Hi well I just found out that the collection tank on my new SS GGTS wont fit on my old SS GGTS must be something with the threads anyone have the same problem.

Old one fits on new
New one fits on New
new fits on old

The Collection tank does not fit on the top part of the main body of the SS GGTS where the battery goes. Thanks imeo

So the CT doesnt go on the extension of the GGTS or on the telescope?

My new #1366 TMF and #1410 Nickle collector tanks will not fit on the upper battery tube of #20 SSGGTS - They will not screw on. They are interchangeable with each other - they just will not go on the #20. Also the button of the TMF #1366 will not screw into #20 either.

I think thats what AdamAnd means

Its the known issue with the telescopes and the extensions dspin of the first batch of 298 SSGGTS. I am sending those parts for free to my sellers and they will send them to anyone has a problem.

Original would be better Adam. I send a number of those parts to every seller because I count how many every seller wants according to his sales

I believe I bought it from Australia! So I will hold off on contacting them I am sure the postage would be very high and I guess all I really need is the inside part not the whole thing?

You need the extension and the telescope Adam. The issue is with them. If you check the old telescope and the old extension fits right on the connector (old or new). Are things as I say?
