mind u there might be a down side to the super light draw.. a less reliable pressure switch in the battery..

the switch in the battery needs a certain pressure differential created by the suck to activate it.. the lighter the draw the more sensitive the switch has to be..

having played the extra or bigger hole trick long ago to make the draw easier it aint as easy as adding more holes.. any fool can do that.. if they havnt improved the switch in the battery as well as adding more holes its gonna cause more problems than it solves.. time will tell..

i notice too sensitive switch from "4 holes brands"; it make me some times problem to smoke janty outside, simply activated by wind when you holding the ecig...danger for atomizer

How can you tell if its 4 hole? mine looks like one big hole.
Look into the battery ennd of the atomizer under a bright light. Tilt it a little and look above the threads on the black plastic ring for the reflection of the holes. Kind of tricky to see but if you keep adjusting the angle you will see little square reflections where they are.

Differences between the two atomizers.

The 2 hole atomizer:
* Much harder draw, sometimes like sucking on a plugged straw
* Pressure switch is quite easy to trip
* The learning curve is not too difficult. With only 2 holes, you can only suck so fast and you get pretty good vapor each time

The 4 hole atomizer:
* Has a much easier draw, but many times, a primer puff is needed (what most people seem to want)
* Pressure switch gets harder to activate. Because of the 4 holes, you are sucking in more outside air, than through the batteries pressure switch.
* The learning curve tends to be longer because you have to find the perfect medium to be able to get the best hit and activate the pressure switch. Can sometimes take several days.

Your right the atomizer is like a car engine the flow has to be right, more air dont mean a better drag!

The petrol and air have to be right or the car aint gonna move properly(i am drunk)

Well, there's four holes, and there's four holes.

Janty, Sedansa, and e-Puffer all have 4 LARGE holes, which are very easy to see. Puresmoker's has four smaller holes, which you really have to look hard for.

The large hole type has a VERY easy draw. A 5 on my 1-5 scale. The small hole type has a slightly harder draw, say a 4 on 1-5. Unmistakeably harder, but not enough to be a drawback, and still lighter than a 1 or 2 hole atomizer, like Njoy or the older generics.

I still wish I could find a small scale vacuum pressure guage so I could put some real world numbers to that.

i can only use my subjective judgment.. i had to look very hard to find the four holes in my classic atomizer from heavens gift they are small..

but i find it hard to imagine a lighter draw being possible.. the draw resistance is virtually none existent..

mind u the older two hole one i have has a very light draw.. not a great deal of difference.. they are both lighter than my 901s..

the one with two holes does seem to have bigger holes..
