Snip... Two, recent laws passed prohibit the mailing of tobacco products. There's a few others...

USPS News Release: New Mailing Rules for Tobacco Products Set for Summer

USPS still allows shipping of tobacco products, even under the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act. FedEx & UPS picks up any shipments banned by USPS. ;-) Example: Quantities larger than what would fit an Express Mail envelope/box.

The evil Harper in me keeps wondering how much the Chinese Govt has been quietly "lobbying" the US Govt. on the little issue of Chinese produced goods shipments being seized in customs. Sigh, I've lived in DC too many years!

You catch that bit about "Cigars are not included"... WTF, why the exclusion? IMO Cigars are worse of the lot. Second hand smoke and all.

Courts overrule socialism - shocked. In all honesty, besides this actually providing hope that we "might" not end up a totally socialist country, I am most happy for the "mom and pops" that decided to start an eliquid or pv business. I have enough juice for at least 8 months - but their businesses would have been toast - in one day.

FSUSA, LiteCig, etc. families - great news.

dude, why'd you have to go an inject that into it... unchecked capitalism is what would be behind businesses poisoning us ecig users by taking shortcuts in their quality control in order to save a buck and thereby increase their profit... capitalism is a great system, but only if 'the government', which according to our founding documents means 'we the people', have the power to check capitalism and prevent business from harming people to make a profit -- there is some validity to your point, but it's not really necessary to bring up such an ideologically one-sided partisan political argument when we all have something to celebrate -- it's as if you're saying in order for us ecig users to be happy we have to be cheering for the destruction of socialism... just let the community enjoy it and don't inject politics please
