I really like what the OP said. I agree with the opening statement 100%. It really doesn't matter what you vape as long as it keeps you off the cigarettes. Well said OP.

Being shot buy a hunter a well aimed shot quick and painless wouldn't be a bad way to go. Stalking a raccoon happy as a lark one day stuffed and mounted immortalized over a fire place the next;-)

Personally, I needed the forum and all the people here to help me lose my vapeginity and quit smoking. I am lucky in that I found this place, reading a lot more than I post. For me the tool (vaping gear/juices/etc) has turned from an aid into a hobby, one that I enjoy. With regards to all the gear wars, nobody is going to win or lose that one. Why? because it really is just a matter of preference. Some are here because they need help, others for a hobby, and as it seems, some for sport.

I don't think I quite get the part about not caring about the people. Isn't that what this forum is 90% about? The tech talk is just those people sharing an interest. There is a learning curve, and unfortunately, at some point, people do need to know the very basics about the technical side of things. At least know the difference between a battery and an atomizer. Not trying to argue, just trying to understand. I'm not much of a people person.

Edit: ... And in order to help people, we need some sort of common understanding of what we're talking about. As in, clearos, cartos, ego/510, etc.

Now THIS I get.
That observation was really helpful to me tonight as I was beating myself up about the $$ I've spent from my fixed income to get my arms around this vaping thing.
I was thinking that internet gambling was probably less expensive...................then I realized I'd be smoking while grabbing my charge card.

Let me just clarify that I was not trashing this forum or talking about just ECF. I was talking about the entire vaping culture in general, across all websites and everything else. The focus of which does seem to me to be product/vendor based rather than people based. . Now this is not necessarily a bad thing, and vapers and vendors can and do work together, I'd just like to see a more human focus rather than tech/hobbyist focus. It is just my opinion.
