Ok, i've just about had it with LR atomizers.

I bought 4 from madvapes (1 Bauway 1.5) (3 smoktech 2.0) ohm's. - then 3 Volcano 1.5 ohm atty's
1 died the first hour....(frickin bullshi#) man!

And i bought 3 SLB 1.5 ohm atty's from ValueVapor...great price $4.99, but 1 died allready after 3 days.

So, I've had Avidvapers 2.0 ohm LR atty's they last the longest at 2 weeks. but even that just doesn't seem right.

I miss those regular atty's that lasted 1 or 2 months....not best vapor, but i would fix that by surrounding atty with foam....i got plumes but had to toke it long.

So what i'm trying to say is ...what LR atty do you use that will last more then 2 weeks....3 or 4 would be fine!

Please help..im goin broke.......!

Bauway died in 2 days.

Your not keeping them nearly wet enough would be my diagnostic evaluation, mine last me months and so do many others last for months, keep them dam things soaked and if there not hitting you need more batt power too

no man, i use 5 to 6 drops per 10 puffs so liquids not the problem....longest any lasted was 2 weeks....
was just wondering which atty's lasted longest....LR that is.

I've found that you can use 2.0 attys and cartos very easily at 6.0 and 6.4. If you are having issues at lower voltages it is simply a matter of keeping them wet enough and not letting them overheat. LR gear goes through the juice faster and (of course) heats up faster so you may need to increase the resting time between drags as well as lower the length of your drags. It is a matter of adjusting your style andbeing aware that LR gear is a bit less robust.

For giggles I tried a 2.0 carto on freshly charged cr123's (8.4V for the first few drags) and didn't pop it. The vapour was ridiculously hot and I ultimately scorched the carto during the course of the experiment, I also ran a 1.5 ohm lr 306 atty on 6.4 and 7.4 without popping it so I can say definitively that LR gear just needs extra care.

Your drowning them. I use cisco low res 1.5 ohm atty's on my reo mini. I noticed that after a few weeks the performance of the atty was diminishing. I started to us a clear cannon tip and noticed that the atty was soaked in juice a lot of the time. I was squeezing the bottle way too much. Since I put on the clear tip and I can now see how much juice is going to the atty I don't drown them in juice anymore. The current atty I have on there is been kicking for 2 months now. When you drip only drip 3 drops. 4 or 5 on the atty when it's new for the first few times, but once it's wet only 3. Too much juice will kill the atty.

If they are wet than it might be a voltage issue. What type of pv do you use? I have used the same 2 lr attys for 6 months and 1 was the same 1.5 from mad vapes other was a ego-t xl lr around 1.5? Do you go over 3.7v? That does suck.

I'm using a frickin ego-t 1000 mah battery...and was just dripping 5 or 6 drops per vape session...!
i think the ego-t is like 3.3 v no?
Whatever, will be getting buzz or infinity pro series in 3 weeks...fu#k these lr's!

Just ran across this thread and it looks like you may have it figured out but just wanted to say that I agree with kevbow, when all of that extra liquid is drowning the coil, just think about how hard it has to work to power through all that juice. One other tip, if you can find them in stock give ikenvape.com a try for 510 low resistance and if your feelin frisky he carries 306 lr and in case you do not know, the 306 has the same threads as a 510 so it is compatible. Ikenvape also has an option to pay a lil extra for a one week or two week guarantee. I really dont think you will need that warranty if you keep them wet but not too wet.
