Are you posting from reply or quick reply? If you are, you won't see the smiley menu to the right of the screen. If you use the reply button instead, you will see the menu, also at the bottom of the smiley menu, there is a link called [more] there are lots more to choose from!
At the bottom of the the reply page there are a selection of smiley's that go next to the post heading. Look at the top of this post.

Yep Mary I'm posting from reply and not quick reply. I see the little smiley icon tab and thats the ones I've been using like this one i just don't see the [more]option. Must be something I clicked off of or something in the control panel. I've seen the other ones a while back but they've been gone for a while and I have to see what I've done perhaps.

This made me chuckle!

Two old ladies were outside their nursing home, having a drink and a smoke, when it started to rain. One of the ladies pulled out a condom, cut off the end, put it over her cigarette, and continued smoking.

Lady 1: What's that?

Lady 2: A condom. This way my cigarette doesn't get wet.

Lady 1: Where did you get it?

Lady 2: You can get them at any drugstore.

The next day, Lady 1 hobbles herself into the local drugstore and
announces to the pharmacist that she wants a box of condoms.

The guy, obviously embarrassed, looks at her kind of strangely (she
is, after all, over 80 years of age), but very delicately asks what brand
she prefers.

"Doesn't matter son, as long as it fits a Camel

Im not sure if this is the right place or the chit chat thread..

have my 11 German Sheps in the house and there only one cat.. And it slays me the dogs are so darn jelious of that one cat... Cat comes in the room and I say "hey Chewy'' and the dogs just bound and determine that there aint enough petting in this house to go around to even just one wasted on a "CAT" so they swarm around the cat to block any possibilty I can touch poor Chewy to pet him to say hello

Pet us instead,, like they so pet deprived

Rumor likes to herd our cat out of the way.. partially for protection. we rescued sox from our local shelter, he was 9 mos old at the time and had a biting issue (larger then what we were told). When he would bite it would draw blood, someone must have really done something bad to the poor guy!

Its taken 4 years to get him to the point where he only bites on a rare occasion and Rumor seems to know when hes going to, even if hes not showing his normal "im gonna bite you" signs. She gets between the cat and who ever is his chosen target. Of course Rumor isnt a fan of the cat getting to much attention either.. hehe

We have two boxers and a shih tzu. Both boxers are male and my little shih tzu *Zoey is female. Of course Miss Zoey gets all the attention and first dibs on all treats in this house lol. Poor Max & Bo being the gentleman dogs that they are, just bow down and waits for there turn, which isn't until her highness says it is. I've seen her hold a doggie treat in her mouth for an hour, even though she didn't actually want it, she just loves keeping it from them. :p *I'm so proud of her* :D

Can you say "I love you" any better?

What Love means to a 4-8 year old . . Slow down for three minutes to read this. It is so worth it.

Touching words from the mouth of babes.

A group of professional people posed this question to a group of 4 to 8 year-olds, 'What does love mean?'
The answers they got were broader and deeper than anyone could have imagined. See what you think:

'When my grandmother got arthritis, she couldn't bend over and paint her toenails anymore.
So my grandfather does it for her all the time, even when his hands got arthritis too. That's love.'

Rebecca- age 8

'When someone loves you, the way they say your name is different.
You just know that your name is safe in their mouth.'

Billy - age 4

'Love is when a girl puts on perfume and a boy puts on shaving cologne and they go out and smell each other.'

Karl - age 5

'Love is when you go out to eat and give somebody most of your French fries without making them give you any of theirs.'

Chrissy - age 6

'Love is what makes you smile when you're tired.'

Terri - age 4

'Love is when my mommy makes coffee for my daddy and she takes a sip before giving it to him, to make sure the taste is OK.'

Danny - age 7

'Love is when you kiss all the time. Then when you get tired of kissing, you still want to be together and you talk more.
My Mommy and Daddy are like that. They look gross when they kiss'

Emily - age 8

'Love is what's in the room with you at Christmas if you stop opening presents and listen.'

Bobby - age 7 (Wow!)

'If you want to learn to love better, you should start with a friend who you hate,'

Nikka - age 6
(we need a few million more Nikka's on this planet)

'Love is when you tell a guy you like his shirt, then he wears it everyday.'

Noelle - age 7

'Love is like a little old woman and a little old man who are still friends even after they know each other so well.'

Tommy - age 6

'During my piano recital, I was on a stage and I was scared. I looked at all the people watching me and saw my daddy waving and smiling.

He was the only one doing that. I wasn't scared anymore.'

Cindy - age 8

'My mommy loves me more than anybody
You don't see anyone else kissing me to sleep at night.'

Clare - age 6

'Love is when Mommy gives Daddy the best piece of chicken.'

Elaine-age 5

'Love is when Mommy sees Daddy smelly and sweaty and still says he is handsomer than Robert Redford.'

Chris - age 7

'Love is when your puppy licks your face even after you left him alone all day.'

Mary Ann - age 4

'I know my older sister loves me because she gives me all her old clothes and has to go out and buy new ones.'

Lauren - age 4

'When you love somebody, your eyelashes go up and down and little stars come out of you.' (what an image)

Karen - age 7

'Love is when Mommy sees Daddy on the toilet and she doesn't think it's gross.'

Mark - age 6

'You really shouldn't say 'I love you' unless you mean it. But if you mean it, you should say it a lot. People forget.'

Jessica - age 8

And the final one -- Author and lecturer Leo Buscaglia once talked about a contest he was asked to judge.

The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring child.

The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife.

Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there.

When his Mother askd what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said,

'Nothing, I just helped him cry'
