This is not a useful post.

the OP has noted he is 150 days into vaping already, i think he knows more about what he is doing than you think. He likes to vape a LOT. There is no right and wrong way to vape.

He has already stated that he is satisfied with his nic level, and perceived no difference in satisfaction at a higher level.

Sheesh, does anyone read people's posts before they answer?

Seems like Tanks with cartos to often consume more juice, there have been a few other people including a pal of mine who vape 30ml a day.

In which case I do suggest DIY ejuice, at least in part, as it can quickly become expensive. :)\

GL with your journey Vagabond!

If they were truly satisfied and had no problems with vaping that much, they wouldn't have posted the question if they were over doing it.

You still DIY one bottle at a time?

Night before last I mixed up a good half a liter of juice in multiple flavors. I should be good for several months. :)

depends,,,,,,if I'm steeping, I make several bottles,,,,if it's a no steep juice (like my favorite Juicy Peach) I just whip up a bottle in 3 minutes,,,,don't even need gloves since I vape 0 nic.

I do recommend DIY,,,,,,,,much cheaper.

Now I love my own juices more than I loved the bought juices,,,,,,,,

and one 30ml bottle costs me a buck.

I really need to get on the bandwagon with DIY juices, my main ADV is vanilla and having searched the threads here and other places and have seen that its a tough one to nail the flavor on. that alone would save 360 mills a month off my juice orders. I do plan on ordering a gallon of VG but the best price I found was $18 with 20 shipping out of FL , I'm not into paying that much shipped. I do have a few quarts of VG from MBV that I have toyed with. But I do find I Love some specific favors from certain vendors - Virgin Vapor's caramel kona milkshake, Epic's Bigstick, Ben Johnson's jamanji, and they don't sell in larger than 30 mill bottles and seem a chore to re-engineer flavor wise

the problem is one of several, really. for consumption is it in the ball park or have I jumped the tracks into some unhealthy obsession?
the economy question is, given that I was spending $400 / month on analogs I don't have too much issue spending that on vaping, but with that has come the balance of supplies that needed to vape, and the seeming endless wish list of things I want to vape with.
I admit I have 4 shipments stuck at FT in the HK post delay. and have received 8 shipments from US vendors this month (I hope sixsix isn't reading this, he's my idol :p ) I guess I was trying to see if the ratio of juice to equipment was in the average range?
I assume the buying of equipment will diminish with time, you can only really have so many toys. but juice consumption would remain the same...

Honestly to me it seems like your vaping habit is more on the psychological side (the oral fixation part of smoking) than the actual addiction to nicotine side. I suspect that if you were to go to a much higher nicotine juice so you didn't have to vape as much you might still feel like you WANT to vape that much & vaping 24 mg as often as you are currently wouldn't be good for you.

If you are thinking you'd like to cut back on the amount (meaning the amount of puffs) you're vaping then I'd increase your nicotine a lot higher than what you're using now. But if you LIKE vaping as often as you are then you would probably do best to keep it lower. I don't think there's anything wrong with the amount you're doing considering the nic level is quite low though. I don't know that I'd say it's "normal" but imo there's nothing wrong with it if you can afford it & you're satisfied with your vape.

I don't know what ROA/delivery method you're using, but with that much use, I'd recommend cartomizer tanks. I would go through and read the rest of this thread, but it is a bit polluted. Since having a kid, I don't have time to sit and study through multiple page threads anymore.. I would recommend the protank or a similar clearomizer, but I personally can't stand them. So I simply won't recommend them.

Health hazards are really blurry with vaporizing e-liquid. You can't know for sure how credible any scientific study the common person can obtain, so you'll probably be better off using your judgment. Did you start vaping less? Are you coughing up the same or more since you traded cigarettes for vaping? I'm on the fence on whether or not vaping is unhealthy or beneficial to more nominal functioning lungs. I do strongly believe that vaping can help your lungs clean out the crap that got left behind by tobacco smoke. That's just me using my twisted logic and reasoning though.:)

I've spent more on cartomizers and atomizers than I have on actual devices, and my liquid budget far surpasses that. I'm a snob with anything that goes into my lungs..;) Some people like having more toys than they need, so if you're one of those, power to you. Just look into real scientific studies regarding vaporizing e-liquid and potential health issues/solutions. Credibility of the study groups can probably be easily found with some research via google, but I will go ahead and let you know, it will be of some great time consumption.

once I get home I have to charge and refill to vape on
Your equipment burns a LOT of juice. I don't need that much to make it through the day. Currently I am using 18mg and going through less than 6ml of juice (most times less than 3ml) so it is what it is. I could not handle going through that much in a day, every day. JMHO. But I am glad you are happy and not smoking. Vape On...

She never said she wasn't satisfied. I think she really just wants to hear people's thoughts in case there are others like her that can relate. She's gotten some useful information out of this thread and might be able to save a bit of $$ by making certain changes. Nothing wrong with that.

Have you asked the vendors if they can sell 120ml? I know there are many who will and do. Copper Creek, Alien Visions, etc.

OK I'm 150 plus days into this from 50 analogs a day, it wasn't long in the beginning before I was blasting through 15 ml / day and now I'm at a steady 20 ml / day of 6 mg with some 12 mg dripping. I've cut down from 12 mg to primarily 6 mg in the last month with no perceivable difference in enjoyment on use.

...

Dang boy... 20ml/Day?

Yeah, that is kinda on the High Side. But Better than smoking 50 Analogs/Day.
