5 years ago I made an unsuccessful attempt to stop smoking. I say unsuccessful because I caved in, in a bar. Instead of letting me light up a cigarette, a friend handed me his vape. My first ever vape.

I haven't smoked since. Not once! Five whole years is a long time for a guy who didn't manage to quit using other methods. But vaping ended my smoking habit of 25 years.

Here's to vaping, for saving my life. Here's to my 5 year vapeversary, and here's to everyone on here who helped me along the way!

Onya mate!Way to go!I have been vaping for 2 years so I have a log way to go to catch up (& you will always be ahead!)I smoked Dunhill 8mg a pack a day (25s) forever & from when my first overseas purchase arrived in mail & I got it filled & batteries charged I never smoked again...as Dunhill are now $A30 per pack (& increase 3.9% several times yearly),I have saved heaps(& not just $s).(Ouch!over $AUD 21k).
