1: How many times can you refill a cart and expect to get good/decent performance?

2: Any of you using the battery adaptor for the 510 to KR808D cart?

Fact is, I love my Titan 510, but the idea of taking it to the pub over Christmas and dicking around with topping off my carts when I've had a few beers is scary...it'll end up all over my fingers, then in my eyes or something.

You can reuse your cartridges, just replace the filling. You can buy a large bag of polyester stuffing at any craft store...

How do you change the filler exactly? i figured the coil would burn out long before the filler showed any signs of wear. Would be kinda tricky to put new filler in id imagine, the wick goes all the through the filler dosnt it? (at least thats how it looks)

At the cost of about $2.00 per carto is it really worth re-stuffing? I just rinse mine and refill them and get weeks of usage from a single carto. So far I have only killed one and I could have probably saved that one but I reaaaaaaally wanted a peek inside.

I'm all for saving money, but with careful use they last so long already. I think I'll just fling it and start with a fresh new carto before re-stuffing.

Yeah, Eastmall are selling 50 carts for $65 delivered at the moment.

Probably less hassle just to use them until they are dead at that price.
