Catherine...I too have an Aspire Zelos...The Tanks that I really like on that mod are the Innokin T18 & T22...They don't have "Air Control" but the rate they're fixed at is a perfect MTL "Draw" for me...The Tanks are inexpensive and the coils are down right cheap !!!...Here are a few listings at FT(Fast Tech)...

See Models On The Right For Different Colors...
$11.39 Authentic Innokin Prism T22 Tank Clearomizer - 4.5ml / 1.5ohm / stainless steel + glass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$10.04 Authentic Innokin Endura T18 Clearomizer - 2.5ml / 1.5ohm / stainless steel + glass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
Replacement Coils...
$6.52 Authentic Innokin Endura T18 Coil Head (5-Pack) 5-pack - 1.5ohm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

They both use the same coil...Also, FT isn't exactly "FAST" where shipping is concerned...

EDIT: Catherine...Here's a Thread you might want to look through...
Australia - New Zealand Forum

Sorry...link fail. I meant to say the Authentic Innokin Prism T22 Tank. And I had trouble spelling my own name obviously.
Catherine
LOL...You can "Edit" a post...I think it's for 24 hours...One other Tid-Bit on those tanks...I have yet to have any of mine show even a whisper of a leak...Nothing !!!...And they're so easy to fill...:D:D:D

Keep up the good work Catherine :):)

Go on, I dare you...Throw the rest of your fags in the bin. Most of it is physiological and not withdrawal.

I'm giving my self 2 weeks then going 0mg nicotine...:banana::banana:

May I suggest a book if you don't mind (you can tell me to bugger off) :):):)

Allen Carr's Easy way to stop smoking, it will explain everything and I reckon if you read it (it's not a big book) you will bin the rest of the smokes.

All the best

Hey Rob! I would never tell you to bugger off! But I am not quite ready to take up your challenge and throw away the cigs. Besides that, they are way too expensive to bin! Zero nicotine in two weeks? Brave - but I know you will do it. Do you like vaping or do you think you will give that away soon as well?

I am glad you are doing so well. It is incredible how everyone deals with the process differently. You are one determined man and I take my hat off to you....or at least I would if I were wearing one. As you said, having your kids as movitation for your quitting probably has helped greatly. Me? I have a dog, and she really doesn't care either way as long as she is taken for long walks and given cuddles and treats.

I am a HUGE reader so will keep my eye out for the Allen Carr's book.

Hi Catherine, the book is on the apple store and google store/play and Amazon.

I must say, I do like vaping yes.... way better than the smokes. It does help to have the right bit of kit.. (and that's down to the guys and girls on this site)

Couldn't of done it in with the pen hardware I used to use when I couldn't smoke.

Your dog looks lovely, how old is she??

I have 0mg in my NX 30 already and 6mg in the NX 75 and I alternate between the 2. I'm going to get some 3mg tomorrow ready to replace the 6mg.

Yes, my goal is to quit everything...but as I said to my wife yesterday, if I sometimes vape with 0mg in the future, say when I'm having a glass of red or 3 with the guys playing poker which we do 4 times a year, then so be it. I'm not going to beat myself up about it.

Yes you are correct, it does help to have family support. I didn't know it was just you and your dog, that changes things enormously... I now take my hat off to you. :thumb::thumb::thumb:

I don't know about anyone else though who gives up the smokes but my eyesight has improved in the last 48 hours, really strange.

Good luck.

Best

Rob

Wow! I can't believe how far you have come in a couple of days. So you may very well become a social vaper....how cool is that? Yes, I guess having a supportive family would help, but all my friends are on board (smokers and all) giving me the support when I need it which is lovely.
My big girl Ivy is 6 years old - I got her as a rescue dog and she is a sweet thing. At least now she has a wonderful home and wants and needs for nothing.
Maybe you are seeing better because you aren't trying to peer through a cloud of smoke!

Possum64, stick to your guns and reduce/quit smoking in a way that is comfortable for you. It is not a competition. In my case, the immediate goal is to reduce - and vaping has allowed me to do that. In the last week, I smoked 56 cigs. Before August, I would have smoked 175 in a 7 day period and that is a conservative estimate. In my case, if I chucked out my cigarettes right now, I would be back smoking in a matter of weeks if not days. I have still not found a juice that is completely satisfying to me which I think is key.

An important lesson for me, from my experience reducing through vaping, is I now see that smoking a cigarette is a choice I make - it didn't feel that way before - it was a compulsion.

Absolutely true. I'll also say having a few that do the trick should be the end goal. I never stop trying new juices but rarely buy anything but my go-to. Having something else around to change things up a bit will help ensure your mainstay doesn't go stale on you. I have my ADV and generally a fruity menthol to swap in when the mood strikes. My regular always pops afterwards like a good vape palate cleanse.
