I might have the letters mixed up but are the old style attys I prefer called SLB? And the new ones I hate BE? I ordered the ones I call old style from bestecig in Feb thinking theyd sell them forever, but today my 2nd order was nothing but the BE attys that I hate. So, am I getting the names of these 2 atty styles correct? and are the old kind being phased out forever? I can keep an old style atty going forever it just produces less vapor over time, but the new ones die in a week plus taste awful the entire time on a PT, chuck or reguar batt. I hope I can find the old ones somewhere.

SLB/DSE = Sailebao Atomizers (Original 901)
RN = First Union Atomizers (Built the same time, often referred to as 901's because they are compatible)
BE = Bestecig's version of the 901.

All have their pluses and minuses. Most suppliers won't differentiate where they get them or their true part #'s, so whatever supplier you may be using, ask them for the actual model number :) Most will just say "DSE901" because 99% of esmokers don't know what an RN4075 is, although they look almost identical. Hope that helps!

If you ordered from BestEcig each time, both orders were BE901. That's all they sell. The quality control of atomizer manufacturing* is not all it should be (to my Six Sigma-trained perception, it is non-existent). You may just have gotten a bad batch the second time.

* Not only BestEcig. My DSE801's have vacillated dramatically ... and I've read about some really disappointing batches of Joye 510's recently.

It's just something we have to put up with in this infant PV industry. [I'll say this about analogs: a Marlboro is a Marlboro is a Marlboro. Doesn't mean I want to go back to them however.;)]
