For the first few weeks of no analogs, I did really really well. I was able
to barrel my way through the initial first week cravings with my vaping
and everything seemed to be smooth sailing.
Now, fast forward to now. For the last few days, I've had the dumb mental
cravings starting to pop up again. I reach for a cig, and think, "oh yeah, I don't
smoke" and grab my eGo, and but still seem a bit unsatisfied again.
Now I know, if I smoked an analog:
1) I would definitely hate the flavor.
2) It won't satisfy me any longer - it's a mental thing right now.
3) I will hate hate hate the smell.
Still with this knowledge, I still have the mental urges and some small physical
ones also.
I'm going to be buying a eGo Twist and Vivi Nova with new fluids this week - to
try and counteract.
Anyone else have this issue? I feel like I'm going backwards instead of forward.
