A Strong Evidence To Prove Why Vaping IS Better Than Smoking!!!!

Last night, I just got a phone called from my friend, Jay. He used to be my roommate when we're at college.
And he's the guy who made me try my first cigarette.
After graduated, I switched to vaping, but he's keep smoking, because he thought vaping is weird.
So last night, we went to have some sushi (Love Sushi !!) and had a really really nice time!

But I just realized that, his teeth are just disgusting (Sorry, Jay)..
As a Chinese, he drinks tea, too. But I don't think that is the reason.
I'm not saying that my teeth are perfect, but still look good. But when Jay open his mouth, you could see the stain.

After conversation, just learned that Jay is ready for a teeth whiten, but need to fix the cavities first. And he did admit that his bad situation is caused by smoking.

I know that there are thousand kinds of E-juice there, and some may got nicotine inside.
But still, I got friends who vape tobacco flavor, but none of them got such dirty teeth problem..

I had my 6 month dental checkup 3 months after I quit smoking. I didn't say anything to the doc, but as soon as he looked in my mouth he said, "You quit smoking!!" I asked how he could tell, he told be it was because my gums were pink and healthy. He said smoker's gums are pale.

Well I smoked for 30 years and drink coffee as if its water, and although I did had my teeth whitened a few times over that period of time, they never got to the gross point, brushing your teeth 3 times a day with a good tooth paste will help with that, and with cavities and gum health too
