking a couple 3-5 cigarettes again(makes me angry @ myself).
Heck to be straight I started to notice, in the mornings, that I started to dwell on bad thing s (like loosing my Dad , and Mom)....
I also couldn't get my thoughts together very well, it was like I couldn't get my thought to make a conection with my mouth.
Also the feeling that I wasn't as sure of a decision when I was making it.????? WTA, I hope.

Tattooer, I can't help you much as everything on your list would surely kill me, but I would like to offer a word of caution. This is some very powerful snus you're getting. I have no idea what your need for and your tolerance of nicotine are, but go easy at first. The extra sterk stuff is indeed extra strong, as the name implies. If at any moment you start to feel dizzy or your heart begins to race, take it out of your mouth and give yourself a break. Put the unused portion in the handy little storage space on top of the can--you can always finish it later; snus is forgiving.

I use only mini white portions, they are 4-6 mg, with the exception of the Thunder Frost Minis, which are 8 mg, and those I reserve for special intervention.

    Tattooer, that looks like a pretty good mix of snus to me. Like Katya said, you have some pretty strong ones in there so I would just be careful starting out. I graduated from mini mints to 8mg regular portions and now throw in some of the stronger ones. I have fallen into a routine where I use a thunder berry(16mg) for my first portion in the morning and a grovsnus black(12mg) after lunch and use 8mg portions the rest of the day. Other than the grovsnus, the only other one that comes to mind right away that I don't see on your list is the general mint regular portion. However I don't know if you are a mint fan or not. As far as slipping back to smoking some, don't kill yourself over it. I think we have all been there. Hell sometimes I still have one in the morning when I first get up. I have given up on feeling guilty about it. I know you have probably heard it many times but focus more on how many you are not smoking. Just hang in there and feel free to talk about things. You will not be judged in the smokeless forum. We will try to help or give advice if we can but we do not judge others.
