No need to spit with snus. You need to explain a bit as to what kind of snus you have and how you used it. I say this because this has come up before and it was found out the person was using the snus in the lower lip instead of the upper.
The place where you get the least amount of saliva is in the upper lip as close to the center as you can. Just kind of nudge it as far up as you can under your upper lip and right next to that little flap of skin. Swallowing the saliva shouldn't cause any problems, though for some there is a bit getting used to it. May cause some minor
throat and stomach issues until you adjust to it.
You can get more then normal saliva in the beginning, largely due to the
salt in Swedish snus (and the sweetness of many american snuses). As you adjust to it that will decrease. After you have used snus for a bit you like it when you get a nice big hit of saliva because that's where the flavor is.
