Actually, it's a heck of a lot easier to know if someone is smoking versus vaping than it is to know if there is rum in the Coke. There was a news story here about ecigs where this woman said they were looking into banning them on buses, etc "because the bus driver wouldn't know what they were doing back there"! WTH, my comment on the story was that Coke cans should be banned as well because many people add rum. We wouldn't "know" what's in their can! Guess it's kinda like hearding cats and it sure would be easier if we were more like lil robots, without thoughts, opinions and mouths(fingers)!
Exactly. All day long. Are you for real? I have NEVER seen someone be "in your face" about vaping in public. Yet you equate it with blowing vapor in someone's face and screaming look at me. I am sick of people who portray public vaping as some some abusive, aggressive, anti-social behavior.
You should see the list of things that people do in public that I don't want to be forced to experience.I know I was just so stumped that this was a reason they gave in the news story. I could come up with a rather large list if this was to be the reasoning for outlawing something.
Maybe they went to go have a vape.Well that might be fun to compare one day! Wonder where the closet crew went?
I'm a newbie so I don't get why you would have to stealth vape? Its not a lit cigarette. No smoke or flame so how could others not want you to vape? An inhaler that people use is kinda like vaping. Sorry about the dumb newbie queations, just curious.

My take on all this is that any company that rents or leases a portion of a building only can control the inside of that building and not the public area outside. If they have an area outside for their business, then yes, they can regulate that area as well.
No company that doesn't own the parking lot can tell you or me that we can't so something out there.
I worked for an medical insurance company. they told us that we can not smoke or vape on their property. So we all went out to the sidewalk and smoked/vaped. They didn't like that and tried to stop us from being on the sidwalk and told us we had to go across the street.
I, very nicely, explained that the public sidewalks were just that. Public. And they could not dictate to me what I did on public property. I am obeying the company rules and am not on their property. They finally backed off.
Basically I think we as vapors can do pretty much what we want to. We are not smoking cigarettes, we are using water vapor. Companies that ban electronic cigarettes are just ignorant and don't know any better.
I live in Henderson, Nevada, and I vape everywhere. No one has ever told me I can't do that. I have respect for people and the places that I am at, but if there isn't a sign that says "No Electronic Cigarettes", then I vape.
lol just my 2 cents......
And peterforpats, relax and have a smoke....err.... vape. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I respect yours, but you seem to be trying to force it on us. RelaxIt's all good !!!
...we are using water vapor...
Using water vapor? You might want to research that before you quote it to people.
And your point is???
I think my point was clear. If not, let me explain.
We are not using water vapor. Clear enough?
Really? So you feel the need to start an argument and be rude??? What is up with you bud?
